One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Built two years ago with stunning views of the sea and city. Well planned and very modern. Impeccable service and absolutely quiet in the room. Great place!

Rooms are large and well-appointed. Breakfasts are truly outstanding for both variety & quality. Staff are very nice, but many are insufficiently trained. Thus they have limited knowledge of hotel facilities. Restaurants are not always open when advertised. Due to location getting a taxi or Uber can entail a long wait.

It’s a new establishment, very well maintained with excellent facilities in a quieter but upmarket part of the city . A taxi from the hotel to old city will cost you around 20-25 durhams ( £2 ) Beach front with 2 un heated swimming pool , not big but one of them is reasonable in size . Breakfast is excellent and worth every penny . We had once dinner at the international restaurant food was ok . We had steaks but it was ok . Wine was pricey , an average Moroccan wine you should expect to pay more than £40 . Daily nice music in the bar area .Service over all was excellent with a very helpful and welcoming staff . We had beach facing room at the pool level with terrace … out of the world was the view . Wi fi was fast and with excellent range . Room size was huge with very large toilets , got shower and toilet shower . Very comfortable bed . Room well lighted . Very effective fridge and good size TV . We were very impressed by the quality and care we have received . The only negative feed back was the two small bottles of drinking water you get every day ( 2 250 ml bottles ) . Shame for this luxury hotel and the lack of heated swimming pool in a province known of its regular high wind . Would be coming again ?? Definitely yes but not in winter or in the 2 edges of summer ( lack of heated swimming pool which I think it’s can be necessary )

I feel sorry to write a bit of a negative comment about this hotel but I feel that I should share my experience to help others as well as the hotel. My experience might be different from most. First, I wrote a message to the hotel on this website requesting a special decoration for a honeymoon weeks in advance but no reply. Second, when I arrived I spoke English but was greeted in darijah. Maybe because of my wife but soon the receptionist asked for my marriage certificate. I read this law ended in may 2024. After presenting it everything was okay. Third, I didn’t request a view but my room was below the lobby and can only see a cement wall. The kids club was nearby also making lots of noise. The rooms are supposed to be “soundproof” and the pillows are too soft making them difficult to support your head. No information for WiFi or room service anywhere in the room. Finally, I went to breakfast one hour before closing and they stopped serving food already. Most of the fruits and pastries were gone. Nobody checking on us if we needed napkins or extra forks. I can only compare to other stays in Morocco but I stayed at cheaper places with better service. It’s also far away from the beach and the rest of town. Hotel feels small. Valet was friendly though.
