Place is dirty. They allow pets. Hair everywhere. Socks turn black on bottom in minutes. We booked 2 rooms for family. Did not get conjoining, near or even same floor! Staff said they could move us for future nights and did not follow through. “Our manager isn’t in until Monday” was their go to phrase. We left after 1 night of 3. We’re told we wouldn’t get charged. Guess what, we were. Took Expedia 5 days and over 5 attempts to even get in touch with them. Never going here again. Pool was closed… hotel literally sits on highway.

Property was newer and clean with exception of the pool that needed to be cleaned. Came to watch my son play football At Baylor game. The gym was very updated and clean. The day staff was so much nicer than the evening staff. A bit annoyed that you have to purchase wifi if you need to connect more than one device. No free breakfast but had a full kitchen which was nice. Over all it was a bit pricey for what you actually get. The location was perfect. I probably would stay again if the price dropped significantly.

Updated everything if your staying a while well it feels like home. Great room ,bed ,only one thing they have no movie channels but you can stream them off phone. Pool is nice and the BBQ pits are a nice touch

The place is awesome. Super clean. The staff was incredible. My only complain was that the pool wasn’t open. And my next door neighbor kept slamming the door as she walked out. Startled me and woke me up a couple of times. Not the staff’s fault though. Oh, the prices, very reasonable considering you have Top golf, a theater and Main Event walking distance.

The pool was so nice and the staff were great. They had a self serve snack area with a self checkout that was useful. Very close to magnolia table and the silos. Would stay again!

This hotel was a walking distance to family activities like Main Event, Top Golf or movie theater. The convience stores were also walking distance, including restaurants to dine in at. The pool and propane pits x2 came in handy as well. Their laundry room had plenty of machines to use as well.

Some on my items were stolen out of the room I stayed in. I spoke to a man working at the front desk about my missing jewelry and he said a manager would contact me. No one ever did. The room we stayed in had electricity problems. Every time we used the microwave, the power went off. For a new hotel, the floors were very dirty. It was mainly wood chips from construction. I spoke to someone at the front desk but nothing was done.

It was disappointing. For a hotel that’s been open for just over a month, they already have too many issues on their hands. Morning staff service was AWFUL! I first attempted to reach them by using the room phone. No answer. Then attempted calling from my cell. No answer 4x. I finally go to the front desk, surprise!!!! Not a sole in site. Rang the bell, waited, still nothing. Found a housekeeper in the hallway, asked her, she went to the offices behind counter, nobody. She calls their name, nothing. She then go on a hunt to find her. We FINALLY have someone to help! She comes to my room, can’t solve the problem with the TV. It was a very frustrating experience. Bugs in the hallway, side exit door doesn’t close properly. And the carpet had a massive wet spot that had to be stepped over to get to my room. Shower was dirty. Just overall a disappointment of a stay there!

This is really an extended stay hotel but I only needed the one night. It’s easy to find. Good location near resteraunts and a grocery store. Pretty quiet overall with faint highway noise. Room was spacious. Pretty clean ( dead water bug in the closet). Very new. Bare essentials available but adequate. The only issue I have is they take a $100 deposit and keep your money for 10 days. With 144 rooms, if full, they are floating themselves a loan of $144,000 a day with customers money. This must be illegal. There was no mention of that in the description. I’m never concerned about the hotels taking a credit card for incidentals. I get that but charging $100 and keeping it for 10 days is unacceptable. I feel that people should be made aware.

I would have said excellent overall, but the last 2 night of our stay we had someone in the room above us running and banging into something we called twice the first night, the second night they stopped about 930 only to wake us up at 8 am doing the same thing.

Thought it was a pretty good hotel. Brand new so that was nice. I will say that I thought that the room was very narrow. The walls are also paper thin so you hear all noises from rooms around you. Our room key did stop working for some reason and we had to get a new one. Also it is kinda odd that you have to insert a room key into a box to use the lights in the room.

The motel had only been open a month.it was really very nice. Room was very spacious with a small full kitchen with everything you would need plus other kitchen needs available. Staff was very accommodating.

We were overall very comfortable and things were very clean and new. We did have one issue - our TV in our room wasn’t working properly. BUT, the front desk got us moved to another room and all was well. I would stay here again.

The only issue I had was no hot water to shower. Kept calling front desk, no answer. I go down to let them know. I was told give them 5 minutes. Still no hot water. I only got " Im really sorry " upon check out.

Was not told there would be a deposit Once I arrived therefore I could not check into my hotel room I have still not received the hundred and some odd dollars that I paid for the hotel room on hotels.com back therefore I know I had to buy another hotel room as well as lost money on that I already paid to you guys all because y'all didn't tell me that there was a deposit because I am not local absolutely ridiculous and a pain still fighting trying to get my money back

With 144 rooms, if full, they are floating themselves a loan of $144,000 a day with customers money. This must be illegal. There was no mention of that in the description. I’m never concerned about the hotels taking a credit card for incidentals. I get that but charging $100 and keeping it for 10 days is unacceptable. I feel that people should be made aware.

Our room key did not work our entire stay with lack of urgency to resolve the situation.Through multiple attempts to ask management and staff to fix our room key, there was a lack of communication between the staff leading to multiple re-explainations and no resolution. We had to eventually change rooms on our last night, which lead to us being awoken at 7am the next day from a staff member calling our new room. There was no record of us changing rooms and staff was very confused how we were in a different room. Again, the lack of communication resulted in inconvenience and a disappointing stay. I emailed and called the manager with no response. Overall would not recommend staying here again.

The place is awesome. Super clean. The staff was incredible. My only complain was that the pool wasn’t open. And my next door neighbor kept slamming the door as she walked out. Startled me and woke me up a couple of times. Not the staff’s fault though. Oh, the prices, very reasonable considering you have Top golf, a theater and Main Event walking distance.

This is really an extended stay hotel but I only needed the one night. It’s easy to find. Good location near resteraunts and a grocery store. Pretty quiet overall with faint highway noise. Property was newer and clean with exception of the pool that needed to be cleaned. Came to watch my son play football At Baylor game. The gym was very updated and clean. The day staff was so much nicer than the evening staff. A bit annoyed that you have to purchase wifi if you need to connect more than one device. No free breakfast but had a full kitchen which was nice. Over all it was a bit pricey for what you actually get. The location was perfect. I probably would stay again if the price dropped significantly.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and was fine. This stay was the worst. Floors very dirty, hair (possibly pet) everywhere, including inside the fridge & freezer. Toilet had poop splatters. Trash in the halls for days. Overall, dirty room. Cleaned room myself to stay there.
