Don't believe the pictures! No refund after check in, but couldn't see the room first. Tub was filthy. Floor was dirty. Room smelled moldy. Toilet ran all night. Inside pane of window broken. 1/2" gap under door. What appeared to be drug deals and prostitution going on in parking lot. Migrants loud in parking lot most of the night. So bad, we had paid for two nights, left after one.

On the positive side, the room was clean but it was shabby and worn. Half of security lock was missing. One bedside light didn't work and the other was missing a shade. No complimentary breakfast - they were "remodeling" Check in was slow and tedious. $10 refundable deposit for the key. Long document to sign about extra guests, etc. Overall appearance of the outside was sketchy. The entire place needs a complete redo inside and out.

Simple: Worse Hotel I have ever stayed in…. Filthy, simply filthy….nothing but the TV worked…people roaming the parking lot at all hours…it is about to be torn down… Do not stay there.

Always look forward to coming here. The staff are so awesome. They make you feel welcome and they are very accommodating. Penny and Jess make me feel at home everytime. *fyi* the place is being renovated, it take time for upgrades while still being open, so be patient.

I did not enjoy stay at all. We stayed in a non smoking room with burn holes in bkanket and curtain. Blanket was a curtain. It matched curtain on window exactly. The towels were stained and walls had holes. The floor had given away near ac. The paneling and wall around ac was decrepit. Lock on front door had been busted off and was missing. The same door also had dents in it from soneone beating on door. Also the immenities in room were missing. We had ironing board with no cover and no iron. The tv had a good size scratch on screen. The motel property looked like a homeless shelter. Trash everywhere. Including a shopping kart parked next to a resident's room. There was not enough staff to clean roooms. They had to find room for me that was cleaned. Some of the residents were loitering in the parking lot all night and blaring music in front of our room at 3am. Then decided to peel out of parking lot when they left. Very inconsiderate. Nothing was done about this. I couldn't get any refund,i would have left after seeing my room. I will never stay at this motel again and i will never recommend Thank you for your concern

Starting at the door of my room, the stucco was coming off the wall. The room inside was OK but poorly painted. The bathroom floor was failing and sinking, the doorknob was about to come off the toilet door. The towel were denigy gray and had pieces of grass on them. The towel rack and shower curtain rod were loose. The rate was nice, but still too much for such poor maintenance.

Completely dirty. Room is falling apart. White pillow cases were black. Sheets were dirty. Looked like poop in bed. I notified office and she claimed sheets were changed before us arriving. I said no maam i have pictures to prove it. I get its not 5 star. I just needed a safe place to stay. I will never return here.

Man, this hotel is the worst I've ever stayed. Bullet and fist holes in the walls, the smoke detector was ripped out, floor black with dirt, stains in the bedspread along with cigarette burns. Phones and alarm clocks were dead. Phone didn't even work to contact the front desk. Ash all over the furniture. Dirt and grime stained in the bathroom. Junkies hanging around outside. This place SUCKED.

It looked like make-up on the pillow case and something filthy underneath. The toilet stopped up someone had put 2 cakes of soap in it when we got there. I was freaked out and scared to death. Everything was sold out because it was college graduation or i would've left without a refund.

The smart TV in room 302 was not working properly. A staff member helped n the TV worked. The only reservation was, I had is the TV needed an assist thru my smartphone. Using super 8 password that I entered in my phone the TV started to work properly. Never before did I need to use my phone to get the TV working. Strange

I had read previous reviews after me and my family checked into the Super 8, they were not kind. But seeing reaponses from the staff on there about management change made sense, as what I read is no what I saw. The grounds were clean cut and clear of trash, the rooms were clean with fresh bedding. You can tell they are changing into something better. Remenants of the old management can still be seen. Our lamp was rusty, the secondary swing latch on the door was broken, but the primary bolt was functional. As long as the new management keeps improving, this Super 8 will be great again.

The same door also had dents in it from soneone beating on door. Also the immenities in room were missing. We had ironing board with no cover and no iron. The tv had a good size scratch on screen. The motel property looked like a homeless shelter. Trash everywhere. Including a shopping kart parked next to a resident's room. There was not enough staff to clean roooms. They had to find room for me that was cleaned. Some of the residents were loitering in the parking lot all night and blaring music in front of our room at 3am. Then decided to peel out of parking lot when they left. Very inconsiderate. Nothing was done about this. I couldn't get any refund,i would have left after seeing my room. I will never stay at this motel again and i will never recommend Thank you for your concern

The rooms here are horrible, they stink and they have burns all on the beds. Not a family environment. Not to mention I had to stand the customer service was horrible. I was not the only that was disappointed, people who checked in behind me were very disappointed as well.

The smart TV in room 302 was not working properly. A staff member helped n the TV worked. The only reservation was, I had is the TV needed an assist thru my smartphone. Using super 8 password that I entered in my phone the TV started to work properly. Never before did I need to use my phone to get the TV working. Strange

Always look forward to coming here. The staff are so awesome. They make you feel welcome and they are very accommodating. Penny and Jess make me feel at home everytime. *fyi* the place is being renovated, it take time for upgrades while still being open, so be patient.

We checked in and upon seeing the state of the room, checked right back out. The photos on the listing are absolutely false advertising. It was apparent that overdoses and probably many other unmentionable things have happened in that room, based upon the obvious forced entry into the bathroom. The mattresses were stained with who knows what, the floor was sticky, there were cigarette burns all over the bedspreads, stink bugs crawling on the lamp that didn\'t have light bulbs in it, and it smelled like rotten meat. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a "budget hotel", it\'s a crack house.

Don't believe the pictures! No refund after check in, but couldn't see the room first. Tub was filthy. Floor was dirty. Room smelled moldy. Toilet ran all night. Inside pane of window broken. 1/2" gap under door. What appeared to be drug deals and prostitution going on in parking lot. Migrants loud in parking lot most of the night. So bad, we had paid for two nights, left after one.
