Room service was very nice, and the staff at check-in were very polite. The room also had a good amount of space. I wish there was more than one washing and drying machine for the coin laundry, but my stay was very good overall.

Easy transfer to and from the airport. Bus stops right in front of the hotel subway station is only 2-3 mins walk from mapo station. They got a gym at basement but only with a few machines/equipments. Would suggest to add a few more :)

조금 오래된 호텔이지만 아늑하고 주변의 편의시설을 이용할 수 있어서 두번째 이용중이다. 하지만 침대 이불위에얹는( 명칭은 모르겠음)천이 제대로 세탁이 안돼 핏자국이 그대로 이고, 화장실 샤워커텐에서 냄새가 심하게나서 샤워에 불편함을 줌. 다시 이용하고 싶지만 직원들은 친절함은 높이 평가한다.

We were dissatisfied with our stay. Firstly, the hotel has very little lobby seating which we thought was odd. Our room was also very dusty upon arrival. However, the most egregious incident is when housekeeping insisted that we turn off our "Do not Disturb Indicator" and allow them to clean the room. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff entered our room while we were gone and the "Do Not Disturb" indicator was lit, and made up our room. This was unacceptable and incredibly invasive. It was hard to feel comfortable in our room knowing that housekeeping could at any time enter even with the "Do Not Disturb" indicator on. Very disappointed with the overall experience. On the same vacation, we stayed at Shilla Stay Mapo across the street, and Lotte City Hotel Mapo down the road. Both were superior experiences. I highly recommend anyone choosing a hotel in the Mapo area to go for one of those alternative options.

ランク的には高いホテルなので、普段は泊まらないのですが、たまたまお安く取れたので良かったです。朝から夜までずっと出かけていたため、中のレストランやサービスは利用してないので、フロントの対応しか分かりませんが、特に不便なく、みなさん親切でした。日本人なので、韓国語はわかりませんかチェックインも英語で問題なかったですが、ひとつ伝えたいことが、3泊して掃除をお願いしたのですが、タオルなどの補充はされており、ベッドメイクも綺麗だったのですが、バスタブに私の髪の毛が残っていて、掃除してないんだな…と残念でした。立地的には麻浦駅よりは徒歩3分？ぐらいでとても近く孔徳駅にも歩いて行けます。周りにコンビニやオリヤン、また飲食店も多いので楽しめます。

スタンダードダブルベッドルールをシングルユースしました。部屋は広め、間接照明も多いので明るさもあり、とても快適でした。一点不満な事はシャワーの水圧が弱い事。築年数長い建物だと思うので仕方ないのかな。

何回も利用させて頂いています。今回の部屋は14階でした。でもホテル裏側いつもは階数は7階9階などでしたがメインストリート側の部屋で。やはりそちらの方が良い。部屋が暑くて暖房オフにしても温度下がらず 29度くらいで寝苦しくて不快でした。館内暖房も自然にあるかなと思いますが夜は暑くて窓開けました。でも部屋は暑いまま　寝不足何とかしてほしい。最近は利用回数が多いですが、今回は最悪部屋がホテルうらで飲み屋街でしたから夜遅くまで酒に酔った人のデカイ声や夜中3時過ぎも大声で騒いでうるさい。初めて裏側の部屋でしたが通りに面した部屋は車は多いですが夜は静かです。それ以外はホテルはフロントの対応も良く部屋も綺麗です。交通も便利でとても良いです。仁川空港からも１番先にリムジンバス停まるのと駅は近いし市内バスもどこでも行かれるので立地は、とても良いです。

二回目の宿泊をさせていただきました。前回同様、接客等サービス面でも高級感を感じられますし、客室もゆったりとした造りでゆっくりと快適に滞在することが出来ました。 4泊をファミリールーム、1泊をツインルームでの滞在でしたが、前半4泊(6F)のシャワーは水圧が低く、身体を流すのには物足りなかったです。後半1泊のツインルーム(12F)は6Fとは格段に違って充分な水量がありました。また両室共通していたのがバスルーム入り口の扉に隙間が1センチくらいですが開いてしまい、シャワー使用時の湯気やトイレ使用時は気になってしまいます。個別の内鍵は無い為にそのまま使用せざるを得ませんでした。立地は麻浦駅と孔徳駅のほぼ中間、若干麻浦駅よりです。周辺は飲食店が沢山あり、毎日周辺で楽しむことが出来ます。対応いただいたハウスキーパーの方は基本韓国語のみ？ではありましたが、清掃不要でもタオル類やティッシュ類、ボトルウォーターの補充等にも気を配っていただき、とても感じが良かったです。またフロントの皆さまも、今回は予約が3件に分かれていた為チェックイン時に混乱させてしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせず丁寧に応対していただけました。特に4泊目からの部屋移動の際、チェックアウトとチェックインの時間差が出来ないよう、早めに部屋を用意していただき、それをわざわざ連絡していただいたフロントのKwakさんのホスピタリティには感謝です。日本語での対応も丁寧でしたし、自然な笑顔での接客も気持ちが良かったです。ありがとうございました。是非また次回もお世話になりたいと思います。

スタンダードツインルームに6泊しましたが、部屋が広くてとても清潔でした。ホテルの雰囲気が落ち着いているので安心できます。クリスマスシーズンに入っていたのでロビーには大きなツリーとベア、スクリーンでフォトスポットがあり、良かったです。ひとつだけ気になるのは、部屋が暖かすぎてエアコンをオフにしても暑かったですが、部屋の設備にコットン製のシャツがあるのでそれを着たらちょうど良くなりました。加湿器をリクエストしたら部屋まで持ってきてくださり、ありがたかったです。フロントの人も皆さん親切でサービスが良かったです。毎日の部屋のクリーニングも良く、冷蔵庫に毎日ミネラルウォーターの提供があって良かったです。麻浦駅からも近くて、ホテル周辺も飲食店が多く楽しめます。隣の駅のヨイナルに行けば漢江が見えるカフェがあり綺麗ですし、ヨイドに行って漢江ラーメンと漢江を一望できるスタバが最高でした。初めて麻浦エリアで泊まりましたが、明洞やホンデに比べると観光客が少なくて、静かですがとても便利で素敵な場所でした。また是非泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

部屋の内装はリノベされていてまあまあ綺麗ですが、建物自体も古いので全体的にやや古臭い感じは否めず、枕元に電源が全くなく不便でした。5階のスタンダードツインに宿泊しましたが窓の外はほぼ空調のダクトしか見えませんでした。あとこれはホテル側の問題というより運が悪かったのですが、上階の客が深夜も朝もドスンドスンという音を立てて歩き回っていて落ち着きませんでした…。空港鉄道の通るコンドク駅からは歩いて5分ほどで、空港へのアクセスは便利です。道路の向かいにオリーブヤング、すぐ近くにコンビニや人気のカフェFritz、24時間営業の一人でも入りやすい飲食店もあります。韓国が初めての方には、主要な観光地（明洞や景福宮や東大門のあるソウル中心部北側）までちょっと時間がかかるのでおすすめしづらいですが、ホンデや梨泰院で遊びたいという人で、ホテルにおしゃれさは求めないという人であれば、沿線沿いなので、お値段によっては選択肢に入れてもいいかなと思います。

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. All room has central AC so you cannot control the room temperature. It is now 11/8 today at 9:50pm, and my room temperature is 28.5°C (81°F). I asked the front desk if they can help with this and they told to turn the fan on...but it doesn't help at all. The hotel is very old and everyrhing is outdated. The room is not cleaned well. I paid $220 per night and they don't even offer any extra water or toothpaste. If you want them, you should go to the first floor and buy them. The service doesn't feel like it is 4 star hotel, but more likely a motel or 2-3 star average... don't waste your time and money at here. The hotel room/furnitures are not maintained well and beds are not clean.

I paid $220 per night and they don't even offer any extra water or toothpaste. If you want them, you should go to the first floor and buy them. The service doesn't feel like it is 4 star hotel, but more likely a motel or 2-3 star average... don't waste your time and money at here. The hotel room/furnitures are not maintained well and beds are not clean.

they do not have any kind of room service. the front desk staff are rude. they DO NOT let you check in early, even 2:55 when your check in is at 3:00. There are many rules like, if you dye your hair and stain the sheet or bath towels, they will charge you which is ironic because my sheets were stained and the bath towels smell like chlorine and the robe smelled like it did not get cleaned. it IS conveniently next to the Mapo metro stop, 5 min walk and easy to hail a cab as well. There are many dining options which is great since there is no room service.

Don’t like the policy: if any towels, curtains, pillow cas, bed sheets etc. got stain then customer will be charged. That is a super crazy. We have to check everything. Noticed that the sink has a crack, curtains have heavy stains. We notified them right away and requested another room. They switched the room for us but the second room had a stain on the duvet cover. We asked the house keeping to changed for us. She wasn’t happy about it and spoke to us in Korean which we didn’t understand but her body language showed us that she wasn’t happy. After she took off the duvet cover, there was a huge yellow/brownish on the actual blanket. We asked her to give us a complete new set. She again showed some frustration. The hotel needs to take a look at everything before they assign the room to customers. They should check for stains. We were happy that we checked because what if we didn’t then we would have a huge fines? We didn’t like that they even put a sign at the check in “be nice to our staff” what is that? The house keeper wasn’t nice to us.

We were dissatisfied with our stay. Firstly, the hotel has very little lobby seating which we thought was odd. Our room was also very dusty upon arrival. However, the most egregious incident is when housekeeping insisted that we turn off our "Do not Disturb Indicator" and allow them to clean the room. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff entered our room while we were gone and the "Do Not Disturb" indicator was lit, and made up our room. This was unacceptable and incredibly invasive. It was hard to feel comfortable in our room knowing that housekeeping could at any time enter even with the "Do Not Disturb" indicator on. Very disappointed with the overall experience. On the same vacation, we stayed at Shilla Stay Mapo across the street, and Lotte City Hotel Mapo down the road. Both were superior experiences. I highly recommend anyone choosing a hotel in the Mapo area to go for one of those alternative options.

Seoul Garden has become my go-to hotel in Seoul, with easy access to several Incheon Airport limousine buse routes as well as the subway line to Gimpo Airport and/or the city centre. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the neighbourhood to provide food and other essentials. I had a very enjoyable stay.

It's close to Han River parkland, which makes it easy to see the cherry blossoms in April, and on the subway line to Gimpo Airport as well as central Seoul. The hotel is also on several Incheon limousine bus routes. There are plenty of places nearby to get food and drink. Overall a great place to stay in Seoul.

객실은 청경하였으며 조식 또한 훌륭하였습니다. 다만 복도에서의 소음이 방 안까지 들리는 경우가 있었는데 크게 소란스럽지는 않았습니다. 대체적으로 만족합니다. 다음에 또 기회가 온다면 다시 머무르고 싶은 호텔입니다.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.
