The room was spacious, but not comfortable. The swimming pool has a great view. We enjoyed the pool.

Fantastic stay, exceeded all expectations! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pacific Club Resort and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace, excellent service, and a personal touch. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a lovely balcony and fantastic views. The rooftop pool area was definitely one of the highlights – peaceful, beautifully kept, and offering amazing views of the surrounding area and the sea. Perfect for relaxing after a day at Karon Beach. The location is also excellent, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being tucked away enough to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was of a very high standard, with a good variety of options and fresh ingredients. The entire hotel has a warm and exclusive feel that made the stay feel extra special. We will definitely return the next time we visit Thailand!

Return customers, this hotel is the only place i will stay in Karon. The staff are absolutely amazing, the hotel manager Mr Sun is one in a million, talks and laughs with the guests, he will get you a coffee. My wife became ill and without hesitation Mr Sun transported us some 20km to hospital and waited with us until were being looked after..you will not be disappointed staying here with Mr Sun and his amazing team

Unbelievable resort. Should be classified as a 5-star. The staff are the friendliest and most amazing people. Breakfast was amazing. Room was huge with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was by far the best, my wife and I spent hours of the day up there. The restaurant and food was top notch, especially considering you can get everything delivered wherever you are whether it be the pool, your room, or at a restaurant table. Laundry service was perfect and cheap. Simply amazing.
