I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, just the staff at the reception and spa was not as friendly as we used to. In the other side the staff at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner teams) was outstanding! Nice hotel close to the beach, nice backyard.

Stayed 1 night

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms have no balconies, and there was constant noise from air-conditioning units in the area, which made it difficult to relax. The dining room was also not particularly inviting in terms of atmosphere. Due to the war, many of the hotel facilities were closed or not functioning, which significantly limited the overall experience. Despite this, the price we paid did not reflect the situation or the reduced services.
