Everything was perfect. They thought about every need: cafe, restaurant, free laundry room, gym, work spaces, rooftop. The hotel has EVERYTHING we needed - honestly, we didn't feel like going out much and just staying in. The staff was uber friendly and attentive. 10/10

This hotel was a great place to stay, it was central to all of the tourist spots in Porto. The staff was inviting and friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and the amenities were great! The gym was spacious, the lounging areas were comfortable, and the on site laundromat was helpful to have, we did not use it, but it was conveniently located in the building. I would recommend this hotel!

Great hotel. Great location near the metros for the airport and out to wider afield. Great breakfast. Great rooftop bar but the tiny paddling pool is pointless. My only trivial complaint is that the pillows were as useless as the rooftop pool but I'm sure they'd have provided another if I'd asked. Recommended.

Es un hotel diferente. Creo que hay que acostumbrarse a su recepción ya que es un concepto casi de self check in/out. El personal muy amable. Un hotel limpio y práctico. Para un viaje de negocios o short visit está muy bien. Creo que 2 elevadores es muy poco para la cantidad de habitaciones…

Super fint hotel, god central placering, men kun et ok værelse. Meget kedelig udsigt til en baggård. Ikke meget lys på værelset og ikke nemt at komme i seng fra den ene side på grund af pladsmangel. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og søde unge mennesker som ansatte. Dejlig nem og fin parkering under hotellet. Det var dog dyrt 95 EUR for 3 dage.

OK if you’re a student and don’t have to park and carry heavy luggage. Parking is a nightmare and expensive, if you can find the entrance through the street construction. Only one of the two small elevators was working. Heavy disco music coming through the walls day and night. No closet or dresser of course. And little staff help. No views.

Good location with a variety of tube stations nearby. Size of pool disappoints (40cm deep, 2m wide, 8m long) so cannot be used to swim. Didn’t try any hotel food other than snacks as good local options available including supermarket in same development.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! First of all, the location is perfect — everything in central Porto, from sightseeing spots to great restaurants, was within a 10-minute walk. The hotel staff were extremely kind and professional, and I really appreciated the cleanliness and well-maintained environment. The area around the hotel felt very safe and tidy, making it an ideal place for families or couples to stay with peace of mind. Highly recommended — 10 out of 10!

O Social Hub Porto tem uma proposta jovem, moderna e bem localizada, com áreas comuns interessantes para convívio e trabalho. ✨📍 No entanto, minha experiência com a hospedagem deixou a desejar. O ar-condicionado estava com defeito e o banheiro apresentava problemas de limpeza, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto da estadia. Akem disso segurança zero. Para subir no elevador tem que usar o cartao mas tem uma escada na recepção que qualquer um sobe. A piscina no roof top uma bagunça com hóspedes misturados com estranhos sem controle de acesso. É um hotel com cara de hostel de luxo. Vantagens: localização.

Unser Aufenthalt im Social Hub Porto war toll! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das offene Konzept, die Freundlichkeit, der Rooftop Pool mit Bar und der tollen Aussicht auf Porto. Was uns bei unserem 1-wöchigen Urlaub gestört hat, war der Roomservice, der an einem Tag gar nicht da war und an den anderen Tagen sehr spät kam. Einmal fehlte der Service ganz. Nach der Reklamation bekamen wir frische Handtücher, die schmutzigen wurden jedoch nicht mitgenommen. Das passte nicht und war störend. Der Roomservice war aber auch wirklich das Einzige was nicht rund war. Alles andere hat wunderbar geklappt und wir würden jederzeit wieder Social Hub wählen.

Fantastic hotel - would absolutely stay again! The property is new and was built rock solid so you do not hear neighbors unless they blast music through open windows (which did happen a couple times, but it was mid-evening, so totally understandable). Location is perfect with many attractions in walking distance, but also plenty of amenities available right in the building if you don't feel like going anywhere. The toiletries in the room were among the best I've used in a hotel! Quality ingredients like argan oil and such so I was able to use their shampoo and conditioner which I pretty much can never do at other hotels. Really, my only criticisms are: 1. Horrible pour over coffee packets in room with powdered condiments. These were undrinkable - even instant would have been better. 2. Probably a goof with housekeeping, but when I arrived late the first night, I couldn't find an available power outlet or USB charger anywhere near the bed to charge my phone. The next morning, with more light, I could see the bedframe had built-in USB ports in the frame. I plugged my phone in, but they didn't work. Had to crawl under the bed and wrangle with the power cord that had been unplugged. No reason that should ever be unplugged.

The hotel is well located and very clean. I always pick a hotel with a pool for the kids, but what is on the roof is a large paddling pool and not for swimming. Poor lighting in rooms, no side table in one side of bed, no mugs for tea - expected to have a hot drink in a glass (!)

The room was so comfortable, large, clean, modern and the bed was huge and comfortable. There was a great drinks station for coffee in the room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was activities on to get involved with and the location was central. Most importantly the rooms were quiet, you could sleep in with no disturbance. I'd recommend anyone to stay here.

Really enjoyed the communal amenities, including the rooftop bar & pool which had a great view. Both the room & bathroom were spacious and clean, although a little sparsely furnished. The toiletries did smell great though! The location is fairly central, and you can walk to most tourist attractions within 20 mins.

Modern Facility in the city center, being close to all the sites must see and do. No need to use the bus or train if you're just staying in Porto. Metro and train station is 5 minutes or less. Reception and maid service was great with their customer service. Fitness center and laundry room was plus on our stay and was clean. Would stay here again.

New hotel in a great spot in Porto. Their breakfast is very good, with specialty coffees, juices, eggs, cheese, breads and a lot more. Occasional sirens at night, but I would recommend to anyone. They have a lot of amenities we didn't use, like their pool. We definitely would have if we stated longer than 2 nights.
