Crowne Plaza Suites MSP Airport - Mall of America by IHG

Pool wasn’t usable. Only found out after checked in

Upon arrival the front desk person was not forthcoming on any info about property, such as dining, pool, parking, the broken elevators. The TV's in room literally gives no info on when dining is available, no menu to order from, no hours of pool use. One of the employees couldn't understand the simplest question asked of her due to language barrier. For the over $200 plus I paid... I will go somewhere else next time.

Airport shuttle easy

The room was great. The front desk man was awesome!! super friendly and helpful. The gym has all the equipment you'll need...fully booked and clean. The building is old. The pool and hot tub were both shut down. We did use the sauna and fitness room. The parking garage is in need of a renovation...it looks like it will collapse soon. Many temporary posts holding up the roof. This crown plaza is getting old...needs a face lift. The fire alarm went off when we were there and had to go down the stairs and out the outside stairs to get out. There were signs of homeless people sleeping on the fire escape. Blankets and pillows and drug Paraphernalia.
