Heel leuk hotel op een goede plek! Uitgebreid ontbijt. Met de auto is het lastig om te stoppen voor het hotel om koffers in en uit te laden. Betaald parkeren is in de buurt aanwezig, maar hoort niet bij het hotel.

the elevator was out of commission for two of the three days of our trip. no work was being done to solve the issue in the evenings. we were on the fourth floor with small mobility issues and it was a chore to walk up and down the four flights three-four times a day. Very disappointed. the room was larger than expected and that was good but all else was average and expected

Very good value for our budget, the hotel was very well located and everything was fine, it was clean and nice. The room is on the smaller side and got little sunlight, but that was okay. We did face an issue that the elevator wasn't working over the weekend.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The only issues are a slow single elevator due to the age of the hotel and the lack of a refrigerator in the room. But it is in a perfect spot and the price to stay is reasonable.

It was the worst experience of my life time Service was below par Facilities were non working Rooms were not accessible by elevator Had to walk up stairs to high floors with busted knees No one cared about the pain and misery I lived thru for two days Couldn’t leave the room since I wouldn’t be able to go back up so disappointing Was stuck in the room for two days then I left

This hotel does not have its own parking so if you are driving there it is about a half block walk to go from the parking lot ($45.00 for parking a night).

It was definitely not worth the price. It has a beautiful lobby and the room didn’t look bad, but there were dirty towels, no hot water, and the door to the washroom did not look cleaned. As well, the bathroom hardware kept breaking. The towel rack and the toilet paper roll holder were broken. Plus there is no property parking available and the paid parking was over $70 for the night. It made the price even more unreasonable in my eyes.

The room was amazingly small, the bathroom furnitures way to loose , the towels bar fall down , the lamps were connected with a hanging cable. definitely a bad experience. the photos on Expedia shows a bigger space, however small but luxury and the true is quite different. was not a good experience

Good stuff very clean rooms and in a very, very good location for a reasonable price. The walls are slightly thin so you can hear hallway noises, and when people take a shower or are even using the bathroom quite clearly and can hear conversations through the doors. The rooms are small, but nice. Bathroom and bed were clean and the bed was very comfy. No mini fridge and the heater didn’t work in my room, but it’s not a dealbreaker and I didn’t bother asking to get it fixed so that is on me and it worked in my friends room, so my room was probably an exception Overall, I would definitely consider coming back here. It was an overall enjoyable stay with minor nitpicks, but for the price and location I would happily stay here again.

Hotel Victoria is really conveniently located within a short walk of Union Station. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, though on the small side. The hotel was very quiet and it was easy to get e good night's sleep. There was no street noise, as my room looked out over a an internal courtyard (thus no view). One complaint is that there is often a long wait for the lift.

I didn’t have a mirror, the room smelled like someone smoked in it, the elevator was out of service and considering I was on the top floor, I carried my luggage all the way down, and there wasn’t a coffee maker.

Great location. Small but adequate rooms - think European sized, tiny bath with little to no counter space. Unless you're in one of the street- facing rooms there is ABSOLUTELY NO VIEW except a brick wall. TV worked sporadically, although staff did try to fix it. Hotel seems a little worn out. Staff OK. Overall, an alright stay, but I won't go back or recommend the hotel.

Very noisy (no soundproofing for street noise or hallway noise), air conditioner too loud to have on, when turned off the fan noise is still quite loud and annoying. No fan in bathroom, no mirror in room other than bathroom mirror which has very poor lighting for applying makeup, fridge is not cold at all, no complementary bottled water or coffee maker, down elevator button broken, asked for more washcloths and were left a few hand towels instead, shower products very fragranced and irritating, pillows very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t dirty, but definitely not the hotel experience we are used to. Overall a very utilitarian hotel, and not up to our standards.

Check in was gruelling, wanted to switch card that booked with. We were charged the deposit on both cards. The machines wouldn’t process ours and another guests cards so did an email transfer, then they called our room and wanted us to come back down after check in took 45 minutes already. The Saturday staff did not seem apologetic or able to explain the issue, but the gentleman who checked us out was apologetic about the double charge and explained better than the manager had. The bedside tables and “desk” were not cleaned at all, debris and glass rings. The bed sheet didn't fit the bed and wouldn’t stay on which was sort of gross, was a king bed and probably a queen sheet. Base board heater in bathroom didn’t work so bathroom was cold, especially since the A/C was blasting when we came in the room in mid November. Tv chrome-cast and airplay does not work which didn’t matter too much but was just annoying.

We had a great time, although our trip to Toronto was short. The staff was over the top for this hotel in helping us with a lost laptop and getting it back to us at the airport before our flight took off. Sonam at the bar was a lady with a strong future and so great to spend time talking to her.

I would have given Hotel Victoria 5 stars until the last day! We were very happy with the location, accommodations and staff! When we went to checkout someone new was there, not the same vibe but what set me off was the poor directions they gave to the airport! There’s a free shuttle that they were unaware of & there isn’t a bus from Union Station as we were told. Luckily, we allowed extra time!

Great hotel, beautiful decor and clean. Customer service gets a 0 from me. I forgot a sweater in the room and paid for a return waybill to have it shipped back to me, all I needed was the hotel to put it in a box or bag. Unfortunately the hotel is unreachable by phone, by email, or via their website. Very disappointing.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage war sehr gut, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben vom Flughafen aus den Pearson UP Express genommen für 8€. Ab Union Station kann man das Hotel unterirdisch bis auf ein paar Meter erreichen.

Stayed overnight for a work event nearby. Very old dated room, noisy (near the subway), dark room with limited lighting and only a tiny bathroom mirror. The tv didn’t work. No food options late at night or early afternoon. You can’t even buy water. Person at the counter didn’t have the first clue what was going on. For what they charge per night you definitely should get more. I’m local and this was embarrassing for our city.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding. The decor and feel of the restaurant was wonderful…stylish and cozy. The room itself was spacious, although the bathroom was a little small for four of us. The location was perfect. Easy walks to attractions and to Union Station. Can’t wait to come back.
