Sadly, the hotel was under construction, so there were dirty mattresses thrown away in the back parking garage, construction materials inside the hotel placed by the rooms. The bathroom toilet was dirty, as in other people had used it and no one had cleaned it prior to our stay. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet's water was running. The pillow cases were stained, yellow stains and dirty. The carpet and toilet floor was full of dirt and hair.

Dependable and friendly place. Safe and comfortable, never had an issue here. It's a little outdated, but suits me fine and they are renovating updating. Room was already cooled and i arrived later at night. (it was 90 out) there is a mini fridge/freezer and a microwave. And ice avail. The people are very nice and accomodating. I stay 1x per month for biz, the price is reasonable and it is a convenient location.

When arrived the desk clerk said I had to pay even though I had the confirmation from hotels.com showing I paid. The hotel itself was not easy to get to. The rooms need to be majorly updated. Carport torn and stained. Bathrooms in need of repair. Hallways cluttered and in bad shape. Door locks broken. Beds seemed clean is the only thing positive.

The hotel is being renovated. But that's no excuse for the rooms to be dirty. The one I stayed in was very dirty. I tried to call service to let them know and see if they could change it, but no one answered. Plus, there was cat hair everywhere, on the floor and in the bathroom in room 216. June 12/25 It was extremely dirty, and I only stayed for one night, but it would have been better to sleep in my car. It was my first and last time. I don't recommend it. Wayne has better locations, and the price wasn't cheap at all. They should pay me for that bad experience. You know what? Cat hair all over the floor and bed. Feedback People also ask

This place is infested with cockroaches & bed bugs! EVEN WHEN GETTING ICE, ROACHES WERE IN THE CUBES!! I had to go to the Drs bc I'm bit up so badly & had to be prescribed meds! I was told if we eat anything in the room during our stay, the roaches naturally come! That's insane. I've also called the BBB & the board of health. They will be sending someone from the housing dept to inspect the property. The lady at the front desk said there was NOTHING they'd do to rectify the issues & to call whomever I wanted! *IF you don't mind a LOT of BUGS, it's a cheap room with a VERY unsafe environment. Ppl banging on doors at 3am, screaming & lots of police activity here* I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

This property has roaches and showed the manager they said they would give me my money back but haven't. Expedia also has proof that the property has roaches because we have video but Expedia still has not given me my $794.17 back. Everyday I have been fighting to get my money back.

The bed sheets had holes in them. The room smelled like smoke. The paint was chipped in the bathroom and bedroom and the TV only had a few channels. Bed bug bites all over when I left

I've never seen so many roaches in my life! They're everywhere! In the ice from the ice machine, bathroom & main room. The lady that works the front desk is rude & absolutely should not be working customer service! Ppl fighting all night & police activity. Contacting human services & the BBB!

When i went to check in i was standing at the desk for 15 mins before anyone came to the window. Place had roaches !!!! But luckily they didn’t make an appearance until morning time! Never again !

I have been to that place more than 5 times but since I didn't like it at all this time they gave me room 224 that room doesn't have heating the hygiene was horrible the floor was stained I give it a 0 this time I didn't like it at all the service was horrible I arrived the computer was off the gentleman didn't know how to turn it on it was complicated to give me the key he took my cell phone in his hand without my permission I didn't like it that time I don't recommend it

First and foremost online it says breakfast and there was none. Secondly the room wa was cleaned once in 6 days. We found small roaches. It needs to be fumigated. breakfast.
