We got here after 8 and found that the elevator was broken. Not their fault- things happen. But since it was late to find another hotel, we opted to stay and walk up 3 flights of stairs- no small feat for my handicapped husband. The room was clean but to be honest, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the parking lot. When I went back out to get something for dinner since my husband was unable to do the stairs again I found the parking lot so dark I was scared to walk to the car. When i came back, I waited until another car parked with a couple in it came in and parked near them so that i could walk in with them. I would NOT recommend this hotel to women alone- it is in a dark and secluded area and not safe!

Did not enjoy my stay here at all. The pool was out of order and I was not told this when I booked, even though I asked! There is no complimentary breakfast, also the television did not work and I was told there is no maintenance man on staff during the weekend and things cannot be repaired until Monday. After checking in and learned of these inconveniences (there for literally 1 hour) I decided I did not want to stay. When I tried to cancel my stay I was told I would be charged for the entire not. Terrible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE

Loved having a Bistro in the hotel so we did nt have to leave the hotel after checking in. Enjoyed the wine & coffee drinks. There was a small variety of food which was very tasty..

Not the hotels fault but this location is notorious for break ins as someone broke into 8 vehicles including mine. Busted my back glass out of my truck and stole personal belongings.

We would never stay there again & we will be coming to that area several times a year since our daughter & her family live in the area. No breakfast - unless you paid $35.00 for hardly anything - the shower door would not stay closed so water was on the floor - there were blood stains on the side of one mattress yuck! Indoor pool was closed the entire time & the daytime front desk chick was a real piece of work - she needs to get over herself! The evening front desk lady was so nice & helpful - we stayed 4 nights & it sure was the crappiest Marriott we have ever stayed in & we travel a lot!

Quick one night stop while traveling. Choose this hotel bc of the EV charger. Hotel was and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Room was large and bed was very comfy. A little musty smell from AC but not bad. (Humidity in the south!) only complaint was ev charger stopped working during the night so didn’t get a full charge. That’s why we chose this hotel.

Did not live up to the Marriott brand. Doors slamming from other rooms would shake the room. You could hear people walking across the floor upstairs. Shower area had poor lighting, had mildew, and then drainage issues. Finally, when we asked for a shower cap, the clerk said they did not provide them. And no plastic laundry bag for your dirty clothes. Finally, when opening up the fridge to put out drinks in, it was frozen with a block of ice.

Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a 2.5 inch cockroach who wasn’t even scared of the light. I showed up at 10pm with 2 small kids, and we had to immediately stop changing getting into our pyjamas to run out of the room. We had to pack up in the car again to find a different hotel. I was told the night manager would call me regarding a refund. It’s been 24 hours, no contact from any management.

We had insects in the room and no tissues. Bathroom had a slippery tub and no grab bars. Sink faucet leaked. Breakfast were overpriced, cold and very old.

Dead water bug near window sill. Square coffee filter for a round coffe maker. It didn't match and wouldn't fit. Paint peeling from the tub. Wallpaper bubbling and becoming detached from the seams

showing some age, some small lack of maintenance. small things, like only 2 full size bath towels one in room decaf one reg coffee for the machine. Shower head not great, flow very low.

No matter how many pillows you stacked on top of each other your head went to the mattress. The shower was exactly narrow. Had to shower sideways because of the soap dispenser. Shower wouldn't drain, flooded the bathroom. Minor things though. For the price, I'd stay again.

Loved the setting of the hotel! It was nestled in the trees about 1/4 block off the main roadway which reduced the noise greatly! The 2 young ladies who greeted us & checked us in were fabulous! They immediately made you feel at home & welcomed! The room was spacious. Loved the set-up for the coffee bar, microwave & fridge, Very user friendly!! Well thought out!

They will undoubtedly get things ironed out. The room was quiet and comfortable which was the most important aspect.

They charged me again for the room I prepaid for, said they were going to correct, we shall see . Slow check in , key didn’t work, balcony door was trrrible you literally had to wrestle it open and close.

The accommodations were very good. The service was not. When checking in at 3 am because of traffic getting to our location we were chastised for not calling ahead because we were checking in late. It is a Highway side location. We should not have been treated that way.

The room was nice and updated, the parking lot and security was not a cause for concern. There was a fantastic digital advertisement for breakfast, which we saw when we checked in at 12:30am with our stomachs rumbling, but the next morning we were very disapointed that there was no breakfast. The front desk associate said he bartender could make us a bagel or muffin, but meh.
