Umbelivable outstanding staff - specifically the managers are trying to accommodate any wishes and desires. The 3 swimming pools are always maintain super clean and the food it's abundant and delicious 😋

. We booked half board stay. Dinner was plentiful and of a high quality, very varied. Dining area was luxurious. The staff were really smiley and friendly. The hotel was full but still felt comfortable with the pool really not crowded. Very comfortable clean and spacious hotel. Would highly recommend the Nove Isrotel and it is now our ‘go to’ hotel at the Dead Sea

I liked all about the hotel, beside Mr Saleh in the reception. Not king when we checked in and when asking for anything. All the rest was great. The personal that clean the rooms, restaurant etc... very kind.
