The whole hotel smells of pot smoking Even in the elevators No ice machines Poor breakfast

The rooms were clean, beds comfy. The doors stay locked so you need a hotel key to get in so I felt safe. Close to the casino! Very friendly staff. Breakfast was a Togo not much options but overall great for a place to stay while in town.

this hotel is brand new, it felt like we were the first people to ever sleep in that room. it had a nice kitchenette and was clean & spotless! also very quiet. i would definitely stay here again.

Waited 15 minutes to check in as mo one was st the desk. Got to room which has nice kitchene, but not a single glass. Cup or plate. Ice trays empty and no ice machine in hotel. No remote in room but desk did provide one. Floors felt like someone came from beach with sand all over the floor. Topper was that the a/c cut off about 10pm and never ran again. In Florida!!

Haven’t stayed in extended stay in years. I was very surprised how clean the rooms were and security for entry after dark was great. Close to bush garden & hard rock.

There are no restaurants in the vanity. The property is only 3 months old so things are in excellent shape.

Everything was like brand new. Must have just been recently built. The fence around the property gives an added sense of security.

Floor was sticky, sheets were dirty (had stains on them). Found a towel with blood stain. Checked in and was given a room that was already occupied.

Although the hotel was very clean, there was a horrible smell as soon as I entered our room. Kind of like stale urine, weed, and cleaning supplies. My son and I could smell it immediately when we walked in and all throughout the night. On top of that the walls and floors are super thin. I could hear the people talking next to us and the people above us woke me up at 4:15am and I could hear them walking around, scraping chairs, and who knows what else. This went on until I heard them leave at 515am. Then the refrigerator was making a noise almost the whole time. Ih, and there are no curtains, only blinds, so the sun was shining through bright and early.

Staff where ok, but towels doesn’t smell clean, and this look like a low income apartment building. Hallways dirty, the room were kind of clean but is not what we expected.

The facility was extremely clean. Everything worked as intended. Calling the morning offering "Breakfast" stretches the imagination.

New hotel. Room was good except when I first entered the room, the toilet seat was up and it had piss stains around the border. The rest of the bathroom and room was clean. Breakfast was poor. The 2nd day there was no coffee and they could not find it in storage. The 3rd day there were no cupcakes available. The parking lot had trash in the ground in the afternoon and the next morning the trash was still in the same place. The trashcan in front of the hotel was overflowing. I would not stay in this hotel again if I had another choice.

It was clean ,but the mattress had some plastic underneath the sheet. So it made crunching sound all night long. A little annoying, also there was really no breakfast, had some granola bar and a muffin from a box,they even didn't have half and half. Also there was a party on the parking lot with the music blasting. Annoying

New property, nice new rooms, TV that didn’t have any working channels, terrible “free” wifi and smell of food throughout. Nice if our looking for a place to crash for the night, but “extended stay”? Nope.

Sheets were dirty, around 3 am there were people running around not sure if it was upstairs or next door, it was super loud couldn’t sleep. Tv was not working properly. Took a while to get tv to work.

The mattresses had a nylon cover, and when I called the front desk, they told me that if I removed it, I would be charged for it. I spent the whole night bothered by the noise of the nylon underneath me.

It was a basic hotel. Cheap for the area. Beds were awful had these awful bed protectors on them.

No consideration from guests as you could hear microwave doors slamming shut from all around you, toilets flushing, cabinet doors shutting as the walls are paper thin. Not really a free breakfast, more like free coffee.

The room was very nice but the a/c did not really keep the room cool. I called the front desk and they were going to send maintenance but no one ever came.

It was a quick stay, the room was perfectly clean, nice bathroom, the only thing is you can hear every step from the people upstairs and the included breakfast is just muffins and coffee

Very nice location, overall worth it for the cost and location. Typical loud people until midnight, and then it got quiet. Only downside, is no curtains in the room. The parking lot lights are rather bright and shine through the blinds.

Mrs.will at check in was awesome was by the book and still great! If you have someone like her at every location your businesses will flourish and be clean and liveable! This is the best location person in Florida I've been in even the 5⭐️ hotels can come close to this location with her running it!!

The fact that the room was not ready, never saw the housekeeper come and clean the room. The fact that the counter lady had to change room and check that the new room given was clean. Because the first room given was not clean at all.

Every single employee at this location went above and beyond the typical level of service you would expect at a hotel. Not only were they kind and accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure that you had everything you would need to be comfortable in your room. OUTSTANDING STAFF!!

The Extended Stay was very unorganized and gave us a room but when we got there, there was someone else in the room.They gave away our room and had no more rooms to book us in. They did not offer any assistance in finding us accommodations.When a hotel doesn't have a room available for a confirmed reservation, it's considered a breach of contract. We should have been given the option to stay elsewhere at the hotel's expense or, ideally, have the hotel find us another place to stay at their expense and offer a full refund. Plus we did not feel safe in this area since the hotel had all the doors locked and had a security system that did not work. Not a very friendly area so we drove back to the airport area and stayed at Fairfield. I will never book again with Expedia. They don't care that we had this experience since everyone we talk to is from a call center faraway and can care less what happens to us here in the states. All the customer service people for Expedia are very uncaring and only wish to give you excuses and find a way to make it the customer's fault. I am very unhappy and would be more than happy to bill Expedia the walk in rate I had to pay at the Fairfield. This is the second bad experience I have had with Expedia and I am done using their services.

Okay so we were originally supposed to stay across the street at another brand hotel and when we got checked in over there it was a very bad situation. So we ended up over here and boy we were so much happier. The entire staff that we encountered on our 6 night stay was absolutely amazing . Anything we asked we got answers. If we needed food recommendations we got them. More blankets we got them. The staff from check in to housekeeping to front desk etc. They all deserve a good raise. They were amazing humans and are all just the sweetest employees. The breakfast I cannot really say much about. As we never participated but we are early risers and breakfast was cleaned up pretty early in my opinion. The only con we had was the internet. We even paid extra for what was supposed to be better service and it was crap so don't waste your money on that and it's close to the highway.

The stay was fine, I had to go to the front desk for towels, only one in the room. Not enough pillows, bed very uncomfortable. The workers were very friendly and accommodating

The customer service with the day and night crew was very polite and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Terrible communication between Expedia and the hotel. When I arrived to check in, my reservation couldn't be made even though I had paid Expedia for my two nights. There was no solution, and I was waiting in the lobby until 2:30 a.m. before finally sleeping in my car.

This property had very nice staff. They were welcoming and friendly.

Checked in around 5. Got room keys and dropped bag off in room. Got back around 11 and there was no record of me checking in and my bag was removed from the room. Error on their part. They were sold out but tried to set me up with a room that hadnt been cleaned. At midnight i went up and helped clean the room and change the sheets. I am booking another night for this Thursday. Please review and verify with the hotel if needed amd would think a comp of this stay is appropriate.

Stayed for a concert at the arena nearby, the service was excellent and the staff were lovely. Plus the location is right next to the Amphitheater so it’s the perfect walking/uber distance!

The property is brand new, the staff absolutely outstanding with their level of kindness and professionalism. I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Tampa area, it is convenient to Busch Gardens, Ybor City, USF, Downtown and an EASY exit right off of I-4. LOVE!!!

The staff were very helpful. The property was clean and close to the Tampa Convention Center.

Breakfast is nothing but coffee and packaged muffins

We usually book hotel with breakfast for the kids’ experience. The staff mentioned the breakfast was 6-9.30am however, we went down at 8.45 and there was nothing on there. The staff said there was breakfast but it’s all gone!! We paid for breakfast and found nothing!!

It advertised Breakfast but all there was Oatmeal & Grits instant besides coffee. Not whati calledBreakfast included in yhe advertising.

There is no breakfast, they have complementary cofee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Extended Stay America Suites promotes free breakfast but there was none and coffee had grains of coffee in it.

They offer breakfast free in the website , is only cereal bars and coffe . I’m disappointed with that ,I reserved because the breakfast was included because my son has a tournament soccer early in the morning , take breakfast in the property sounds a good opción, but it’s wasn’t.
