Very clean and well maintained facilities, very friendly staff and good location to see the Matterhorn peak from the hotel. The spa and infinity pool are well equipped and enjoyable.

This is a great Hotel. Location is fantastic and close to funicular up to Zermatt mountain to ski. Would come back.

Amazing staff! Really above and beyond. Great location, incredible spa, views were unbeatable. Maybe my favorite hotel stay ever. Will be back!

Great views and a pleasant stay overall. The panorama is truly beautiful and definitely the highlight. The spa is very nice and new, and exceeded expectations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms feel slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh.
