The door to the room bearly sealed. it let it a bunch of light. The sink didn't drain. The shower would fill up with water. Front desk was horrible. Breakfast was recooked from the previous day. Overall. Fine a different hotel.

We stopped on our way through town, so we did not really get to enjoy anything the area had to offer. However, our stay was very enjoyable. The property was well kept, very clean, and there was a nice breakfast in the morning to see us off. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast - horrible. No choices at all. I feel like I can truly justify this because we stayed at the Hampton Inn at Providence in Huntsville for 2 nights before this stay and it’s breakfast knocked it out of the park. The two mornings in Huntsville were weekdays and the stay in Decatur was a Saturday. My husband was one of the first people to arrive and there were Cheerios (the only choice), no bagels or breads, small blueberry muffins, apples, fat free yogurt, waffles, the option to make a onion filled and pepper mixed omelet. Yes these are “options” BUT but when you compare night to night to another Hampton Inn and expect the same an hour down the road, it’s sad at the difference.

I didn't get the room I reserved. I was told at check-in that the AC unit was broken and I got assigned a different room type. I wish I had been called earlier in the day so I could make other arrangements for myself and my family.
