Quiet, plenty of parking, decent size room. Be aware if you have issues with stairs request a ground floor aa 2 floors and no lifts, not that it bothered us. Only issue we found was the scolding hot water when another room seem to use the taps at the same time. Would stay again for a couple of nights. 5 minute walk to town for food and shops.

Basic and clean rooms. Lots of easy parking options and the main street/restaurants are easily walkable (up a slight hill). We were very grateful to receive a bigger room than what we booked when she saw we were traveling with two children. This was very kind and very much appreciated.

Stayed a night as stopover between Bris and Canberra both ways. Great little motel that is super clean and really good value for money. Hassle free check in, onsite easy parking, good wifi, foxtel, good water pressure and great spot within walkin distance to shops. Key drop check out. Will def stay again.

A terrific value for money motel. Parking easy and out the front of the unit. Kitchenette was handy, old school and perfect. Clean updated bathroom. Easy walk to everything. This was outstanding for the price. We'll be back on a stopover travelling to the north coast.

It has cockroaches. They don't come out till night time, but killed 4. Most disturbing was the 1 I found on the bedside table.(now dead). When i arrived the inner door was open yet the fly screen dooe was locked. This would not help with them getting in Otherwise dated but ok

This property has huge potential considering it’s location and decent size rooms with balcony. We stayed only few hours. There was a smell from smoking which was evident from the moment we entered the lobby. Pest control seemed to be overdue as there were so many german cockroaches in the room.

An outdated property with an infestation of cockroaches in the room we stayed in. On bringing it to the owner’s attention I was given a can of mortein for spraying. Having said that the mattress was comfortable and bed linen clean.

Great location with parking. New bathroom which was nice. Has microwave and fridge, kettle, toaster and cutlery. Room a great size. Close to the main shops and water. One thing was the locks on the doors. Only the screen door to the balcony locked. There was a chain only on the other door leading to the balcony. Front door lock was flimsy with a chain as well. I wedged a chair under the door handle.

We liked our room as it was spacious and decorated nicely. We also liked the location as able to walk to the breakwall and beach easily. Also not far from the town center. Felt like good value for what we paid. Will stay again.

The room we were put in was a few metres away from the front entry door. We could easily hear people entering the complex, talking laughing etc till about 1:00am. The door which led onto the balcony had no lock on it.

The property was decent and staff were friendly. However, the stay was disappointing due to loud noise from other guests—yelling and slamming doors went on until 3am with no staff intervention. I booked last minute knowing that we would check in later than 9pm. I called to inform the reception she advised in the rude tone saying she couldn’t see my name don’t know who i am. Just press the bell do not call otherwise I will disturb the whole building. When I arrived at 9:17 I pressed the door bell many times and wait for 15 minute no respond. I had no choice but to call the phone number. Phone got picked up and hang up immediately twice !!!! 10 mins later the staff appear to open the door and blaming me calling the apartment number. I said I did pressed the door bell and no response then she immediately said sorry. My first time seeing such a rude customer service.

The reception I received from welcoming and friendly. Again, I can't over-empahsise the importance of this, particularly after a long drive/ride. Connie was brilliant - helpful, cheerful and funny. The motel was clean and everything worked as it should. A really pleasant stay - close to the city centre.

Great friendly & welcoming customer service upon check in. Fantastic location around the corner from the main st with cafes, shops & restaurants all within close walking distance. Our room was comfortable & clean although felt quite old & dated. Nice touch with block out curtains.

Have stayed at Port Aloha a few times and it’s always a good experience. The friendly welcome and efficient check in to the clean and comfortable rooms make it a pleasant stay. The location in town and close to the shops and beach is great and the tariff is very reasonable.

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen, die Dame an der Rezeption war nicjt gerade freundlich/zuvorkommend. Checkin hat allerdings gut geklappt Positiv, ausreichend Parkplätze und ca 5 Minuten ins Zentrum. Es gibt kekn Frühstück, auch nicht gegen Bezahlung. Zummer war ok, hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, komfortabel war es aber nicht sehr und hat Renovierungsstau.
