The pool was disgusting - it was very dirty at the bottom (our entire stay). This was one of the reasons I booked this location, needless to say, we didn't use the pool. Also, the rooms A/C was a damp cool - all of our clothes ended up damp and nothing that was wet would dry in the room. Staff was friendly and it was located in a nice area.

Hotel did not have laundry facilities available. We had to go to the laundromat to wash uniforms for the team. The pool was closed. There was some sort of damage on the third floor wall. The staff was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean despite the conditions.

Breakfast was great. What I did not like was the room smelled like dog and had dog hair all over the floor. I am slightly allergic to dogs. (Eyes irritation). I requested that they have the room vacuumed and use their air sanitizer. But there was still dog smell and hair on the flood the next day. When I booked the room I did not notice a "pet friendly" statement. If I had I may have booked a room at another hotel. I did not change rooms because I figured any other room would smell also. There was also strong cannabis smoke smell in the hall ways.

Large, clean room greeted us when we opened the door. Hand soap and lotion are in dispensable containers by the ink. Clean, spacious shower with glass doors and nice size bathroom were next. It was quiet, well priced, and we were very pleased with every.

Everybody was really nice and welcoming. The room and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I would say it was an excellent stay, but upon checking out, the lady Lisa that checked me out, made me feel like I was bothering her and she was rushing me out. Unlike everyone else she was very unwelcome.

We were not aware/told about letting the hotel know we were bringing dogs when booking room. Front office seemed agitated about the situation when we were completely unaware/assumed since the hotel was pet friendly, there wouldnt be any issues. Regardless, we are very happy the hotel provides a place for our fur babies!

First I want to give kudos and hugs to Makayla who checked me and my sister in really late and she was having a day (system shut downs and etc) but she was still very nice and calmly handled the situation. We were in town for my cousins 16th Bday Party had a great time . Thanks Kayla, Lisa (she checked us out) and the Ladies that run Breakfast you were Great

We have stayed at Hampton Inn for years. Service has always been great, rooms and common areas are clean, they are always in a quiet, convenient area and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good as well! We have recommended Hampton to everyone we know. However this particular stay was not what we have come to expect. Firstly while checking in the desk clerk Shelby left me standing at the desk to take a note to housekeeping because someone called about needing a bulb changed. There was no one in the lobby waiting to be checked in but me..I felt like she could've taken the note AFTER I was checked in. Our room was at the very end of the hall, with not even a handful of cars in the parking lot. Room 328 didn't have a floor lamp so the room was dim, also there were several stains on the ceiling. While I was in the lobby later, a man came to check in and no one was at the desk, he asked me is no one working the desk? I told him I haven't seen any one in the 10 minutes I was there, it took an additional 10 minutes for Shelby to show up to check him in..he wasn't happy. I do not think I will return to this location and I guess its time to find a new favorite hotel

Hotel was easy to find and access from the main road. Friendly staff and quick check in. The room was quiet and made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was provided in the morning. I recommend this Hampton Inn in Monroe.

I didnt like the way i had to find out somebody broke into my vehicle by smashing the window in , a brand new truck cant get a window to fix it now my 12 hr drive back to Buffalo N.Y is gonna be so uncomfortable

The place is nice. They were noises sounding like helicopter on roof. Friday night and Saturday morning They don't keep breakfast up like they should and Saturday breakfast wasn't even tasty. It sounded as if thrr is as a room above.

We attended a wedding nearby. The hotel was absolutely the best. Friendly staff, very large rooms, great breakfast, 24 hr access to fresh coffee and the cleanliness of our room was superb. Next time we’re in town we will definitely be staying here again.
