About this property
A newly renovated traditional Istrian house on the hills of Buzet offer apartment and 4 rooms. Even though it was completely renovated in 2020, the house preserved all the wooden beams and stone walls and added new facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, tavern and a terrace. Guests are more than welcome to use the common facilities and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Buzet hills. All accommodation units have secured parking spot and free Wi-Fi.
MEA VISTA APARTMENT
Apartment Mea Vista for 2 + 1 has a private entrance and backyard on the side of the house. It is located on the ground floor. Apartment has the area of approximately 41 sq m and it consists of fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with queen-sized bed, modern and chic bathroom with walk in shower, living room with fold out sofa for one person, flat screen TV and dining table.

Rona appartement is echt een fantastische plek! Wij hebben enorm genoten van de rust, het heerlijke zwembad en de prachtige omgeving. Er is een wasmachine tot je beschikking en een meer dan uitgebreide keuken. In 1 woord: magnifiek!

The view from the house property is amazing. The hosts were great. Our dog had a place to run around a bit and play with other dogs which is great. Also there is a coffee machine in the shared kitchen which we really appreciate.

Mooie accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht en zwembad, rustige ligging. Alles is goed te bereiken vanaf hier als je een auto hebt. De kamer (kamer 4) was prima, had alles wat je nodig hebt. Gezamenlijke keuken is goed, veel aanwezig. Het zwembad ligt er prachtig bij en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen. Een aanrader!

Idyllisch auf einem Hügel gelegen befindet sich die Unterkunft mitten zwischen kleinen Mischwäldern und Feldern. An einem Regentag genossen wir die Sauna. Alles total schön und fernab vom Alltagsstress. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch mal für die absolute Hilfsbreitschaft bedanken, als unser Wagen kaputt ging: alle haben uns geholfen, dass unser Auto in die Werkstatt kommt, der Mechaniker kam abends noch vorbei, um sich den Wagen anzusehen. Der Bruder fuhr uns zur Werkstatt und wir konnten zum Glück noch einen Tag länger bleiben. So viel Hilfsbereitschaft kennt man bei uns kaum mehr. Vielen vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ♥️♥️

Fell in love with this place. This is a perfect getaway for those wanting to unwind and relax. It is situated on the top of the hill and has magnificent views. It is peaceful and quiet, you can hear animal sounds (rooster being one of them). The house is surrounded by magnificent garden with no shortage of flowers and trees. The room (double with balcony) itself is nicely decorated, with large balcony and again, stunning views. The swimming pools is great to relax by and swim whilst looking at landscape of Istria. The owner, Larisa, is lovely and recommended places to see. Motovun is 20 min drive away, as is Grožnjan. Note that the accommodation does not offer meals, but you can use the fully equipped kitchen so not a problem. There is only one restaurant Konoba in the village and the nearest grocery shop is in Buzet. Definitely going back.

Obiekt znajduje się na malowniczym wzgórzu z przepięknym widokiem na okolicę w tym na Motovun i Adriatyk w oddali. Właścicielka przywitała Nas słodkościami oraz oprowadziła po ogólnodostępnej części obiektu. Ponadstandardowo wyposażona kuchnia z piękną jadalnią; pralka, sauna, taras no i przepięknie położony basen z widokiem na południowy zachód. Poprosiłem o miejscowe tradycyjne danie obiadowe - właścicielka się zgodziła a danie do samego podania pozostało niespodzianką - pyszna kolacja i fajnie spędzony wspólny wieczór - jeszcze raz dziękujemy. Dom pełen zwierząt - pies, kot, paw, kury, perliczki oraz osioł Dżidżi - który uwielbia skórki z arbuza. Obiekt bardzo przewyższył nasze oczekiwania.

The accommodation was comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and their dogs were a joy to be around. Also the view from the property was simply stunning. The sauna was the cherry on top, offering a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Le site est magnifique. Grand terrain avec une vue incroyable et des couchers de soleil magiques. L’appartement est très grand et confortable et offre des espaces communs avec lave-linge et sécheuse, cafetière, sauna, piscine! La localisation permet de se rendre, par des routes sinueuses mais très bien entretenues aux plus beaux sites de l’Istrie.

Amazing place!! The room was nice and clean with a nice balcony and everything you need. The terrace and garden are beautiful, so peaceful and quite, beutifully decorated, with some lovely friendly animals. And the pool is the best one we ever had, with an amazing view of Motovun and the whole Istria. There is also a shared kitchen with a big fridge and coffee machine. The hostess was lovely, so welcoming, even made us some fresh sweets in the morning. Will definitely come back!

Een van de mooiste plekken waar we ooit hebben verbleven. Het verblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad al helemaal super!!! Echt een aanrader. Bedden sliepen ook goed en de badkamer is schoon en heeft een fijne douche.

Wir haben 6 schöne Tage in der Wohnung mit eigenem Garten verbracht. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Die Küche hätte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein können. Es gibt z.B. keinen Backofen und ein scharfes Messer wäre auch hilfreich gewesen. Neben der Wohnung werden noch vier Zimmer vermietet, die eine Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen können. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Backofen. Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe, den Blick in die Berge und den Pool sehr genossen. Die Kinder fanden außerdem die Tiere klasse. Wir hatten ein paar wirklich schöne Tage.

If you ever get the chance to book this stunning apartment you should absolutely do so! The views are amazing, it is super private and the kitchen is well equipped. The animals on the farm are cute and extraordinary. We found the place exactly as we expected. The only thing one should know is that its rather remote, no supermarkets in walking distance. But that was perfect for us since we loved the secludedness and dreamy landscapes away from bustling city life.

Simply amazing stay, hospitality of the owner and peace. Cute pets (dog, cat and also donkey). Great place to stay and relax - with a view. Not much to do in the village, but you can find some attractions nearby. We did some great cycling around. The place has everything you need. Hope we come back!

Hostes kwam sleutel brengen, was erg vriendelijk en gaf een rondleiding ook voor het gebruik van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. We mochten zelfs gebruik maken van het wasmachine.

Great place! It is quite new, well kept and it was well equipped. Location is great when traveling by car, the area is calm, the view and shared space outside also look very nice. Check in is super easy and the host was friendly :)

Idyllisch auf einem Hügel gelegen befindet sich die Unterkunft mitten zwischen kleinen Mischwäldern und Feldern. An einem Regentag genossen wir die Sauna. Alles total schön und fernab vom Alltagsstress. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch mal für die absolute Hilfsbreitschaft bedanken, als unser Wagen kaputt ging: alle haben uns geholfen, dass unser Auto in die Werkstatt kommt, der Mechaniker kam abends noch vorbei, um sich den Wagen anzusehen. Der Bruder fuhr uns zur Werkstatt und wir konnten zum Glück noch einen Tag länger bleiben. So viel Hilfsbereitschaft kennt man bei uns kaum mehr. Vielen vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ♥️♥️

Fell in love with this place. This is a perfect getaway for those wanting to unwind and relax. It is situated on the top of the hill and has magnificent views. It is peaceful and quiet, you can hear animal sounds (rooster being one of them). The house is surrounded by magnificent garden with no shortage of flowers and trees. The room (double with balcony) itself is nicely decorated, with large balcony and again, stunning views. The swimming pools is great to relax by and swim whilst looking at landscape of Istria. The owner, Larisa, is lovely and recommended places to see. Motovun is 20 min drive away, as is Grožnjan. Note that the accommodation does not offer meals, but you can use the fully equipped kitchen so not a problem. There is only one restaurant Konoba in the village and the nearest grocery shop is in Buzet. Definitely going back.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einzigartigem Ausblick und ebenfalls sehenswerten Orten in Auto Reichweite. Unterkunft mit vielen Tieren (Hund, Katze, Hühner, Esel, Pfau..) Larissa ist sehr nett, gastfreundlich und bereitet regionale Gebäcke zum Schnabulieren und wenn man Glück hat, gibt es sogar frische Eier von den Hühnern.

Amazing place!! The room was nice and clean with a nice balcony and everything you need. The terrace and garden are beautiful, so peaceful and quite, beutifully decorated, with some lovely friendly animals. And the pool is the best one we ever had, with an amazing view of Motovun and the whole Istria. There is also a shared kitchen with a big fridge and coffee machine. The hostess was lovely, so welcoming, even made us some fresh sweets in the morning. Will definitely come back!

Simply amazing stay, hospitality of the owner and peace. Cute pets (dog, cat and also donkey). Great place to stay and relax - with a view. Not much to do in the village, but you can find some attractions nearby. We did some great cycling around. The place has everything you need. Hope we come back!

Mooie accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht en zwembad, rustige ligging. Alles is goed te bereiken vanaf hier als je een auto hebt. De kamer (kamer 4) was prima, had alles wat je nodig hebt. Gezamenlijke keuken is goed, veel aanwezig. Het zwembad ligt er prachtig bij en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen. Een aanrader!

If you ever get the chance to book this stunning apartment you should absolutely do so! The views are amazing, it is super private and the kitchen is well equipped. The animals on the farm are cute and extraordinary. We found the place exactly as we expected. The only thing one should know is that its rather remote, no supermarkets in walking distance. But that was perfect for us since we loved the secludedness and dreamy landscapes away from bustling city life.

L’appartement est très grand et confortable et offre des espaces communs avec lave-linge et sécheuse, cafetière, sauna, piscine! La localisation permet de se rendre, par des routes sinueuses mais très bien entretenues aux plus beaux sites de l’Istrie.

Prachtige plek midden in de bergen. Als je je goed voorbereid met voldoende boodschappen dan heb je een top verblijf! Het zwembad is geweldig. Iedere avond zit je op de voorste rij voor de mooiste zonsondergang. De keuken heeft voldoende opties om te koken. Op 15/20 minuten rijden zijn er leuke lokale restaurantjes te vinden met heerlijk eten.
Prachtige plek midden in de bergen. Als je je goed voorbereid met voldoende boodschappen dan heb je een top verblijf! Het zwembad is geweldig. Iedere avond zit je op de voorste rij voor de mooiste zonsondergang. De keuken heeft voldoende opties om te koken. Op 15/20 minuten rijden zijn er leuke lokale restaurantjes te vinden met heerlijk eten.

The view from the house property is amazing. The hosts were great. Our dog had a place to run around a bit and play with other dogs which is great. Also there is a coffee machine in the shared kitchen which we really appreciate.

Great location in the hills - with sweeping views. Fantastic facilities - including a sauna and pool. We could easily have stayed even longer - so comfortable. We highly recommend to others.
Great location in the hills - with sweeping views. Fantastic facilities - including a sauna and pool. We could easily have stayed even longer - so comfortable. We highly recommend to others.
