The employees were very nice! Rooms were very clean. The bed was a bit too hard for me, but I was so tired I didn’t notice until the morning. The pool was not working,, supposed the heating pump had been out. Bummer!! No jacuzzi. The coffee was bland. The oatmeal was great. They only served meat that was pork so there were no other options but oatmeal.

This was a good hotel. It had a good but busy breakfast area. We got a bill for parking, but it looked like they wrote off the fee. It would have been over $20. You may want to make sure if they charge for parking or not before you stay here. There is only one restaurant in the neighboring Marriott hotel. You will need to drive a little to find places to eat.

Staff was great, room layout just weird. It was not very comfortable to watch tv on the bed. Also water in the shower would not get very hot. Pool was amazing.

Good hotel but the breakfast is very basic not vegan friendly. Also the elevator stays stuck, which can be scary. We did see a roach in the lobby but the room was clean.

When we arrived the first room they gave us the key would not work propwrly. Went down stairs and they gave us another room in a higher floor and i asked for a disability room with shower did not get it either. The beds are to small and very uncomfortable. There pool was supposedly being clean both days we were there so we did not get to use pool.We were sent to another hotel next door to use.

The staff was great, very welcoming. Rooms are spacious and well kept. One thing that is odd- they keep the indoor pool area at 67° but the pool is heated. Not sure who wants to get out of a heated pool into cold air conditioning, but that kept us from using it.

I liked the breakfast and the service from the front desk but the quality of the room and the cleanliness was not up to par. I have stayed there before and just being in the room with the old musty smell was not pleasant. There was food and trash drippings n the elevator that could have been cleaned up but for the price I paid, I would have paid that price and felt better about my stay.

The lobby looks very nice, but when we got to the room, the toilet was running and never fully flushed. There were stains in the shower and the towels by the sink had a yellow tint. Housekeeping never came to the room during the three day stay, so we had to find them to request new towels. There is no insulation in the walls, so you can hear every time a door opens and closes all the way down the hall. Housekeeping, despite never coming to the room, likes to vacuum around 8:00 am, so that will wake you up. Breakfast was good, but they never put out enough for the guests. People were standing around and waiting for food and several people asked for muffins. The woman brought out 6 (at least 10 people had asked for them) and then one lady took them all and there were never more muffins brought out. We were told several times that more eggs would be ready in 10 minutes, but after waiting 25 minutes, I gave up and went back to the room. This could have been a much nicer hotel (especially for a Marriott), but it also could have been worse

Upon arrival our room was scoring hot. We turned on the AC and started unpacking all of our things and once fully unpacked I went into the bathroom and the toilet had not been cleaned nor the bathroom sink as it had what looked like pubic hair. On top of all of that the refrigerator was not working so the food we brought to our room ruined. The next morning I let the front desk know of all of these issues and she apologized and said that it would be taken care of. We left at 9:00am and didn’t come back until 4:00om and there had been no changes to our dirty room and a refrigerator that did not work the entire time that we were there. When we checked out the front desk lady said that there was nothing that could be done about it but she would talk to her manager. Needless to say I never heard a word back from anyone. I would never stay somewhere that had such poor customer service and such bad hotel experience.

Friendly staff; clean room; however two things to improve: (1) quietness: it is next to the highway, and the windows seems didn't do a good job for the noise isolation so you'll notice the highway noise always. (2) The shower doors was a bad engineering design. There is water spills when you do shower.

Staff were nice and amenities were nice and clean. However, our a/c would only work for an hour before it would go back to being set on 80°f, which was weird. Also, it was flashing low battery on the thermostat the entire time. The bed was meh, but I can’t complain about that part really for how cheap it was (compared to other Austin hotels on ACL weekend).

Easy to access, but very loud traffic sounds at all times. No decent restaurants or stores in walking distance. Our room was dated and clearly missing a dresser (space on wall, but not there). Our shower leaked water onto the floor, but had great pressure. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Decent selection for breakfast but you must be there early as they didn't refill anything the las 30 mins of it.

Alissa at the front desk went out of her way to be kind and let my son check in early after he had a medical emergency while traveling and needed to rest after being released from the hospital. Truly so gracious and kind.

Room was more like a red roof inn than spring hill. Reeked of air freshner and very old. To check in took us over 20 minutes just for the receptionist to come out the back. Definitely would not recommend

We walked in an 1 1/2 after checkin time, which is at 3pm, and our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get out room until 5pm. Terrible. Then they were trying to get us to go to another hotel so that when the rooms did become available, the other customers walking in wouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for their room. Just ridiculous.

Arrived and my reservation had been canceled without my consent. I spent 5 hours on the phone with customer service trying to get another place to stay. Tried to put me in Motel 6s and red roofs despite me paying for a good hotel. Finally when I got a decent one they had booked it for the next day. I had to sleep in my truck that night

Just okay, aircon and fridge not working right. Location is not so convenient when you’re planning to visit the Capitol, Lady Bird Lake and LBJ Library. This location is on the other side of the freeway. Staff are nice and accommodating.

We had a short 1 night stay and this was perfect. Room was great. Would recommend for a longer stay too. Breakfast was really good and had fresh options compared to other “breakfast included” hotels. Had the quintessential Texas shaped waffle but also had oatmeal with a variety of topping options. Great yogurt options and fresh fruit.
