The staff appear friendly and rooms appeared clean. The parking is tight and there were roaches in the room. I went to ask for a new room and heard others complaining about the pests as well. Cheap room, you get what you pay for I guess.

Internet needs to be better service always disconnecting parking lot needed to be cleaned up lot of cigarette butts and paper. Major road renovation going on in front of hotel. Pool unavailable for few days waiting for pool co to come clean and service it.

Stay away from this place. We checked in at 7:30 pm after a 9 hour drive. Around 8:15 pm we heard a horrible grinding noise that sounded like a cement mixer. We notified the front desk person and asked him to come hear it, it was loud and disturbing. When he came into the room he said, “What Noise” I looked at him in disbelief because the noise was prominent and loud. He then said that someone was doing laundry. At 9:15 pm it happened again and this time I asked for another room. He told me there weren’t any other rooms available. I believe this was a lie because the parking lot was not full at all. This noise continued all night, I had to keep the window air conditioner on for background noise to drown out the Cement Grinding noise. Also the toilet didn’t flush properly. This place was the worst property I have ever stayed in. STAY AWAY!!!

Front desk staff all had extremely poor communication and customer service attitude. Bathroom faucet fixture was old and hard to operate. Mildew under faucet. No stopper in the bathtub. No bath mat to avoid slipping. Pool was nice. Room cleaning staff were pleasant.

Room and bathroom dirty. Chain lock broken, sheets so old they looked dirty, drains didn’t drain properly, paint was peeling from ceiling, toilet was loose and ultimately dangerous. Manager not courteous. Would never stay there again, and would not recommend. also - would like some compensation It seems Expedia, which I use often, should be more aware of which companies are on their site. Very disappointed with this one !!!

The hotel did not look like the picture. The floor was probably the dirtiest we had ever encountered. After I took my shower I used the wet hand towel to mop the floor. Pictures are attached to show the dirt picked up. My socks were black prior from walking on it. The sink ran the entire time we were there. The door fit so poorly that a 1/4 inch of day light shown through. The reason that I had a wet towel was that not to slip in the shiny tub, it was so slippery my wife was afraid I would fall.

Big issue is roaches in the room and peeling paint on ceiling and room was hot tried then on ac then an hour later started coughing feeling funny, realized vents were filthy with roaches droppings and dirt. Seeing roaches droppings all over curtains.

The rooms and cleanliness of this hotel were horrible. Dirty, falling apart. Stains on the bed sheets. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilets barely flushed. I I would never stay at this location again.

We were in a non-smoking room and there were burn holes in the sheets and blankets. There was just bread for breakfast. We saw 3-5 roaches. The room was supposed to be soundproof but we heard other peoples tvs and the washing machine. The toilet didn’t flush right and took 30 seconds to a minute to flush.

The room looked great. It didn't smell bad, everything looked clean. But the toilet was clogged after the first use. They gave us a plunger, but no one came to fix it and it stayed clogged the entire day. They offered to move us to another room. Again, on thr surface, it looked fine. The nightmare began when we laid down to ho to sleep. After the third roach crawled across me, that was it. I do not recommend. The staff was nice but the hotel is apparently not sprayed for pests. I just thank goodness it was nothing like bed bugs. Do not stay here.

Property in some pretty desperate need of upgrades. There was a physical hole in our bathroom sink, the towel bar had been ripped from the wall and the safety chain lock on the door was broken. The bed slept and the toilet flushed, that’s about all you get.

It was convenient to get to considering the road construction check in was poor could not understand the person behind the counter also I went online to setup the stay for three days but when I got there I was told that I had to stay three days he was not going to make an adjustment and that was before I had paid for it on top of that the rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller then went to use the sink the handle completely came off broken of course so I took the handle to the office and he sent a housekeeper to repair it by that time I have had enough. Stayed only two days and left I will not be going back to a Days Inn for a while.

The room I was sent to was not ready, had trash in the room and no bedding on the bed. The new room they sent me to smelled horrible and was not a welcoming comfortable setting at all. I was not happy at all and the property manager refused to issue a refund to an unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

This wasnt great. Arrived at the hotel at 1.30am after driving 14 hours. The receptionist told me she couls see my booking but my 2 rooms had been cancelled but couldnt explain why - i had an Expedia confirmation so my side was correct. Then i was told to stay in the rooms i had booked she was going to charge me their walk-in rate, which was about $50 a room more expensive. After some discussion she finally agreed to give me my original rate. I was given one key so gave it to my son to go to the room - he csme back minutes later because someone was already in bed in the room !!! I then got a diiferent room us my second room and was asked if i would go and check both rooms to make sure no one was in there !!!! Finally get into the room. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall so obviously not working. The advertised pool was empty, and by the look of the amount of green algae it had been for some time so dont rely on the advertised facilities. Felt really let down by the hotel and also by Expedia. I know it is a budget hotel but there are some basic standards we should expect.

This wasn't a pleasant stay for so many reasons. To name a few: 1. It didn't look like the pictures. 2. Staff was rude. One day, I went to wait for my uber in the lobby, before I could even sit down, the person working behind the counter told me I couldn't be in the lobby for some reason. 3. Most nights the staff would gather outside (I was unlucky enough to have a room close to one of their hangout spots). They would be out there all night laughing and talking until the early hours of the morning. I called to complained about it, but nothing was done. 5. The bed was terrible! Very uncomfortable. 6. The door to my room didn't close all the way. Terrible stay!

Cleaning staff are VERY nice and pleasant. The front desk staff on the other hand, arent. Pretty much everyone i interacted with, are cold and sort of rude. They didnt seem very happy to be here. They werent receptive to my concerns, and apologies are all i received for accommodations. As far as the rooms, you get what you pay for, i guess. Overall stay 5.5/10. Cleaning staff 10/10 would recommend.

The moment I walked up there was a sign up that said they'd be back in 5min. Then someone came up said nothing like "Hi" or "Good Afternoon". It was pointing and saying get in here. Then I was asked my name and how many people I had after he just said, " I need ID". I told them 2 and he asked again I said two then he asked again. I then said, "I'm sorry it's two people" then the same thing with pets this wasn't asked nicely and inferred I was lying about the pets. The conversation about those two things ended in him telling me about the fines associated with each of those things. He wasn't friendly or welcoming at all and made me really uncomfortable. I came out of the room after check in with my boyfriend and he was out side of the room and started walking away looking at us over his back. It was as if he was checking on the validation of my answers to him. My boyfriend and I felt so uncomfortable we put a chair in front of the door and left really early the next morning. We'll never stay there again. Checking out was very similar experience. We couldn't leave fast enough and had a very serious conversation about going to stay at another place.

The location was terrible! Strange characters all around, people walking up and down the road at all hours. Kids must live on top floor as they were heard every morning. The bathroom was super tiny. The sheets, bedding and towels all had stains on them. Def won’t stay here again

Had to return to front desk for a room key that worked. The phone was not working. The TV was not working. The shower was very difficult to turn on. The towels were old, worn and dingy. The breakfast room was very dirty and had very little in the way of anything to eat.

House keeping didn't refill anything(coffee, toilet paper, soap, towels after they took mine then told me to go across the property in the rain to get replacements myself) found roaches in the room, WiFi is really weak, tiny TVs, beds are worn out and can feel springs. The so called breakfast was only waffles, bread, and cereal that was stale, no juices, fruits, yogurt, or any kind of real food at all which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel was so I didn't have to buy breakfast.

Room was overall clean and we had a comfortable night's sleep. Some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Vending machine was empty of water, and water fountain was broke, so we had to go across the street to get drinking water. Continental breakfast was limited, without fresh fruit or yogurt. Waffle maker broke, however there was hot grits and biscuits. Breakfast area was newer, but cabinets needed washed down, and dining furniture was tired and dirty. It was what we expected for the price. Staff was not overly friendly, and the young man had a sign on the office door, out for an errand, when I went back with a question. The only restaurant within walking distance was a McDonald's, and it was not good quality. We wouldn't recommend walking in this area, as it seemed a bit dangerous.
