My review will be unique. As there was construction going on. But the hotel was not very clean. As you start looking closer you just see hair, spots, dirt and grime on about everything. The allowed hours for construction was insane 7AM-9PM and those poor guys worked every minute of it, but it made the hotel impossible to relax until right before bed. If I were going back I would not stay here again.

I booked this room super last minute due to a missed flight. When I arrived, I discovered that the hotel was under construction. I was given a room on the second floor and when I arrived, the entire floor outside of my room was covered in dust and there was construction equipment all over the place. While in my room, I was unable to relax because the construction noise was so loud. I had to go sit in the lobby for a while, going back and forth to the room to see if the noise had subsided. By 8pm, the noise was so loud that my head hurt. I spoke with the manager and expressed my concerns. At no point during the booking process was it clear that there would be construction. He told me that he would process a refund, but I have not received one as of today. I have tried to follow-up twice to no avail. In no world should I have had to pay for a hotel room that I was unable to be in comfortably until 9pm, that was surrounded by construction equipment and dust. With all this said, Michelle at the front desk was an absolute delight.

First, the good: my room felt like a luxury suite instead of a hotel room. Now the bad: my room was on the 4th floor. I got off the elevator and, without warning, found my room in the middle of renovation central. The work started at 7:00 am and continued until 9 pm. Sawing, drilling, demo, you name it. Loose pieces of sheetrock lined the entire hall; sheetrock dust and construction debris littered the floor, along with construction materials and tools. Water was on the hall floor next to electrical extension cords, with no warning signs. I would have appreciated a "heads up" or a room on a floor that wasn't going through renovations.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very professional.and the front desk reception were amazing and helpful. The only complaint was that housekeeping leaves early. I will book again it was a pleasure.
