My partner is arthritic. We selected this hotel because it has a hot tub, indoor pool and full bath tub. Just prior to our arrival, I received a message the hot tub and pool were not available. Joan was disappointed about the pool/hot tub situation. but there was a tub as last resort. Or so she thought. The tub drain was adjusted so that it would not close, rendering the shower as the only option. Needless to say, she spent most of the stay in pain and I had to listen to it ever since, making my stay less than pleasurable as well.

Specifically rented this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub for my daughter...BOTH WERE GREEN! THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY. just a heads up.. if you weere planing on using the pool. I had to reach out several times just for a response. I will never stay at this location again.

Hotel is looking dated. Our room was right next to the elevator, so we could hear people running down the hall outside. Not our favorite spot in a hotel. Bathrooms showed signs of wear, the shower light was out. Beds were comfortable. Pool was cloudy with a yellow tinge; the kids were not interested in going in the next morning because of this! Probably won't return as we have other choices of places to stop on our annual trip to Canada. Staff was fine and friendly; breakfast was great and the woman working it was diligent about restocking everything. I wish they offered EV charging!

One night I had to spend 20 minutes driving around lot looking for a spot. Breakfast options and variety could be improved. Overall, clean hotel with a professional staff. Would stay again if I have to.

Bathroom tile floor dirty,,,,stepped in something and cleaned it up with tissues. Shower curtain up wrong side out - 2 queen beds. Comforter wrinkled as could be but clean. When I turned the bed down the fitted sheet wasn't all the way on and the top sheet was half way down the bed. The kicker was the laminated card with Sylvia's name on it giving a QR code to leave her a tip! Breakfast choices good but fritata wasn't warm so I left it. Rest of breakfast was good.

First time I have found dirty sheets in an IHG hotel! Blood on the pillow sheet and fitted sheet. The front desk was very apologetic and immediately offered a new room, which I declined as all of my children were already settled into the room. They gave me two sets of fresh linens to use. Nice hotel, great for kids, just needs better cleaning services. I will also say someone on our floor was smoking the refer inside. NY it is legal to smoke....just not inside....go outside people! Also the sink in the room did not have a faucet. I'm sure that will be fixed soon.

Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning the room. Some trash cans got missed and the bathroom needed a little more scrubbing. Ran out of soap in the shower and never had the right of towels. Had to visit the front desk every night for towels.

All round good stay. Comfortable spacious room very clean. Very good breakfast! Shopped at Finger Lakes Premium Outlets and walked the Geneva Waterfront Trail along Lake Seneca before 3 pm checkin. Easy short walk to fine dining or fast food. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Bed comfy, room quiet. Pleasantly surprised there was makeup remover, since I had left mine at home. Desk staff did a nice job. And the Halloween pumpkin contest was a nice touch!

Room was very clean and staff was very nice! Room air condition worked great and breakfast was wonderful. Only complaint I had was the room had very thin walls and could also hear everyone in the hallway very easy. You will hear every door close throughout the halls all times throughout the night.

The front desk person, I think his name was Todd, was fantastic. He upgraded our room and helped when we had trouble with our door. He was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! Pool area was lovely, we will be back!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MNGR (Jackie and Jordan) ..had a car accident and other complications on a horrible weekend, car not repairable and in a desperation move stayed here and they bent over backwards to make it an amazing stay (upgraded to a jacuzzi suite for our bad backs and to ease the stress. Then further accomodation and help when we had many shifting issues. They were great, staff was outstanding friendly and exceptional, cleaning staff, front desk..just a joy to deal with all! Phenomenal service. These two really really need to be recognized for a very well run extremely nice hotel!! Bravo! PS we made it home safe and sound thank in part to your help!!

Very nice stay. Extremely quiet even though they had 2 weddings the first couple of days i was there. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman taking care of the breakfast did a great job making sure nothing ran out. Very satisfied and will be back. The Finger lakes are a beautiful site to see.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a busy weekend for the hotel but they let me check in early and offered me a room away from the 2 wedding parties. Room was quiet, very clean and common areas are well kept.

Highly recommend staying here as your home base to the area. Safe, clean hotel in quiet area. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a side note- it is not far from downtown water area but I would not consider it within walking distance.

The property was a typical Holiday Inn Express. However, we did not get housekeeping even though we put the sign on the door. Breakfast was served until 10 but at 9:30 most of the fresh food was gone with no replenishment including the pancake maker.

The hotel was clean and as described on the reviews. The only downside was the bed was too hard. The hot breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, toast, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, fruit) was excellent. The hotel is closely situated to wineries and restaurants.

This was a terrific hotel for our trip. The hotel was excellent and Steve in the breakfast area provides a fantastic service. The breakfast area was well stocked, great optional dietary selections and Steve ensured we were well taken care of every morning.
