I chose this hotel based upon it having a hot tub as described, and it was sealed off. The pool was extremely small, so I never used it. In addition, I thought a microwave and couch were supposed to be in my room, and they were missing. The coffee machine in the room was not clean, and I did not use it either. It was a comfortable stay, but I was slightly disappointed.

The new property is run down for a Courtyard. Pillows are very lumpy in the beds. Ice makers did not work Picked it for the outside fire table to sit out and relax at and staff didn’t know and wouldn’t try to light it so disappointed - do not recommend.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Customer Service I booked this hotel mainly because it advertised a pool, but when I checked in, I was told it was closed. There was no prior notice, yet I was still charged the full rate. I asked the manager for some kind of compensation, but both he and the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. There was no empathy, no solution offered, and no respect for the customer. It's shocking that a hotel under the Marriott name has such unprofessional staff and no backup plan for situations like this. Terrible customer service – I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was small as the door swings in to right in front of the toilet. The hot tub is gone and recently tiled over, which was a disappointment. Television allows easily for HDMI media input.

The hotel is very clean and the common areas are nicely designed. There is plenty of access to computers in the lobby. The staff is very friendly. The cafe had good choices and friendly, helpful servers. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The hotel is convenient to main roads, the I-290, and the airport. It is not a walkable neighborhood. My room was showing signs of wear - scratched furniture, stained carpet. It was nicely designed and comfortable.

The room was rather filthy. The toilet had "Brown" on the toilet seat, there were flies and lady bugs in the room and ants in the bathroom. Should have worn shower shoes as the bottom of the tub was slimy. We would have asked to move but we were so exhausted, and the beds seemed clean. We told the front desk at check out, but overall rooms need a lot of work. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

We were received very nice. We were placed on the 4th floor due to a party they had coming in for the night. Very courtious. Then the next night they put a loud family next to us sith talking adults in the hallway and kids running up and down yelling to each other. Then the door to the room, across the hall was opened and closed 7 times simultaneously in the next 5 minutes. I spke to the desk lady the next morning and she would make a note, since we were staying for 5 nights. That very next night the was loud adults across the room. Hard to sleep. I do not understand when I know the 4th floor is not full of guests that people couldn't be placed at the other end of the hall. I stay at your motel twice a year March and July both for 5 days.

It is older and dated they are doing some upgrades. The internet was difficult to get logged in on. Really when to you want to talk to technical support for a connection. after goofing around with it for 30 mijnutes I finally connected...bad part is not sure why. I did adjust setting on security on my computer...but nothing significant at least I thought.

After the first night I looked at my account to make sure the charges were right and there are about $1000 in extra charges. 3 charges for $300 1 charge for $1 and 1 charge for $150. The manager said that the person who checked us in messed up and that they are only holds but that hold doesn't let me use the money for things I planned to do on the trip. So driving 7.5 hours to come have some fun ended up being driving 7.5 hours to stay in a hotel and go home.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived very early and Lisa was very kind to get us a room so we can rest from our flight. The room was clean and the hotel itself was clean as well. It is a short distance from restaurants and shopping area. I will definately stay here again!

The sheets, blankets, and pillowcases had stains. The sheet on the pullout mattress looked slept in. My key was deactivated before I checked out and there was no one behind the reception desk. No one was at the desk when I tried to check out either so I left the keys on the desk with a note. The room overall was not that clean.

This hotel was in an excellent location for my trip. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and kind to my family. Especially Michelle who worked the bar area for our large group. She went above and beyond to give us great service and a great time.

It was a great stop as we waited for hospital admission to Millard Fillmore suburban close by. Perfect comfort and large screen tv with a couch. The cafe downstairs had great fresh food and friendly service … we didn’t need to go elsewhere and just relaxed. Will be back for sure!

Good experience. Thought the bar would be open later especially when a huge football game is going on that weekend. Also $52 for 2 double shot drinks is insane when you can go to any bar and get them for 8 ton16 top shelf.

Not even a complementary coffee, my wife didn't want to use the coffe maker becouse it had dust inside, we went downstairs and had to pay for a cap of coffee and water. No breakfast neither unless you pay for what you consumed. Other. Heaper hotels around offers at least a capbof coffe on the lobby, others offer continental breakfast.

We were very disappointed that when we came back saturday late in the day our room had not been cleaned and then we went for dinner and drinks at the bistro and no one was there no sign was there to tell us no one showed up for their shift we actually had another couple tell us. The front desk staff were excellent. The room was clean even if furniture a bit worn. Bed was comfy but had one of those waterproof mattress covers which can cause sweating. The cafe food for breakfast was mediocre and way overpriced.

The bistro complete with an espresso bar and high quality breakfasts cooked up fresh in the back kitchen was a gem! The handicap accessible room we got for my mom was thoughtfully located by the elevator and easy for her to navigate.
