Staff was very friendly, the amenities were great, best hotel breakfast ever, pool towels were actually soft...not scratchy like other hotels. If i had to give any constructive critsism, the pool couldve been a little warmer and the bathtub needs to be recaulked as its starting to grow mold but still 10/10 would recommend.

I had my daughter’s birthday here. We had a few friends come swim and everyone had a blast! The staff was so friendly & accommodating & always cleaning. The pool was warm & hot tub HOT! Definitely would return again!

Good breakfast but only until 9.30 am. No restaurant although Hilton Garden Inn next door did good food and drinks. Barely enough parking. Had to ride around to find a spot.

This is the second year we've stayed here during our holiday travels to American Dream water Park and Nickelodeon studios. The hotels clean the staff are nice. The breakfast area is small during the holidays a lot of people come through so get up early to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. The pool was lovely and so was the hot tub. Definitely plan to come back again next year. I do wish the housekeeping would realize that with a party of four four towels and four face cloth should be provided, because they continue to give us only three for some strange reason. Therefore I went down to the receptionist to get the extra towels on several occasions. Otherwise no complaints!

The property is always great!! It is clean staff is nice, and close to food stores/ some restuarants. We are locals from Wayne- have stayed at this property many times and always great. Previously, for staycations for the kids and swimming. One thing-The pool should close later on Friday and Saturday. MT

It was absolutely wonderful experience.. Everything you in is in your room.. Fireplace was wonderful.. Real was amazingly clean. And cozy.. Staff was amazing very professional.. Pool was amazing.. Wish the hot tub was available but hopefully next time... Really exceptional time.. Was very smooth experience.. Thank you guys we will most definitely return soon..

Although the property itself is well kept and it's in a good location I could see from the cameras at the front desk that they are able to see all areas of the hotel. My husband and I were relaxing in the hot tub after a long day and families came into the pool hot tub area which was to be expected however we were made aware that no child under the age of 14 should be in the hot tub. Either the staff were not monitoring the cameras or didn't want to get involved but there were several children that came to the hot tub begin to play around splash everywhere which is not behavior of a hot tub it's meant to sit and relax. So my only complaint is that the staff should be more mindful when people are in the pool hot tub area to notice when children are disobeying the rules and their parents are not correcting them.

My stay at the Residence Inn in Wayne NJ was amazing. Tucked away off the beaten path was good for total relaxation, the facility was very nice and clean. The gym and pool was a bonus. The staff was Amazing!!! Treated you like family and they went out of their way to accommodate. Room was fantastic, had a two bedroom suite and now looking for a reason to return.

I really like Ms. Bankee she was very warm and welcoming. She made she we got a room that was suitable for my family and I. The only problem was the stove dis not work on our room so we couldn't cook the food that we walked with. Other than the everything was to our standards and we would definitely recommend

The room also came equipped with a kitchenette and glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The breakfast was fantastic with waffles, eggs, kielbasa, sausage, cereal, and delicious coffee.

Nice place to stay, was very quiet and clean. The room was nice and a decent size, but the bed was super stiff and uncomfortable. Aside from the bed I have no other complaints, the pool was a decent size and always clean as well.

I didn’t like the way the manager Amber treated us. Gave us a hard time. Kicked us out for no reason. Lied about the number of guests we had with us. Unprofessional behavior and attitude. Wasn’t open minded about what we had to say. Called the police on us. Just disgusting behavior.

From beginning to end, it was the perfect stay. We will be booking again. The staff, was the nicest and most considerate. Basically everyone that I encountered were so tentative to us. The entire hotel and pool so clean and breakfast was delicious! We will be coming back for sure!

I think Stephanie, Alicia and Vanessa are outstanding!! Very professional and attentive. My one complaint is that some strange characters hang out near the entrance doors smoking, etc. Makes it feel unsafe at times. Otherwise I love staying there.

Great customer service at every area of the residence. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were great. The surroundings of the hotel are amazing nearby the forest. Many malls at your disposal for dinner, banks, groceries, licuor store, pharmacy, everything you may need. We will come back!

We love this hotel so much. We come up twice a year from South Jersey to visit our North Jersey family and friends and this is the only hotel that we stay in because it’s wonderful. And the breakfast is amazing. We shall be back again in October.

Overall a nice place to stay. Staff was very nice and room was clean. Only improvement I would suggest is getting new warmers for the breakfast sausage. My sausage right out of the warmer was cold.
