We stayed for 8 days. The pool pump was broken. My wife and I specifically chose this location because of the pool. The last day we were there the pool was fixed. However even after cleaning there was algae on pool floor and sides. It was bad enough I wouldn't go in it. I felt like they should have offered us a free night to make up for the lack of pool privilege. The hot tub was also not working. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The rest of the property was fine.

My room was very comfortable, both bed and lounge chair. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed. No problem with the shower, very hot water. Good mini fridge and coffee maker. TV quality was good and selections were adequate. Internet service was excellent, hardwired, not sure about WiFi service. I didn’t need it. Perfectly designed for business. I would not recommend the room I had, single king, for a family. I’m sure the hotel has rooms better configured for families. The hotel restaurant could have better hours and vending machines would be nice. The only snacks must be purchased at the front desk. $$ Overall, I would stay there again for $89 per night.

Everything was average at best. Nothing was special or exceptional. The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything outside your room. If you're just looking for a place to sleep near the downtown area, then it's alright. It's definitely no Hilton or Marriot. Also doesn't include breakfast, but I am sure they have options to purchase.

My room was pretty clean. The downstairs was pretty clean for the most part. The hallways on the room floors were not great (carpets REALLY stained and not very clean). Elevators were so-so. The entire room and hotel needs some serious updating. It has definitely seen its share of use and seems to be in neglect at this point. The fact that it was mostly clean though, which was why I stayed. That along with the fact that the town was heavily booked when I went and I had my pug with me, which limits hotel stay opportunities. Shower had good water temp and pressure, which I definitely appreciated. The tv remote looked like someone ate a pizza and then used it - pretty gross. The bed was pretty comfortable. I appreciated having 4 pillows. The AC was horrible. It was one of the old wall units that is more like a swamp cooler and was insanely loud. I didn't realize just how loud it was until the power went out for a few hours. The staff at check in were all great - very nice. The waitress in the restaurant was horrible (I went twice because I forgot to just use door dash to get something better). She kept wiping her nose with her hand, running her hands through her hair and scratching her face, mopping the floors during closing time, and removing the cleaning pad without then washing her hands before handling silverware or people's food. Cleaning for the night's end while still serving customers, isn't the greatest idea IMO. Would I go back? Maybe if I had nowhere else to stay.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work, so there's badly condensation, very wet after a shower in the bathroom and into the whole room. The wifi was weak. No microwave in the room and no food at the hotel. The room was very clean and we loved the long tabletop. Overall it was good.

There’s no fridge or microwave. The hotel is kind of old. Bathroom is kind of small. They should install a shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of small items. The conditioner was really hard to come out. The tv did it worked with 2 remotes. They should include breakfast.

The hotel wasn’t bad at all, the only issue I had was no microwave in the room so if you wanted to heat up food you will have to go to the lobby and they only had one microwave for the whole hotel to use. So if you trying to save money on not eating out this hotel not for you. Also the people across from me had a little dog that was barking for hours and they kept coming and going and leaving the dog. I had to complain to front desk because that was not respectful of other people staying in the hotel. But other than that the hotel not bad and the front desk is nice, they check out is 12 instead of 11 so that is a plus. But I would only stay if it was less than two days cause I need a microwave in my room.

I liked that it was away from the rowdiness even with it being ACL weekend! I was there for the festival but wanted a calm and quiet place to come back to at the end of the night. I didn’t get a chance to check out their hot tub but even with long legs I could fit in the room’s bathtub! The bed was very comfortable and I had so many pillows it was overwhelming! The only downsides were not having a fridge and microwave in the room so I had nowhere to put leftover food. Using a community microwave was fine but throwing away my leftover food felt extremely wasteful.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions and the hotel is clean and has been updated. However, there is limited parking as this lot fills up fast and it is very dark in some areas. Needs more lighting. Not the best neighborhood area either, lots of stragglers hanging around hotel area.
