If you are going to charge extra for this hotel providing a pool, have the decency to lower the price or advertise it. Would not have stayed here on the fact alone. Also with traffic crews all over the place catcalling, absolutely nothing done about it

Exercise room was not available as pictured, pool was good, hot tub only 92°f pool area worn out, ice barely came out of machine, no breakfast, reserved a handicap accessible room got put on second floor with no elevator. Stay somewhere else.

We choose this hotel for the heated indoor pool and it was in poor shape. The room was dark and the pool surfaces were peeling and rough to the touch. The beds were also uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy and old.

We stay here when in Wise County usually. There did not appear to be any maids/cleaning crew , and the whole place needs deep cleaning. Hotel staff is very accomidating, price is reasonable, pool and spa work but need cosmetics.

For our family the indoor pool and hot tub was a big hit! The water temp was perfect! Our room was spacious. Even the tub was deep and had jets. We could tell that someone had put out great effort to make an older place feel comfortable. Many places to eat nearby. Easy to get to. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would should suggest some new towels soon. The towels were small and thin, seemed worn. We will definitely be back!

We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Just what we needed during our house issues. Staff was friendly and accommodating. However their only ice machine broke and was unable to be serviced during our stay. The windows in the pool room were broken and had to be held up by an object to all air ventilation. The bed was lumpy. They advertised free breakfast but there was no free breakfast. We were advised that they no longer served breakfast by the staff.

Ugh! Get what you pay for and $50 these days is dirt cheap. Add it up, you get dirt. The entire 1st floor of the building was apparently smoking rooms and the common areas reaked worse than the worse dive bar imaginable! Filthy with food/trast strewn about, rooms with filthy, never washed carpet. Yuk!! Avoid! Pay another $50 somewhere else. The foreign entities that run these hotels are nice enough but put nothing in $$$ for upkeep or upgrade. Should be inspected immediately, unsanitary conditions inside and out!

The hotel was dirty & smelled bad. Upon check-in I asked the pool hours & he said it was closed & waiting for an inspection. When we got into our room, the bathroom was filthy & the room looked way dirty & looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. I called the front desk & he said he would send housekeeping up. He cleaned the bathroom, & gave me a vacuum & made me vacuum myself. We turned on the tv & there were no channels. I called the front desk & he said the dish was broken by a bad storm a few days earlier. I will never say there again!

The staff was rude and indifferent. The room was NASTY! There were 2 beds and 1 had grass clippings and black curly hair between the sheets. There was dirt all over the carpet and furniture. The toilet didn’t work. Has to fill a garbage an to flush. No hot shower!

They didn’t have the double bed room available when I checked in at 4:40pm, mentioned that they weren’t clean so I got a single bed. The outside had cigarette butts in a giant pile by the side door plus lots of New Year’s Eve party trash scattered around the parking lot (I checked in on January 15). The room was terrible and not throughly cleaned. The furniture was broken and/or in very rough condition. Tired and on a tight schedule I went ahead getting ready. Later in the evening sitting on the bed had a bug crawl on my wrist, so at 1am I packed my stuff and left.

So we picked this place mainly for the indoor pool. We were there as a group and kids enjoy swimming. The sign said they had a heated pool that was a lie… the lighting in the pool area was very dim and hard to see. There sign and the internet said they served breakfast they do not. There was nothing in our room when it came to shampoo soap and towels the phone was broke so we couldn’t even call to get some the tv was fuzzy and hard to see. I could go on and on. Very sad place to stay.

Ill start off with a positive...the staff tried to be helpful. Entire facility worn down and antiquated. Room key issues. Phoning the front desk on supplied land line was staticky and temperamental. Hair dryer non-operational. Shower hose extended into the area where the body should be...awkward. Shower head was leaky and spewed water onto the floor. Sign outside says breakfast is included...staff confirmed there is NO breakfast. Never again do i plan to stay here. 3 stars only because I saw effort by the staff.

I have been a returning client for a few years now never have I been disappointed the staff they’re really great. The service is good but this time must I was not happy. My air conditioner did not work. The room smelled of mold and the shower did not hot when I was taking a shower, cold hot cold, hot, not happy this time. It definitely was not worth of money even with my points.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. 1. Breakfast is advertised on Expedia, on the hotel website, and on the sign at the hotel, however there was no breakfast. 2. The door to our room did not automatically shut and had to be pulled/pushed to shut. 3. One of the lights in our room was broken as well as a hole in the wall. 4. The comforter had multiple holes in it and strings hanging off of it. 5. Our room did not have any tissues stocked in the tissue holder. 6. The fridge was dirty and looked liked it hadn't been wiped down in a while. 7. The staff was not friendly and seemed as if they didn't want to be there. We will never stay here again. I do not recommend. If we weren't visiting family during the day we would have changed hotels.

Online the hotel offered a pool/hot tub, both were closed. Online also offered free breakfast which wasn’t served. The outside of the hotel was very dirty. Lots of trash and old screens kicked out of windows. The building said no smoking but reaked of cigarette smoke. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but ended up leaving after 2. When asking for a refund, no manager was able to answer Expedia to confirm that we left to get a refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE These guys charged me for a room a didnt use Paid via expedia and still charged me for another stay at the hotel dispite having paid via expedia. They refused to do anything and hide behing 'no english' They refused to refund me and i had to go through my bank to get refunded for things i never used and ever accepted nor agreed to.

The hotel itself is run down. My daughter and girlfriend said the hot tub didn’t even heat up after requesting to have it turned on. The room itself had a broken sink fixture. Then outside of the hotel it says breakfast then when you go to check in there is a sign on the glass saying No Breakfast. My family and I always gets hotels with breakfast but since I was already charged for the room we dealt with it. Wasn’t impressed and we won’t be returning to this hotel.
