The hotel was clean but we were disappointed with the location mostly. It was right next to the highway, near a poorly rated and older Days Inn. And the only way to access the hotel was via a front street next to multiple abandoned buildings and construction. We had to park in the back of the hotel and walk to the front door near dark. It did not feel safe and we were NOT happy with the close surroundings of the hotel. Also, the pool was not available for use which was not indicated on the website and super disappointing for the kids. The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel but I would definitely not stay here again. And it definitely wasn't worth the $250 per night.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful when I arrived. However the cleanliness could be a little better. The side door was not working for entry so when you parked you had to walk around to the front entrance. Breakfast was good nice selection and clean.

It was an ok Hampton experience. I am pretty upset that out of 5 days our room got housekeeping 1 day after I called to see if someone could get our trash and take care of the room. We were gone for large blocks of time each day, and I was disappointed when we got back and housekeeping just completely ignored our room for 4 days. Otherwise, pool was simple but nice. Good location. Breakfast was meh. It was an ok stay. I’ll probably try another hotel next time.

The property was under construction. I wish that we were notified. I am allergic to dust and that was not fun. Only the main entrance was usable. Also, our newly remodeled room, the heating did not work so we had to be moved to a different room. We were in a time crunch and ended up being extremely late because we had to move rooms. It was quite the process, trying to fix it, then checking to see if they had rooms.

We had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable I slept better than I do at home. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. The only negative would be the weak in-room coffee.but the coffee service in the lobby was good.

This hotel is basically OK. However, we had two serious issues with our 1-night stay the night of May 2, 2025. 1. We wanted to turn off the A/C as it was very noisy. We were not able to turn it off using the thermostat control panel in the room. We called the front desk, and they said the A/C needed to be unplugged. They offered to unplug it for us (it’s 220V) but we did it ourselves. We plugged it back in in the morning, but again, the thermostat didn’t control it, so it wouldn’t turn on. 2. At around 12:40 AM, our door (214) was opened by what we think was the front desk staff person along with other guests, waking us. They apologized for the intrusion (there was no knock or other notice before the door was opened). The following morning, our keys didn’t work. The morning desk person was friendly and helpful, but had to come up to our room to open the door with the master key. She guessed that the battery in the door lock had died. In any case, the whole episode was disturbing and time consuming.

Yssa was great upon check in. She asked if we had a floor preference since the hotel wasn't full. The room assigned was having AC issues so they quickly moved us. Breakfast had some nice options. The woman working there diligently kept things replenished and clean. She brought out requested items as well. The evening and night time staff were friendly and helpful. They would greet with a cheerful, "welcome back"!

The breakfast employee began screaming at the top of her lungs at a hotel guest. Even cursing 4 letter words including F’word. I literally had to get up and yell stop screaming. Couldn’t eat my breakfast. It was so unprofessional as the front desk just ignored the situation. The breakfast lady was harassing the hotel guests claiming they weren’t guest but they were. The male guest got creepy and was hanging outside my room. I checked out and they are trying to charge me for my second night when I checked out before 11am check out. I’m not going to chance being harassed or verbally abused by their staff as I witnessed them do to another guest. I was not warranted at all!

The access road getting to this property has huge holes, could damage your car, there was a hole that looked like a fist went through the wall in our room, we reserved a king room, when we got there we were told they don't have any king rooms left by a rude front desk person named Franchesca. I sent detailed info to Hilton, it's been 3 weeks with no reply so I'm guessing they don't care enough to investigate my complaint. I'm telling everyone my experience since they didn't care to discuss it with me. I was giving them time to make it right first, 3 weeks was sufficient for some type of reply. I do not suggest you book here.
