The room was clean but the lobby was dated and dirty. Definitely in need of a major facelift. 2 floors with no elevator. We did notice the second floor opposite wing was getting a refresh. Hopefully it will also move down stairs as well. Second shift staff was amazing.

As soon as you walk through the doors of the lobby, it immediately smelled like stale cigarettes. There is no elevator, so you\'re climbing stairs with all your stuff. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, making metal noises every time - we moved. Came to find out the mattress was literally sitting on top of springs with no box cover. The room was hot, the pillows were gross. The hotel doesn\'t provide any extra blankets even though the comforter was as thin as a sheet of paper. The "fitness facility" consisted of a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical, and a weight machine, but again smelled like stale cigarettes and was the size of a walk-in closet. The only positive I can say is that the staff was tremendously friendly and was either very apologetic when they couldn\'t service needs or very upbeat if we had questions.

Stayed at this location from a bicycling trip I made. It was a good location. The hotel was clean and nice. Only issue was, no elevators, so the clerk had to carry my bike up the stairs for me. I had no problem getting it down, but I would've liked to know in advance there were no elevators.

Check in was quick using the online link for check in. They honored my first floor room as requested. Hot coffee in the lobby the entire stay. Moderate choice of items for continental breakfast but they stopped serving bacon strips. No pool at this location. Washer and dryer were clean and worked well. Very quite at night. Enjoy!!!

I understand there is only 2 floors, but for the prices charged the property should have an elevator. The carpet in the stairwell needs changing or removed because it’s so dirty. The rooms described on website are not the appearance of the actual room (false advertisement).

The design of the room was pretty nice- definitely nicer than the rest of the hotel as the check in and hallways were very dated. Unfortunately the floors of my room were very dirty and I had dirt all over my feet walking around. I had the jacuzzi room and the jets had no obvious way of being turned on. I did not ask how to turn them on so I’m not sure if they actually worked or not but they should have a much more obvious way of doing so if they did. The shower controls were backwards (the hot controlled the cold & vice versa). The worst part was there were 2 baby cockroaches that came from somewhere in the bathroom. I couldn’t find a hole in the wall or any sign of other roaches but this was still very disturbing. Breakfast during the week ended at 10am which was very disappointing and I cannot comment on the food as I did not get to have any. Also there was no ice bucket even though there was an ice machine. I paid $400 for 2 nights which is entirely too much for a place that is dirty and outdated. Tru by Hilton is right down the street for very similar pricing (if not cheaper) and feels like luxury compared to this. I only booked here because Tru did not offer a jacuzzi room and I was sorely disappointed.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. There was a very strong, pungent smell of urine in the room, there were bugs flying around the room, the shower, floors and sink were dirty, the toilet seat was diacolored and broken, the bathroom door looked like it was from the 80’s and completely destroyed at the bottom, and the main door did not fit properly. When lights are off, you could see a very large gap with the hallway light shining through almost all the way around. Walls are paper thin and you could hear conversations above you and in the next room over. The only good thing was that the staff was pleasant and the bed was clean.

The room was terribly dirty- everywhere hair and flies flying everywhere. The floor was not carpeted so it was very cold and not clean. We had to leave unexpectedly but site property had refused to refund. It was a terrible experience to spend the night in that hotel room. It is not for family definitely. We got a room with a jetted tub, which wass very relaxing. The room itself was nice, king sized bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating but otherwise was fine. Decent water pressure in the shower. Was on the louder side, could definitely hear people in the halls, slamming doors, etc. Breakast was ok, not much offered but what do you expect for continental.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Very pleasant staff. The guy who was working the night shift did a fantastic helping my family with whatever we needed. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again

The bed was decently comfortable, seems very worn. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The cable TV selection was good, no complaints there. The shower had limited pressure due to a bad gasket on the spigot. Only 1 trash can in the room, nothing near the bathroom or vanity area, inconvenient. The biggest complaint was that the AC handler would not go below 72* which made just the fan run a lot and blow out smelly air, room was obnoxiously warm at 72*. The breakfast was interesting, seems like they reuse their products for a few days at a time. Stale and hard products. Overall the service was good, the rest was below par.

The only thing I didn't like was you could hear thru the walls. Apparently no wall insulation. At one time I thought someone had left their phone in my room and I was actually looking for it to shut off the alarm. The gap under the door was also pushing 2 inches. I didn't check any other doors to see if this was the norm. Management seems to be trying hard to make this a nice place to stay.

I told the guy my dog is ADA service dog and he argued with me and said anxiety and panic alert dogs aren't service dogs they are social emotional dogs. I said I have my records and documents with me and he said I am not arguing the matter and charged me $75 dollars for our 3 day stay. I had no choice because of the cancel policy expired and would pay for our stay anyways....

Staff are very unpleasant and refuse to allow you to check in if your booking name does not match your license exactly. Don’t book for a loved one or use an abbreviated name or they won’t let you check in. Then they redicule you, tell you to change booking and when that can’t be done they refuse to refund you even though they did not provide the service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and it should be removed from the choice of bookings as they do not care about their customers and instead prefer to take your money and not provide a room.

The check in clerk was argumentative and basically making an effort to be as bothesome as possible. The entire concept of customer service seems to not be grasped by this individual. I felt unwelcome and definitely unwanted. The clerks idea of helpful was simply to insist that although it has been quite a few years since I've traveled and had an overnight stay that I would have been perfectly understanding if the idea that when I prepaid for my room in advance that I should have the stupidity to not read the fine print and understand that there would still have to be more funds paid(upon checkin)that should've been perfectly anticipated and welcomed by me. My past experiences years ago were mostly with corporate stays and there was never deposits required, incidentally because if that was the case I personally did not have to handle it

When we first came into the building, there was a half an hour wait to get checked in, and appeared to be understaffed. Once we were getting checked in, we were given a room and told it was empty. Once we got to the room, there was at least 2 people in the bed, and what seemed to be a very concerning and bizarre situation. We alerted the front desk, who then had a very unprofessional conversation with possibly his manager(?) and swore and placed blame on other workers. They gave us a different room, but I was so disturbed and concerned by the situation that we left immediately.

The property is fine...however a portion of the driveway is wet limestone mud that gets on patrons vehicles and turns the wheels and tires white an splashes all over the lower sheet metal...why is it like this? Yes, cars wash...but...what if someone comes in their $50000 classic car, going to a show? Just sayin', $100 and a dirty car. As I said the property itself is fine, it's just the road to it.

Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. I'd never been to this location prior but I would definitely recommend and would absolutely come back and stay again! One of my complaints when I stay at a hotel or motel is the quality of The TV lol I have to say that they had really good TV service. The TV wasn't cheap. The picture was great. Hi def. Lastly, the Continental breakfast was amazing. Biscuits and gravy bacon plus some other things. Five stars!

The two nights that I stayed were so loud all night that I barely slept. And in the morning the cleaning staff slamming doors, sounded like the people above me were scraping the floor all night. My room was nicely updated and clean, no complaint there. The breakfast left a lot to be desired as well.

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and quiet from interior and exterior noise. Access to the hotel was convoluted. It can be seen from the artery road but several access road turns are required to get into the parking lot. The breakfast was surprising in that scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy were available as well as make-your-own waffles that have become ubiquitous in the hotel breakfast line-up. I am gluten free but found yogurt and scrambled eggs. But, that filled me up along with the good, strong, fresh coffee.

Breakfast was basically bad. Food was cold, what little there was. Coffee was running out. Not much for food selection. This was our second time staying here and it will be the last time. Was dog friendly but charged in extra 50 a night for two Dogs. Kleenex ran out. Bedding was lacking. Only one blanket that barely kept you warm.
