Nous avons séjourner 28 jours tout à été parfait du début jusqu'au dernier jours. C'est un hôtel de 30 chambres piscine sur le toit avec des transats toujours de la place, spa,jacuzzi, salle de sport. Personnelles très à notre écoute sur tout les points rien à redire. En plus ayant l'avion de bonne heure le responsable nous a préparé deux doggy bag car le taxi est venu nous chercher à 4h45. Nous le remercions énormément car cela est très rare. Je me répète et je remercie toutes l'équipe. Je recommande cette établissement qualité et prix très bien. Cdlt Mr Sire Claude.

The staff is amazing and very attentive. The rooftop pool and the hydrotherapy pool/sauna are great. The breakfast buffet is good. There are Thai and international options and an egg station. This is a smaller hotel with a resort atmosphere. There is not much for children to do. We utilized the shuttle a couple of times but generally just walked to the beach and the retail areas. We would stay again. The beach is wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop swimming pool — not only was it a great place to relax, but the view of the Big Buddha from up there was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Amazing. Love this hotel. Sun, the manager, made it even more spectacular. Staff is wonderful. Massages onsite and lovely. Restaurant food very good and affordable. Rooms are spacious and ensuite kitchenette is super handy. As much water as you want. Just ask and they will provide whatever you need. Laundry services available at the hotel. Lots of open space. The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful. Truly sad to leave

One of the best hotels we've stayed at! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. If you're looking to stay at a friendly, welcoming, super comfortable hotel at Phuket that is close to the beach then look no further. The hotels decor is very unique and works so well! I had mentioned in my booking that we would be on honeymoon and they surprised us with a honeymoon setup room and a few vouchers - which we really appreciated. I had booked this via Hotels.com (Expedia) and they honoured Expedia vouchers too. I was hesitant booking here initially as we wanted to be closer to the beach however the hotel offer a shuttle service to Karon - and it really isn't that far. Beach beds can be hired at 100 Baht per person (at the time of writing) and Karon beach itself is a very nice beach. The hotel also offers a complimentary beach towel service despite not being beachfront - which is very thoughtful. The service and attention to detail is second to none. The staff are super friendly and communicate well. The facilities themselves are very good and the rooms are spacious (based on the premium deluxe room).We especially loved sitting on the rooftop pool tables and sipping cocktails whilst watching the sun go down (again, a unique features with westwards facing view). There are lots of small lounging areas around the hotel too - each with their own 'vibe'. As they are perched up on a hill, the views surrounding the hotel are great!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the pacific club resort. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and the room is spacious. We had a great view of the water and the rooftop pool at sunset is amazing. The staff are super attentive and kind. One of the best hotel experiences I have had. The restaurant here is also really good. We also used the laundry service and the hotel spa both were great

This was a very well presented hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless. It featured a large TV in front of the bed, a balcony overlooking the jacuzzy, sauna and outside restaurant, Tea/coffee making facilities, 2 x free bottles of water per day, A fridge/freezer and microwave. Pool area was on the top floor and the gym on the bottom floor. There wasn't any noise at night. I had an evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant which was fine. Breakfast featured the usual items plus Chinese food. All the staff were pleasant. There was a short walk to the Karon Beach area and that is the only potential downside to this hotel. Sometimes I walked and other times got a taxi. A 7/11 is nearby once you get to the main road.

This is a lovely resort. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good on-site Restaurant, well priced food ,good range of meal options and reasonably priced. The Spa was excellent also, suggest you try the Hot Stone Massage - superb. The Rooftop Pool was fantastic and you could use this 24 /7. Unlike other resorts at Phuket, no road noise, super relaxing place. We will be back next year.

This place is a hidden gem! Wonderful and attentive staff. They thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pool at the rooftop was awesome and so was the jacuzzi and sauna. Food was available at all times and it was a short walk to Karon beach. We had such an enjoyable time that we tried to extend our stay. Will definitely be back. It lives up to its exceptional rating!

This property is competely good value. The staff are wonderful, the amenities are wonderful, the food is wonderful, and I love the sauna, the jaccuzi and the skypool. Swimming on top of the world and eating authentic Thai dinner in the pool at one of the three in pool tables while sipping on pina coladas watching the sun go down - it doesnt get better.

I had a wonderful week's stay at Pacific Club Resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The resort was immaculately clean and well maintained. My suite was roomy, the bed extremely comfortable, and I loved the private balcony overlooking the ocean. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, all meals were delicious, and a wonderful breakfast including made to order egg station. Thanks so much - I'll definitely come back to Pacific Club Resort if I'm in the area.

This was my fifth visit to the hotel. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming and many of them have worked there for several years. The rooftop pool is amazing and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The quality and choice of food at breakfast is great. Try the eggs Benedict. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand. This is my favourite.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pacific Club Resort in Karon, Thailand. The entire hotel was spotless, from the beautifully maintained common areas and rooftop pool, to our pristine, comfortable room. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made our stay feel even more special. The breakfast each morning was fantastic with plenty of options, and the food at the restaurant in the evening was just as amazing fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Pacific Club Resort to anyone visiting Karon.

Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels. The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry.

We had a gorgeous 2 bedroom suite. Everything was clean and the food was delicious! The pool was open 24 hrs which is great. The staff was friendly and helpful when arranging taxi’s or asking questions. We would stay here again especially for the price!

It’s a little retro older but very clean and overall a great hotel for its price. we had 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with kitchen and lounge. Great staff. Great roof top pool. One of the best hotels we've stayed at! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. If you're looking to stay at a friendly, welcoming, super comfortable hotel at Phuket that is close to the beach then look no further. The hotels decor is very unique and works so well! I had mentioned in my booking that we would be on honeymoon and they surprised us with a honeymoon setup room and a few vouchers - which we really appreciated. I had booked this via Hotels.com (Expedia) and they honoured Expedia vouchers too. I was hesitant booking here initially as we wanted to be closer to the beach however the hotel offer a shuttle service to Karon - and it really isn't that far. Beach beds can be hired at 100 Baht per person (at the time of writing) and Karon beach itself is a very nice beach. The hotel also offers a complimentary beach towel service despite not being beachfront - which is very thoughtful. The service and attention to detail is second to none. The staff are super friendly and communicate well. The facilities themselves are very good and the rooms are spacious (based on the premium deluxe room).We especially loved sitting on the rooftop pool tables and sipping cocktails whilst watching the sun go down (again, a unique features with westwards facing view). There are lots of small lounging areas around the hotel too - each with their own 'vibe'. As they are perched up on a hill, the views surrounding the hotel are great!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the pacific club resort. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and the room is spacious. We had a great view of the water and the rooftop pool at sunset is amazing. The staff are super attentive and kind. One of the best hotel experiences I have had. The restaurant here is also really good. We also used the laundry service and the hotel spa both were great

I loved the size of fhe room and the balcony which I think was because i got a vip upgrade. No one else had the same sized balcony. The restaurant was okay. A bit lacking on selection for a breakfast buffet. I hated the shower. It was a rain shower which i dont understand at all and the water would not get hot. I ended up having to inform the front desk but they came and fixed the problem right away having to install a new boiler. The area around was nice but Karon is far from the malls and at least 30 minutes from almost any attraction. Aside from the restaurant and that rain shower i would recommend this property for sure. Just be mindful that you will be taking 30 minute to an hour long rides for anywhere you're trying to go.

The staff here is super friendly. The location is a ten minute walk from the beach. The hotel is dark because of the ceiling and how it feels enclosed. The doors are thin so noise travels into your room. The walls are thicker so can’t hear neighbors on that end. For the price it’s a good deal.

Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels. The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry.

We have stayed 5 times at pacific club the hotel is just amazing The staff are lovely and very helpful the manager Mr Sun goes above and beyond ZAR on the front desk is great nothing is a problem to her and she has been the friendly face for many years. Joso the outlet/restaurant manager is terrific great service with a beautiful smile. We are always treated like family The roof top pool is a true oasis away from the crowds If your thinking of coming to Karon beach this is the pick it might not be on the beach but it’s the best👍

Amazing. Love this hotel. Sun, the manager, made it even more spectacular. Staff is wonderful. Massages onsite and lovely. Restaurant food very good and affordable. I stayed for the second time at Pacific Club Resort, and they continue to live up to their 'home away from home' excellence. The rooms and amenities are clean, comfortable and high quality, and all the staff are friendly and customer service focused - many remembered me from my last visit. I had an issue with the balcony door lock at 11pm at night that was fixed within 15 minutes - definitely exceeding my expectations. I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast with made to order egg station, and the restaurant food is excellent. The resort is very close to a convenience store, fruit market and other restaurants and services, but far enough away from the main street to be safe and quiet. Thank you Pacific Club for another wonderful stay - I'll see you again next year!

This hotel was beautiful, inside and out. It felt like a tropical paradise with all of the greenery. The staff were kind and attentive and the room was so spacious! The pool and sauna were highlights. For those of you who don't love walking, this hotel is a 10 minute walk to the other shops and restaurants so keep this in mind. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Phuket.

We loved our stay at Pacific Club! Small hotel that was lovely and quiet - we often felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Staff are attentive and friendly and speak excellent English. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. Breakfast is excellent - plenty of options and variety for all preferences. You can watch the glorious Thai sunsets from the rooftop pool with a drink in hand. Easy ten minute walk to the beach and to a 7/11 for any quick needs. 12 minutes walk to the main street of Karon. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance and beautiful lush jungle surrounding the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

The management and staff provide a personalised service. From the minute we arrived to our departure, we were made to feel welcome and evert care was taken to take care of our needs. The rooms are spacious, the staff very friendly (especially Mr Sun), the food is exceptional and the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna of the highest standard. I can’t find any fault and will definitely visit again

All good. The room is nice. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant is very good; you don't need to look elsewhere to eat; it has many different cuisines. If I go to Phuket again, I will stay at the same place.

Excellent all round. Menu was quite good for vegans (including plant based meats). You just have to specify vegan when ordering in person and the staff will follow up for you

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including calling tour pickup drivers for us when they were running late, the breakfast buffet was delicious and resort wide food service delivery was much appreciated. The road up to the resort was being repaved while we were there which made transport a little more complicated than it should have been, but that’s not the resorts fault and only temporary. It’s a short walk to the Karon beach and temple night markets which are a good visit. There was an area on the veranda near the restaurant that occasionally had a bad smell but that was only sometimes and my only complaint.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pacific Club Resort in Karon, Thailand. The entire hotel was spotless, from the beautifully maintained common areas and rooftop pool, to our pristine, comfortable room. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made our stay feel even more special. The breakfast each morning was fantastic with plenty of options, and the food at the restaurant in the evening was just as amazing fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Pacific Club Resort to anyone visiting Karon.

Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels. The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry.
