Property was absolutely beautiful and I had a great experience. Only problem I have is that they are advertising a pool that has been closed for the past 4 months. Which is very disappointing because I paid a lot of money for a swimming experience as well and didn’t get it. They should take out that they have a pool because that is very much false advertisement.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is the location, sometimes it's tough to get over to the lane to exit for this hotel but you get used to it. Great service and amenities at the gym too. I will return next time I'm in the area.

Three night stay. Room comes with the usuals, plus a full size fridge, microwave, dishes/silverware/cups, dishwasher, and kitchen sink area. This makes it some much easier to order out and to store leftovers if you wanted to or even go to the local supermarket. Very roomy, alot of draw space, and a couch. The only negatives; one of two elevators were broken (this made packing and unpacking the car really difficult), bathroom was a little dirty, and breakfast while delicious was warm to cold. The location is a plus and a negative. Easy access to 46, it's far enough from the highway which cuts down on traffic and noise, and close to a lot of stores, access to NYC, malls, dining, etc. The negatives. While it does have easy access to 46 getting there can be difficult. I can't even explain it but it feels like you're going through a spaghetti bowl. Also, the area behind the hotel is very sketchy and unpleasant. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and we plan to stay again. The convenience of what the room offers outweighs any negative.

Overall, good place to stay for a night. The room was very spacious and in great shape. The hotel is blocked in by highways and there is any easy way to walk to a restaurant or shop of any kind. The pool was closed for maintenance, which wasn't advertised on Expedia and was very disappointing. Breakfast was decent.

Just disappointed over all just booked this hotel few weeks ago based on pool choice to get there for them to tell me pools been closed for 5 months but oh opened for bit last week it’s in our website —- I don’t go on website I book through hotel app ——- if pool closed for 5 months shouldn’t even show

Very sad that it was not advertised when booking that the pool was under construction. Pretty much ruined father’s day weekend. We could’ve stayed at our house 1 mile away and saved $250 for 1 night if we knew the pool was not able to be used. Terrible experience and overpriced for the lack of amenities

I didnt like that the staff was not very friendly. And the room had hair all un the bathroom and shower. It was gross. I showered with my flip flops on because it was geoss.and my son was in the pool there was a big patch of hair floating around and the water was so dirty. I told hom to get out. We couldnt even go in the pool. And there was this noise that kept going off all nights sounded like the i robot i bave at home. So needless to say i got no sleep also. I w

My room smelled like old rags and an old wet dog. When i presented this to the staff member who was too busy at the front desk on her phone there was no resolve. I loved the look of the room but I had to spray light imscense to be able to sleep.

Nice place to stay. Room was clean, staff were friendly. 2 minor issues: we stayed on the third floor which is advertised as non-smoking which obviously isn’t the case. The entire hallway smelled of cigarettes. There was also a strong smell of weed one of the days. The pool was also dirty with cloudy water…definitely not suitable or healthy to swim in. Still a nice place to stay. Room was very clean.

The room, property and the service was excellent. I found the bathroom in our suite to be top notch, even nicer than the Embassy suites in Fort Lauderdale. The television had showtime, Hbo, Espn and others. You also had the option to watch Netflix.

Overall the stay was great. Room was exceptionally clean and great size for our family. The only negative is we got a handicap room which is fine but the bathroom shower was difficult to deal with. Water went everywhere as there was no tub, but a small little lip on the bottom floor. We ended up using most of our towels to clean up the water that ended up all over the floor. Other than that everything else went good. The breakfast was very good too!

The property was nice and welcoming, very modern. The only thing that was not to standards is the pool And the pool area. The pool was dirty and cloudy not welcoming at all. The room above me I could hear the guest running and jump all nigh and early morning not good sound barriers between floors.

Bedding was superb - super soft, but the mattress was not. Woke up sore, tossed and turned. The staff we encountered was excellent, from the front desk to the pool maintenance guy - superb and friendly.

Our room was clean. I love the amount of outlets and USB ports to charge mobile devices. Very convenient. In addition the small kitchenette was very convenient to warm leftovers from restaurants, and the fridge was big enough to store drink and food. The silverware and dish ware was nice touch. Also the dishwasher, although we didn’t use it, it was good it was accessible if needed. The mobile table under the fixed desk was very nice as well. The bed was comfortable too. Would’ve been nice to have a couple extra pillows, but what we had was sufficient. Breakfast was ok. I love the fact that coffee was accessible 24 hrs. But I would like to see hash browns and croissants added to the breakfast menu if possible.

The suite was large and well furnished, and i appreciated the first floor access for my dog walking. Kitchen had bare necessities. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful, checkin was smooth. Grounds are well lit and safe for late hours. Overall, I enjoyed my first stay at a Home 2 suites and at this property.

From the moment we stepped in ot was a 5 star plus experience. 1st was my accomadation of the room in which they immediately resolved. 2nd was my son misplaced his portable game system in which one of the staff members found and turned it in. The staff remembered and it was turned into us the following day. We stayed an extra day just because of the service we received and the friendliness of the entire staff from the front desk person, the building engineer who took me to the room to check for the Nintendo, the maid who also checked for us and to the manager on duty for the upgrade also to the staff member who found it for my son. I can't say enough about the customer service here. The rooms were great and breakfast good as well. Next time im near I know where to stay. Thank you all for making this experience a great one and one to remember. Only regret i have is that i dont have the names of everyone that helped and this experience a great one. Just wasn't fair just to name the 3 i remembered but once again Thanks to the entire staff that worked this weekend.

The staff is always on their personal phones talking with whoever is on the other end. They said pool is open til 11 they lied it’s open til 10 the manager for housekeeping is beyond nasty and very rude the workers go shopping on the clock than come back and give you attitude when you ask a question I will never stay at this Hilton property again and definitely don’t recommend it

We were assigned a room and when we opened the door another couple was in there in bed. It was embarrassing for both them as well as my young family!! Not to mention how dangerous it could’ve been had the couple already assigned to the room reacted worse than they did. Or had the situation been reversed! What if someone had been dressing in the main portion the room? Very inappropriate and quite honestly, shouldn’t have happened!

Jamie at the front desk is a gem, I called as I needed accommodations for mom and Jamie was right on it. She even greeted me by my name as soon as I walked in the front door even though we didn’t meet before! My key was ready and checking in was a 2 min process. She later checked in on us to see if we needed anything which I appreciated and let me know that the coffee was fresh! Impeccable service!

It was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed everything and i must say I was blown away with the excellent service from Neco at checkin to the assisted from James,and excellent checkout from Nicole. Neco went above and beyond, I needed to mail a letter and had previously asked Neco, and when the mailman arrived later Neco called me to let me know that the mailman was there, I was overjoyed. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I normally book an Airbnb when I go out-of-town but I am glad I stayed here. From the very moment that I arrived until the stay was over; I was greeted by your front Home2 specialist; Jackie and Jaime who made me feel right at home. I felt safe and cared for while away from home. Whatever I had need of Jackie had the solution from the food spots to how to get around the town. Both specialist were kind and caring. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel and convenient if you’re in the NJ area looking. It’s right off of a main road and has plenty of parking. The hotel itself is nice and modern but looks like most hotels nowadays for any major corporation. The breakfast is decent, I would only recommended that they have a better way to manage and control the eating area. Too much mess and run out of food very fast. Other than that a nice decent spot to stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall a good experience

I stayed here for a couple of days during a work trip, and it was amazing. The kitchen set up in the room was really convenient as well as the provided breakfast. The internet was reliable which is always a priority for work trips. The facility was clean, parking gets full at night but I had no issues. Getting back to the property was the only struggle but its due to the location being right next to a highway interchange. I would definitely stay again.

It is a really nice and clean hotel. The rooms are large for the area and comfortable. The only complaint is that the area is not walkable at all, so unless you have a car with you then you are stuck or Ubering everywhere.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast sat on sternums so long it dried and the pancakes were hard, coffee was rebrewed and tasted burned. But it was very clean, staff was very nice. I had the king suite with the kitchen. It was perfect, it had everything to cook in it. Location is good to avoid the city. I would stay again and cook in my room.

Breakfast was supposed to be served until ten. We got there at five of ten and all was closed up. Nothing available! Also a child on the next floor ran up and down making an incredible noise for hours. Horrible experience!

You expect more from Hilton: 1. Lobby small bad from strog bleach. 2. Front desk didnt tell us that there is no house keep cleaning we stayed 2 nights. 3. Breakfast, 1 hour before end, no fill up, asked for yogurt, dont have any more, same with a sandwich, very very poor Dont stay there again!!
