I want to thank the Oasis Hotel. Excellent service at the reception, quick and attentive room arrangement. The staff member Eliran helped us and organized everything. We got a large room with a view of the Dead Sea. Beautiful and comfortable. A pleasant surprise was added for the birthday. Dinner for our two couples. Very thoughtful care for the guests. Thank you for the attention to detail and comfort.

Generally it was nice. Breakfast is not as rich as in other Israeli hotels. Friday night dinner was really good. In the room we had flies (or similar) that terribly disturbed.... You should know that the room has a great view to the Dead Sea but the window is quite small and when lying in bed you don't see anything. I was quite surprised to have to pay an additional 150 shekels for a mozei shabbat late check out. Many hotels don't ask anything in addition for this. I also have to mention that we had asked Saturday at the reception till what time the spa was open. We were said 18.45 but at the end we were asked to leave the spa at 18.30 as that was the time they decided to close. Location is great. We came early and could get a parking spot at the hotel.
