As part of our standard procedure for high-value villas, we kindly ask for a cash deposit of 30,000 THB upon check-in. This is a fully refundable security deposit, intended only to cover any incidental damage or extraordinary cleaning if needed. Of course, the full amount will be returned to you at check-out, provided everything is in good condition.

We would like to inform you that the in-villa fire show at Chaloklum Residence is subject to availability. For last-minute bookings, please note that the fire show may not be guaranteed. Kindly ask the guests to inform us of their preferred date for the fire show as early as possible to help us secure the arrangement.
