Hotel Flores de Sal-Valle de Guadalupe

The property was very nice and the rooms were very spacious and the mountain/vineyard view was lovely. The breakfast was very good! The occasional sewer smell on the property was not pleasant but it wasn’t constant. The staff was responsive but not fluent in English so that had some challenges. Grateful to bring our small dog and the property had their own dogs who were friendly. I would stay here again.

It did not lool really clean this time. Te original room was assigned the ac did not work had to be in anotjer room that was not was i expected. People in te pool did not respect the schedule and it was noisy.

We had an amazing time in Valle. The Hotel Flores de Sal is amazing and the staff super friendly. For sure we will come back and visit again! THANK YOU!

The resort itself was okay, but breakfast was by far the most disappointing part of our stay. The included breakfast was exactly the same every day—chilaquiles, eggs, and beans—with no variety. One morning I decided to order pancakes instead. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to ask about my order, only to find out it had never been placed. The pancakes finally came out about 15 minutes later, but no syrup was brought. We asked for syrup and still never received it, so we ended up leaving the pancakes untouched and asked to have them removed from our bill. Unfortunately, housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. The floors in our room were never properly swept or mopped, and we always had dust on our shoes. On one occasion, housekeeping asked us to select a time for full room service. Since we planned to be out in the morning, we specifically chose a morning time slot. However, housekeeping did not arrive until around 4:00 p.m., after we had already returned to our room. They were at least able to provide fresh towels. Service throughout the resort was generally very slow, and many employees seemed tired and disengaged. The manager was very nice, apologized for the experience, and offered complimentary pancakes the next morning, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the poor breakfast service and housekeeping issues left a negative impression on our stay.
