Indochine Palace

The staff at this hotel are the best! I was so sick when I got to this hotel. I will spare the detail except Van at the concierge desk went so far above and beyond to help me I can’t even begin to export gratitude. What really struck my heart was the entire staff expressed concern for my health. It was very surprising to me that as they saw me over the three days we were there they made sure to ask if I was okay. Alice was a server in the restaurant and would bring broth up to our room and would check to make sure I was okay. The hotel is beautiful itself and has so much classical charm but the staff out shines the hotel. I hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have such good employees. Everyone we had to deal with here was 10 out of 10

Staff is professional and always open for to give a hand or find good solutions. I didn't heard "i am sorry" but "we will find a way". That's the meaning of 5* international standard. There is only one to report negativ: "sound proofed" - in Vietnam that's almost not true, the traffic noise is always to hear because I couldn't find just one hotel in 9 years with double layer glass windows.
