I stayed at this four-star hotel expecting professional service and basic guest support — unfortunately, what I experienced was completely the opposite. The safe in my room malfunctioned, and I was locked out of my money and important belongings for over 5 hours. I contacted the front desk multiple times, but staff offered nothing but vague excuses and delays. No technician was sent while I was still in the hotel, and no serious attempt was made to solve the problem. I was left without access to cash, couldn’t eat, and the situation became so frustrating that I nearly had to call the police to retrieve my own property. As if that weren’t enough, upon check-out, I was told the luggage storage room was full, and the hotel refused to store my bags. I had to go out and pay extra to leave my luggage elsewhere — something that any true four-star hotel should be able to handle without issue. This level of negligence, disorganization, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to be four-star. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to choose a hotel that actually provides the service they advertise.

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean. No need for receptionists or staff. Using the shared front door left us a bit uneasy as there were often people waiting to come in but it wasn’t a big issue. There was some noise during the night from other guests but not enough to disturb. Overall a basic yet nice stay.

I had a really good stay in this hotel. The room is in great condition, modern, new and very clean. There's complimentary bottled water when I arrived and coffee and tea facilities. It is less than 10 mins walk to Valencia Cathedral and most places are pretty much walkable. I didn't use the travel card I bought as this location is very central. They also let me check in before 3pm but even if that was not possible, there are lockers in the hotel where you can leave your bags so you can explore the city while waiting. Overall, brilliant stay and highly recommended.

My first fully digital experience. I was unaware at booking but had experienced Citizen M hotels where it was 90% digital, so I was not concerned. Prior communication from the hello ironed out everything for check in and arriving went smoothly. The room was stylish, had good storage and felt comfortable. Great bathroom, lovely dreamy bed, and quiet. Being there for 3 nights I did not need my bed made daily or bathroom cleaned. This would happen if I stayed a week from my understanding.

Located in a very quiet neighbourhood but within easy reach of the main city sights on foot. The room was very modern and the bathroom a good size. Breakfast is provided at a nearby cafe and is decent. The locker storage was a godsend on the last day and saved having to lug my luggage around the city.

The building is well designed and the room was perfectly comfortable. The problem we had was getting access. Without a reception desk you have to make sure your wifi is working all day while traveling, or you will not get the code for entry. Also, if your phone doesn't work in Europe, (ours didn't) you have to wait outside until another resident comes to help you. Once inside, all was well except the TV cable was unplugged. They came and fixed that.

Love how central this place is. Very easy to access, once you get used to the pincode for everything, plus you can store your luggage in one of the lockers if you arrive in Valencia early or leave late!

The room was very clean, good location and comfortable. Access was easy because the instructions given previously. However, it felt a bit too impersonal and the breakfast was in a cafeteria a few blocks away. Nothing bad on it, just a feeling, others my prefer it. Good respond from the host if questions asked, lockers for luggage if needed and coffee or tea in the room, which is a plus.

Room in itself was clean but there was construction going on right outside my room, which I wasn’t informed of at all in advance or no other option presented to me to change my room or anything. It was loud and noisy and very very dusty. I felt a bit unsafe too as the guys were working just outside of my room. Although no body bothered me but i was on the edge all the time. I have stayed in numa Salzburg before and i loved the experience but this one couldn’t match the standards at all.

The bed was comfy and the location was great. My only complaint is that there is no daily cleaning (you have to pay a fee). Access to the property is pretty easy with the passcode they send you.

De locatie is erg goed. Veel is op loopafstand. Verder werken de taxi's prima en scherp geprijsd. Voor mij was het een eerste keer zonder receptie en ontbijt in het hotel. Dat zal ik niet snel weer doen. Bij aankomst was de douche erg vies (haren in putje en vloer onfris). Vloer in de kamer was ook niet goed schoongemaakt. En wekelijks ipv dagelijks kamer schoonmaken is niet goed bevallen.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind sehr gross. Alles funktioniert bestens mit einem Zugangscode.

We were sceptical about not having someone on premises but found that the organization and thought going into the location and set up addressed all of our concerns. They really thought of everything. The mattress and pillows were perfection, there was really good coffee in the room and the location was stellar. All of the things we would need for the room were accessible and available and when we extended our stay they made it so easy. Loved it!!

I can't say enough good things about this completely renovated building in the old city. Absolutely everything is new, in fact it still has that new smell! And quiet, really quiet! My room had a 10-foot ceiling and a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. It had a very firm queen bed, 4 comfortable pillows and a nice down-filled cover. Loads of closet space with extra towels, mini fridge, desk & stool, safe, 36" TV, convenient electrical outlets next to bed, modern wall-attached lamps, and 2 liters of water and earplugs in Numa-branded containers. Nice touch! The bathroom is the real star of the show, though. Very spacious with 7-foot rain faucet and wand, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and lots of hot water with excellent pressure. The sink area had a large mirror and a nice ledge for toiletries, etc. with hand soap and lotion. All very well illuminated! Hair dryer also.

Terrible experience — this company apparently operates on the strategy of ignoring reported problems, long delayed responses, with the overall effect of frustrating the customer so they just give up TV did not work, WIFi did not work. The online staff’s final response to reporting the tv was not working was to make sure the plugs were connected and then after being advised that they were and still did not work the response was Sorry that’s all we can do. I asked for a change of rooms — no response. I finally found a very polite and helpful workman on site who tried to check the cables and even replaced the tv but it still did not work. Then days after I reported the problem I get a message asking if I can send them pictures of the TV cables (which requires you to lift a large tv off the wall hook — I know this because the workman needed me to assist him in moving the tv off the wall). Instead of sending their own workman to do this, they tell the customer in a message he needs to do it. And then in a chirpy little message they say we are here 24/7 to solve your problems — 4 days after the complaint. This company has ZERO interest in their service to customers.

We had such a wonderful stay at Numa Valencia! The room was absolutely adorable, with the cutest private terrace! The entire hotel was beautifully designed, modern & very clean. The digital check-in process was seamless and super convenient. I accidentally forgot to scan the check-out code, but a quick text to the staff and they handled it remotely—super responsive and helpful! Another major plus was the free luggage storage in the lobby, which made our travel day so much easier. The hotel is in a fantastic area—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I can't recommend Numa enough and would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately during our stay there was not hot water and I do not find fair keeping receiving promises that they issues was going to be resolved during the day. There was no one working at the property since it was weekend. I would have appreciated if they were going to offer me a refund and recommending to change property since day one. Instead, I spent 3 days without hot water and this is not acceptable. Moreover, I had to pay to call the customer service since on whatsapp I was not receiving timing answers. Very nice property and location but never again a solution like this. There should be someone onsite when there are problems and not all can be managed remotely.

Every thing was great until it wasn’t. A leak ruined our 2nd to last night. We had no power or water, no flushing toilet. The emergency contact number was not answering. We were ignored. The follow morning we received an email asking us to leave the property despite having paid for another night. No help in finding alternative accommodation. No courtesy call. No refund despite being told 10 days, now being told 21 days. Unfortunately when you stay in properties with no in house staff, you rely on them to help when things go wrong. They have seriously let us down. And i will choose a hotel with staff next time. I appreciate it was NYE and New year’s day, and the leak was out of their control, but the help and communication was abysmal.

I especially liked the location of the hotel, situated in one of the quaint alleys it was a nice surprise when we arrived. The self contained hotel was a bit of a surprise for me but once I figured it out it was great. Valencia is a beautiful city and if anyone is going this hotel is a nice scenic walk from the downtown hub.

Located in a very quiet neighbourhood but within easy reach of the main city sights on foot. The room was very modern and the bathroom a good size. Breakfast is provided at a nearby cafe and is decent. The locker storage was a godsend on the last day and saved having to lug my luggage around the city.

Love how central this place is. Very easy to access, once you get used to the pincode for everything, plus you can store your luggage in one of the lockers if you arrive in Valencia early or leave late!

The hotel was great. Clean, quiet and spacious. My only complaint is breakfast… you must go to a local cafe to get it, it is not supplied at the hotel. It’s not as advertised. Besides that, great stay!

Top notch condo hotel. This Boutique property is very well-maintained. Very well located. Boasts wonderful features and is very comfortable. Our large room had a small balcony facing the street. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. The breakfast is in conjunction with a nearby café. I would highly recommend this option.

The hotel is centrally located, a 6 minute walk to the cathedral, 11 minute walk to the Central Market. It is quiet. We booked a basic room and it was on a smaller side but the bathroom was magnificent! Powerful shower! No reception works as long is everything runs smoothly. Probably not so good when things go wrong. The luggage storage facility without any fuff was such a bonus! They have ironing boards in the storage area. Lack of interaction is noticeable within the hotel, but there are plenty of things to do and people to meet outside! I would stay again.

We had a really lovely stay. The location was excellent – everything we wanted to see was within about a 10-minute walk, so we hardly needed to use any public transport. Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel itself was very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no room cleaning included during our stay.
