This is my second stay here, heat is a hit or miss, shower doors don't close properly, the hot tub wasn't working. These were concerns my last stay too, but nobody seemed to care. I dont think you're getting what you pay for here.

The pool n hot tub was open clean n all to our self. The room was big with 2 chairs n a bench for sitting, the king bed was comfortable. Didn't like that you could hear the people talking next door n the dogs barking. Maybe they should place the people with the longer stays together, instead of placing the one nighter next door. The breakfast is the same as anywhere else buffet style.

Needs attending to in the gym. Only one machine worked and it was lopsided on the treadmill. Can’t say you have a gym when no machines work. Pool was clean. No vending machine options for snacks.

Good location for Geneva. Two block walk to downtown shops. It is early August so restaurants are on reduced hours. One block walk to lake waterfront and visitor center. Very convenient to Seneca Lake wine trail. Hotel is clean but could use some updating, mattresses in particular. Breakfast is fine.

Really nice hotel. Perfect for viewing eclipse at Seneca Lake park across the street. Great breakfast - staff helpful - room and bathroom very clean. No complaints. A pleasant surprise at a reasonable cost.

For the price, the bed was very uncomfortable and no curtains in the room. We checked in earlier then got back to the room around 8:30 pm and went to close the curtains since it was on the ground floor and the plastic from the rod was hanging down and was broken and never replaced. We did not notice it earlier since it was light out. The room smelled as well. We were up the area for a surprise party and our anniversary.

The staff treated us well, and the property was average. The bed was uncomfortable, the HVAC would run full blast blowing directly at you, could not control AC or Heat. Constant noise all night two nights in a row. Doors slamming, annoying crackling sound every few minutes, dumpsters emptied right outside, and the train runs right by the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn’t stay there again!

This hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. The furniture in my room was worn. The shower doors were broken. The bed was OK but creaked. The staff was nice and the location is terrific, but the facilities need to be improved

Our reservation was not honored as we arrived at 1:30 am in the morning. They did not have a room for us and it was very weird, they gave my reservation to someone and we had to leave the lobby and find another hotel on our own that night. I did not expect Hilton to do kind of service. And also form orbitz. I don’t know if I can trust orbitz anymore if my reservation are not grarabteed

I really enjoyed my time there. I stayed there because it was close to the 5k that I had to run early morning. I didn't have to drive. Just walk to the event. All the staff were great!

The front desk customer service was excellent. Especially Michael my husband had an injured ankle was on crushes our room was initial on the 3rd floor. He arrange for us to have a 1st floor room which to me was exceptional customer service. Thank you Michael.

The front desk clerk spent more time away from the desk than at it. We have to get the lady from the kitchen to find her so we could check out. We waited a long time. She was abrupt and had a sour attitude

Good location and hotel was clean. My only complaint is that there is a train line right in front of it, the train passing and horning woke us up early in the morning ( not the hotel’s fault obviously but it’s good to know if you are planning to sleep in the morning).

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for visiting Hobart and William Smith. The bathroom was clean and the location was well-heated.
