I usually do not like the self check in, but here it went smooth and easy. Clean rooms. Will gladly book again when coming to this region.

I am not the kind of person who complains and is never satisfied but we called the Berg&Berg hotel, the hotel from hell. Checkin was simple and at first glance we were happy with the room. Then we come to realize there are dead mosquitoes on the ceiling with dried blood a little everywhere. There’s no AC but also no fan - so it’s very warm in the room. We open up the windows and mosquitoes creep in by the dozen. My husband had more than 30 mosquito bites before we decided to finish off the night on the car.

Nice place to stay. Had everything we needed, although there were smashed flys and their guts all over the walls and ceiling which I’m not sure why weren’t cleaned.

This hotel is right in front of the bus stop which made it incredibly easy to get public transportation. It’s about 20 minutes to Lucerne. Very clean and comfortable bed. Only thing I would have liked would be for them to have better pillows and a long mirror.
