The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area and is next door to a service station. Has an outdoor eating area but it overlooks a building site. Some parking at the front of the hotel but told that it’s not owned by the Moxy so had to use the underground car park (CHF12 per night).

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist stets noch sehr gut, obschon beim letzten Mal der Aufenthalt günstiger und somit besser ausfiel. Zinmer sehr komfortabel, sauber, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Raumklima ist noch verbesserungswürdig. Bar im Erdgeschoss ist ideal für einen letzten Drink vor dem Schlafen. Check-in und check-out unkompliziert, freundlich und effizient.

L’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking extérieur gratuit et un vaste parking souterrain. Les chambres sont assez grandes pour cette catégorie, et confortables, mais la climatisation n’est pas efficace, impossible de descendre en-dessous de 25 degrés. Idéal pour une étape d’une nuit.

The Moxy is out of the centre of Sion. The decor of the hotel seems to be targeted at the younger clientele, but it is bright and fresh. The room we stayed in was not huge, but big enough for the 2 of us. It is about a 20 - 30 minute drive from the crans Montana ski resort. Breakfast was excellent.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Moxy Hotel verbracht – und das hat auch gereicht. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem, was positiv zu erwähnen ist. Allerdings gab es nur sehr wenige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Wir mussten schließlich an einer Seitenwand parken, was laut dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption “in Ordnung” war – dennoch kein gutes Gefühl. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach viel zu teuer (21.- CHF pro Person) für das, was angeboten wurde. Alles abgepackte Produkte. Besonders störend fanden wir die Vögel, die im Frühstücksbereich herumflogen – hygienisch ist das definitiv nicht. Sollte ich wieder in der Gegend sein, würde ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden. Ich würde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Top Hotel, tolle Ausstattung. Lediglich das Personal an der Rezeption/Bar (Kombi) lässt (bei bisher mehreren Besuchen) jedesmal zu wünschen übrig. Leider gab‘s bei der Zimmerverteilung einen Fehler, weshalb ich den Schlüssel zu einem bereits belegten Zimmer erhalten und ein Paar aus dem Schlaf gerissen habe. Das Ersatzzimmer hatte leider nur zwei Einzelbetten und es roch etwas streng.

Easy spot to rest for a night or two if traveling to Crans or surrounding areas. Room was clean and efficient. Not my favorite style of hotel, but that’s a personal preference. Beds were a bit too hard for our liking as were the pillows. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Little encouraging messages all over the hotel. A good selection of hot and cold items for breakfast. Quirky decor; strip lights made from skis. If you have to get up at night, a light comes on under the bed and lights up the floor so you can see where you are going. Cool! Lovely, fluffy bath towels. I will certainly come here again.

Hôtel moderne et très fonctionnel. Propre, bien insonorisé, avec une immense télé et de nombreuses chaînes. Les matériaux sont de bonne qualité, et la décoration est fashion. Il y a un cocktail de bienvenue avec alcool. Les seuls points négatifs sont qu'il n'y a pas de mini frigo dans la chambre, et j'ai trouvé la literie un peu ferme.

The hotel is situated next to a gas station and feels more like a motel. The rooms are nice and clean but it's close to 30 degrees Celsius inside. I felt like I couldn't breathe and it was 34 c outside so it didn't help opening the tiny widow, which couldn't even open fully. We asked if we could change rooms because the aircon didn't work, "oh it's like that in every room because of the climate we keep the rooms 3 degrees Celsius below outside temperature". It's a heatwave here so it was 34 outside. Back in our room we debated if we were going to just leave because it's unbearable or stay since we paid about 120 euros for this torture chambre. We obviously didn't sleep a second and had to use wet towels to cool down.

So the hotel is located in an industrial area, but with a supermarket very near by. Despite the area, parking is as expensive as it would be in the middle of a city. The room is missing a lot 1. A kettle to make tea/coffee, 2. Good lighting, 3. A refrigerator, 4. A safe box, to name the essentials. Mountain view is a stretch. Technically you see mountains - as you would from almost any window in this area, but the view is the least interesting mountain view I have seen, but behind the sad industrial areas, there are mountains. Other things (not mentioned here) are good, but I did not try the breakfast.

We had a good stay at the Moxy, staff was very helpful, we got a crib and our room was very nice. Minus was no coffee machine or water boiler on the room. Surrounding the hotel there is just a very expensive restaurant in the same building, but a bit further are some good options for dinner.

Hotel for Young People and Bustourists. Good Beds, but no closet in rooms, no safe, no fridge. No bottle of water is offered. Has airconditioning. Worst thing is that there is an ambience light below beds, that sometimes switches on during nights and you cannot switch it off. It was fixed the other day, but only temporary. Food is very limited, not enough tables if busloads of tourist have breakfast. Outside of the town center, not more in walking distance.

Decent property but the rooms run at about 25-27C in summer - making it impossible to sleep and uncomfortable-no air circulation and windows only crack open about 3cm. (1 inch) Beds are not comfortable - but it’s the hot stagnent air in the room that makes this property unbearably hot. No air conditioning.

Il y a un cocktail de bienvenue avec alcool. Les seuls points négatifs sont qu'il n'y a pas de mini frigo dans la chambre, et j'ai trouvé la literie un peu ferme.

Leider gab‘s bei der Zimmerverteilung einen Fehler, weshalb ich den Schlüssel zu einem bereits belegten Zimmer erhalten und ein Paar aus dem Schlaf gerissen habe. Das Ersatzzimmer hatte leider nur zwei Einzelbetten und es roch etwas streng.

Top Hotel, tolle Ausstattung. Lediglich das Personal an der Rezeption/Bar (Kombi) lässt (bei bisher mehreren Besuchen) jedesmal zu wünschen übrig. Sehr langsam beim Check-In oder beim Ausschank, unflexibel bei Bestellungen an der Bar, teils sogar falsche Getränke gebracht. Teilweise mehr mit sich selbst oder untereinander beschäftigt als mit den Gästen Dass die Bar um 24 Uhr schliesst - kein Thema. Wenn man dann aber aus dem Angebot des "Take Away" etwas entnimmt (was erlaubt ist) und dann mit Freunden in der Lobby oder einem angetrennten Bereich noch etwas trinken will und zusammensitzen, dann wird man sehr unfreundlich aufgefordert, dies zu unterlassen. Reinigunspersonal hingegen sehr freundlich, gründlich und zuvorkommend.

Beautiful modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Little encouraging messages all over the hotel. A good selection of hot and cold items for breakfast. Quirky decor; strip lights made from skis. If you have to get up at night, a light comes on under the bed and lights up the floor so you can see where you are going. Cool! Lovely, fluffy bath towels. I will certainly come here again.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area and is next door to a service station. Has an outdoor eating area but it overlooks a building site. Some parking at the front of the hotel but told that it’s not owned by the Moxy so had to use the underground car park (CHF12 per night).

Hôtel récent situé dans une zone industrielle proche de l’autoroute, décoration moderne assez cosy. L’accueil est sympathique et décontracté. L’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking extérieur gratuit et un vaste parking souterrain. Les chambres sont assez grandes pour cette catégorie, et confortables, mais la climatisation n’est pas efficace, impossible de descendre en-dessous de 25 degrés. Idéal pour une étape d’une nuit.

The Moxy is out of the centre of Sion. The decor of the hotel seems to be targeted at the younger clientele, but it is bright and fresh. The room we stayed in was not huge, but big enough for the 2 of us. It is about a 20 - 30 minute drive from the crans Montana ski resort. Breakfast was excellent.

Easy spot to rest for a night or two if traveling to Crans or surrounding areas. Room was clean and efficient. Not my favorite style of hotel, but that’s a personal preference. Beds were a bit too hard for our liking as were the pillows. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was good.

Ikke noe luksushotell, men fungerte utmerket for to netter i forbindelse med fotball-EM for kvinner. Ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men få minutters gåtur fra stadion. Helt greie rom og god frokost. Alt i alt en positiv opplevelse.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Moxy Hotel verbracht – und das hat auch gereicht. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem, was positiv zu erwähnen ist. Allerdings gab es nur sehr wenige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Wir mussten schließlich an einer Seitenwand parken, was laut dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption “in Ordnung” war – dennoch kein gutes Gefühl. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach viel zu teuer (21.- CHF pro Person) für das, was angeboten wurde. Alles abgepackte Produkte. Besonders störend fanden wir die Vögel, die im Frühstücksbereich herumflogen – hygienisch ist das definitiv nicht. Sollte ich wieder in der Gegend sein, würde ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden. Ich würde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

I had booked one room with one double bed but got one very small room with separated beds and with two languages difficult to move around and with wardrobe, refrigerator, etc. Cooling was also very bad. The room was not cleaned. Although the bed was made and towels were changed. The body soup was empty and never been filled. Despite the fact upon booking I had chosen breakfast included and Hotels.com informed that the parking was included and tax were paid, I had to pay both breakfast, parking and city tax (64 CHF + 168 CHF =232,00 CHF ) = 2864 SEK. The breakfast was very limited and poorest I have ever seen. Management did not do anything to correct. I would not recommend this hotel. It’s not worth money and stars it market itself.
