Chambre vaste, lits confortables, belle de salle de bain vaste et fonctionnelle. Jolie décoration contemporaine. Choix limité pour le petit déjeuner, mais OK. Possibilité de parking payant en sous-sol, mais sinon le stationnement est facile une fois passé les 19h.

Very good rooms and amnesties. We arrived late around 22.30 but the restaurant is open 24/7. We got very delicious pizzas. There is laundry room to use for free and you can get washing powder from the reception. Very well organized hotel. Good breakfast.

Good brand new hotel so in perfect condition. Good location, friendly staff, parking is in the parking general parking building below the hotel. Convenient but a bit expensive. Arrived 9 pm fridag and left 11 am Sunday and paid 45 franc. Sion is a nice town, god for a base in Valais region. Montreux is a nice place to stop on the way back to Geneva.

We arrived early and they were really accommodating to get our room ready. Room was spacious and clean. Would have liked a fridge but being really picky. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was nice and offered choice. Staff were friendly asking for directions. Free laundry which was an added bonus! The rooftop terrace was nice but couldn't enjoy due to the weather (raining)

Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Frühstück ist okay (auch hier ist alles sauber und jeder wird hier was finden was er mag). Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich. Allerdings bekamen wir statt Bergblick ein Zimmer ohne Fenster mit einer Dachluke. Diese konnte man nicht verdunkeln, weshalb das Zimmer auch nachts noch sehr hell war. Die Zimmer sind sehr warm, zu warm (auch bei Außentemperaturen unter 0 Grad nicht runterzuregeln). In unserem Zimmer war die Heizungsanlage durchgehend laut (Zimmerlautstärke) zu hören. Die Matratzen sind okay (nicht unbequem aber auch nicht extrem gemütlich. Nachdem wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben, bekamen wir ein besseres Zimmer mit Fenster aber dadurch leider auch mit Straßenlärm (das ließ sich aushalten aber für ein modernes Hotel dann doch überraschend schlecht geräuschisoliert. Alles in allem eignet sich das Hotel gut für ein, zwei Nächte und ist auch sehr gut an Bus, Bahn und Autobahn angebunden.

Overall, my family and I had an awesome time staying there. The room was clean. The view was amazing. The continental breakfast was really good. The receptionist was phenomenal. They were very attentive, caring and answered any questions that we had.

Clean room, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast. Biggest issue for me was that the room was hot. Prior to booking I called holiday inn and they claimed that this hotel has A/C. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us they use some kind of green energy method for A/C and it would take 30 minutes to cool down. I set it to the coldest setting. The room never cooled down. Green method doesn’t work. If they had usable A/C I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Unfortunately we were too hot all night long.

Les plus : l'hôtel est neuf et il est bien situé au cœur de la ville à côté de la gare. Les moins: le petit-déjeuner est médiocre mais il pourrait facilement être amélioré de manière substantielle, avec une meilleure organisation et surtout en remplaçant certains produits industriels et bas de gamme par des produits frais et de proximité. À ce prix, il existe de nombreux établissements qui offrent un petit déjeuner impeccable ! Le très gros moins: il faisait plus de 30 degrés en ville, et dans la chambre il faisait la même température! Nous en avons fait part à la réception mais apparemment il n'y a aucun moyen de baisser/contrôler la température. Résultat : absolument impossible de fermer l'œil de la nuit. Je n'ose même pas imaginer la fournaise que ce sera en été durant une période de canicule. L'hôtel à ses qualités, et du potentiel, mais il lui manque l'élément principal : permettre à ses clients de dormir !

Friendly staff that went out of there to be accommodating. Only issues I had is my room would not cool off but hotel did bring me a fan so I could be comfortable in the room. I will definitely stay again when I visit Sion.

The room was fine but terrible experience with our bikes. We are riding from this area to Barcelona and the condition of our high end touring bikes is very important. They were locked together and locked to a table so they dragged the two bikes and table to another room and I found them in a mess with pedals in wheels and scratched up. They could have asked us and we would have moved. Also the meeting in room later in day. In 30 years riding in Europe never had a hotel treated my property so negligently and without any sense. Our bikes cost many thousands and if a wheel is damaged we could have an accident or be stuck in middle of no where. All they had to do is ask us but they dragged our bikes. If you are a biker you will understand my outrage.

Friendly staff that went out of there to be accommodating. Only issues I had is my room would not cool off but hotel did bring me a fan so I could be comfortable in the room. I will definitely stay again when I visit Sion.

Si vous voulez avoir un séjour agréable je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel, tout était impeccable, notre chambre était parfaitement propre et assez grande,le petit-déjeuner à buffet ouvert avec beaucoup de choix, et tout était délicieux. L’hôtel se situe au centre de la ville de Sion, la gare est juste 5 minutes à pied, et je remercie aussi pour la gentillesse et attention des personnels.

Good brand new hotel so in perfect condition. Good location, friendly staff, parking is in the parking general parking building below the hotel. Convenient but a bit expensive. Arrived 9 pm fridag and left 11 am Sunday and paid 45 franc. Sion is a nice town, god for a base in Valais region. Montreux is a nice place to stop on the way back to Geneva.

We arrived early and they were really accommodating to get our room ready. Room was spacious and clean. Would have liked a fridge but being really picky. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was nice and offered choice. Staff were friendly asking for directions. Free laundry which was an added bonus! The rooftop terrace was nice but couldn't enjoy due to the weather (raining)

Very good rooms and amnesties. We arrived late around 22.30 but the restaurant is open 24/7. We got very delicious pizzas. There is laundry room to use for free and you can get washing powder from the reception. Very well organized hotel. Good breakfast.

Les plus : l'hôtel est neuf et il est bien situé au cœur de la ville à côté de la gare. Les moins: le petit-déjeuner est médiocre mais il pourrait facilement être amélioré de manière substantielle, avec une meilleure organisation et surtout en remplaçant certains produits industriels et bas de gamme par des produits frais et de proximité. À ce prix, il existe de nombreux établissements qui offrent un petit déjeuner impeccable ! Le très gros moins: il faisait plus de 30 degrés en ville, et dans la chambre il faisait la même température! Nous en avons fait part à la réception mais apparemment il n'y a aucun moyen de baisser/contrôler la température. Résultat : absolument impossible de fermer l'œil de la nuit. Je n'ose même pas imaginer la fournaise que ce sera en été durant une période de canicule. L'hôtel à ses qualités, et du potentiel, mais il lui manque l'élément principal : permettre à ses clients de dormir !

Very good hôtel well locate near the train station and city. Very good breakfast, staff are very nice at the reception and at the breakfast room. The cleaning could of been better in the room, the carpet was not well clean with the vaccum and we left one day 2 dirty glasses and when we were back at night they were not change! have never been clean
