I definitely want to start by giving a shout-out to Cecilia for being incredible, greeting my brother and I every morning and teaching us a little bit of Chinese too! The breakfast was expansive and delicious, The ala carte menu was during the day/evening was great too. The fitness center was huge and had every piece of equipment you might need. The room was big and had a very nice and clean bathroom. My only complaint, which isn’t anyone’s fault, is that the closest subway is about a 30-40 minute walk but there are plenty of buses to get you to the subways into Shanghai.

The hotel was clean, with professional staff and premium furniture and décor in the room. I stayed there for one week and had a great experience. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Shanghai.
