Pros:The hotel was very clean and in a safe area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: The keys kept not working which I had read in a few reviews before we went. I didn't think it would be a big deal but when locked out of the side door and having to wait on someone to let us in and then having to wait at front desk (which was empty) and then hunt down an employee to get someone to make a new key was quite irritating. Also the toilet seat was loose and that was an annoyance.
