I chose this hotel because it was dog friendly. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. But it's not luxurious, and there was a $75 charge for my dog, which I didn't see on their website. I thought that was a little steep. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the lobby wasn't very good. There was no glassware in the room and no bottles of water. It was OK for my purposes, but I'm not sure I would stay again.

Horrible stay from the start. Slow check in process and when we first walked in the room we can smell a foul odor that smelled like cat urine. No fitness room or swimming pool! The room did not have any bureaus for clothing storage and beds were very uncomfortable. Shower pressure was extremely weak and not enjoyable. Breakfast was awful as there was no hot food offered. Orange juice machine was basically orange water. Avoid this place as cheap Indians have taken over this chain.

I really enjoyed this establishment, easy check in and out. The pet fee was a bit of a surprise and on the more expensive side. The room was very nice and roomy and I loved it overall. It was very quiet and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Clean but no fitness room. Pet Friendly but they charge too much! Staff is not as welcoming or friendly as other places we've stayed. Says buffet breakfast but was a bagel bar which was nicely set up but not if you need a balanced breakfast to include protein.

The service at the front desk was excellent. The desk clerks were very friendly and efficient. Checking in was a breeze. However, I was mortified when I went to use the bathroom in my room, only to find there was feces splatter all over the seat. Never, ever, have I had a hotel room where the toilet seat was so disgusting. In addition to that, the room was dusty.

The bathroom had a very strong odor of feline urine especially near the sink. The HVAC - PTAC unit temperature control was poor. Room was himid and cold or humid and too warm with no happy medium. PTAC unot was also excessively noisy and too close to the bed.

It was convenient from the highway to get on and off easily. Quiet stay. Beds were very comfortable with 4 puffy pillows on each bed. Seemed pretty clean, but had a strange odor in the bathroom. Lots of restaurants to choose from near by.

We only stayed at the property for one night but very impressed with how large the room was and how clean it was. The bathroom was large and the shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a refrigerator and microwave oven. The TV was large and had many premium channels. I recommend this hotel and we'll stay at this hotel again when we visit next month.

Although, our rooms were okay, in terms of cleanliness, we, and all the guests experienced two serious issues that need immediate attention from management: training to staff and cleanliness of hallways. Firstly, the fire alarm went off at 1:30am. All guests had to evacuate, which in itself is a whole ordeal, but fine, it's for our safety. The serious issue is that the hotel staff did not know what to do. Did not give any directions or instructions and then did not alert guests that we could go back to our rooms. The guy didn't know what he was doing. Secondly, the floor carpet on hallways was filthy and the hallways smelled bad: like weed and smoke. Again, the rooms were fine, breakfast fine, parking, etc. But all guests had a terrible night of sleep due to negligence from the hotel staff.

Wonderful check in and a wonderful stay! Check in was easy, and this was the first time I've ever been asked about floor preference! Dinning options are walkable, and right off the highway. Will definitely check availability here next time we are in the area.

The hotel is under renovation so the elevator had blankets hung from the walls which were falling off. There was no one at the front desk when I got there to check me in. I had to ask a renovation worker to see if he could find someone. After almost 10 minutes, someone appeared. When I went out for dinner, again there was no one at the front desk. The bed was very soft and the desk chair was ripped in several places. There was a cold breakfast, but there was a waffle maker. There was plenty of eating choices nearby but traffic was horrible. Only thing really good was the price.

Overall it was fine, room was clean and quiet. TV small. Front desk staff at check in was condescending and then did not set up key’s correctly for full stay. Condescending again when that occurred blaming it on system. We are trying a different hotel next month when we return.

The chair at the desk was not very comfortable for working at the desk and was a hard plastic chair. The only one in the room also. Otherwise, everything else was very comfortable. I would like to have seem a better breakfast as well. All the hotel had were bagels.

The breakfast bar could have been better. No pancakes or waffles. If you wanted an egg, it was hardboiled or nothing unless you wanted to pay extra for an egg, meat and cheese sandwich. These things are always offered at other places that have breakfast.

Room smelled like wet carpet. Property was updated but in a cheap looking way. I was disappointed with this Hilton property and I've stayed at many in my life. Breakfast choices are also very limited buy atleast the hard boiled eggs tasted fresh- the yogurt was gross. Probably should've stayed at the Comfort Inn next door as it was cheaper but went with the Hilton, at the extra cost, because of the Hilton reputation. Did not live up to it. One positive was 24 hour coffee/hot tea available.

Hotel looks and feels new. Clean. Courteous and kind service at the front desk. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Minimalist approach but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free bagel bar with muffins, yogurt, juice, and coffee for breakfast. We would stay here again.

This is right off 95 so easy on and off and there are some cute restaurants nearby (recommend Aladin across the road. Hotel is brand new so very clean and the rooms were nice. My only peeve is the very weak coffee (available 24/7). Can't you have a bold option for those of us that appreciate a good cup of coffee? Bagel bar is great but no milk for those of us that don't like 1/2 & 1/2 and again the coffee with no taste. We had to go off to Starbucks to get some real coffee.
