The room was spotless! And big. Great to have a fridge to keep my drinks cold. Checking in was fast and the staff member was nice. The pool was warm and the hot tub was the best. The next morning knowing we could get up as late at 930 to eat breakfast was awesome. And it was a great breakfast. Way better then going out to eat. After dropping our daughter off at college this was a great stress free stay. It was as if we were on vacation. Thank you so much. We will be staying here when we visit.

Their pool was closed and they did not compensate for that. We were there fora travel softball tournament so after a hot day of playing the girls just wanted to cool off in the pool but they wouldn’t let us. The door was locked for ‘an AC issue’.

I guess i expected a Hampton hotel by Hilton to be better than Holiday Inn Express, but it wasn't. The thermostat in the room only kind of controlled the temperature so you got both hot and cold all night. In one elevator you had to go to the 2nd floor and then press the door for the first floor. The next day the 3 button stopped working in the other elevator. When i told the person at the desk. He just didn't say anything at all. The fridge is made so that it only works a few hours at a time then it shuts off for 8 hours, which isn't good for storing leftovers. The ice machine kept leaking water. The snack center by the front desk was poorly stocked. The coffee in the room was really bad, and it wasn't much better downstairs. I really exoected this hotel to be better than it was because it's Hampton by Hilton, but it wasn't.

Very easy making reservations.Really enjoyed the pool and whirlpool.Loved the fact pool opens at 7. Breakfast was fantastic.The entire place is extremely clean.

I found the hotel in nearly brand new condition. The room was the most beautiful I have ever seen for a Hampton Inn. It was clean, quiet, even had feather and foam pillows so I could choose. The linens were very nice as well. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was done quickly. The complementary breakfast had a nice assortment as usual. I read a coupe of bad reviews and the only explanation I could come up with is a competitor was writing these. I'm pretty hard to please and I was quite happy with my stay there.

The property itself was in good condition and I felt safe there. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but the little I did, was good. My room was excellent. I really liked how big and clean it was. It was immaculate. I liked how the pool and hot tub area was on the second floor. The breakfast was fantastic, so the reviews about that were accurate. My only issues were that the people next to me were extremely loud. I could hear everything going on in the room next to me and in the hallway. Also, I was on the second floor and could hear the people above me. That was extremely annoying, so there was no quiet. Other than that, it was a great hotel and stay. I would and will be staying here again and hope that I get a quieter room next time.

In the afternoon when we stopped to check in, we were told the wrong room number by the day staff. When we returned (exhausted) at midnight we were unable to get into our room. The night staff figured out the problem after a couple trips up and down the elevator. Once we in and settling down we found the TV not working. Again the night solved the problem by rebooting the receiver. But it was another 20 minutes of hassle.

Easy check in. We had a question about our television and the desk attendant came up immediately to help. The towels and bedding are all white….super clean bed. Nice size room with fridge and large tv. We would definitely come back.

Swimming pool a little too cold for me, but my mom, though cold, didn’t stop her from getting her laps in. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/ whirlpool!! Our queen beds were very comfortable!! Love all the pillows on the bed with different options to choose the comfort needs. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay!! Always a win with Hampton Inn! Our check in person and check out person at the desk were super friendly and pleasant. Appreciate the cleanliness.

The reason I gave a 3-star rating for this hotel is because of the quality of the breakfast and the attitude of the staff who was in charge of the breakfast. This was our second time staying at this hotel this year. We stay here for Notre Dame football games. It's an hour drive but the staff is really nice and the rooms are very clean. The bed, what can I say. The mattress and the pillows are divine. I recommend the Hampton Inn Warsaw.

Beds were good - room was clean. Had to ask for more towels (only gave 2 and a girl needs her hair towel) and no extra TP either. No ability to keep the fan running as we like the noise. Breakfast was not replenished well (we were there about 9 am) -

I enjoyed my stay. should have requested handicapped accessible as a senior. Toilet was problematic and more grab bars preferred in shower. Otherwise ok. Relatively quiet with exception on first night people above were jumping? Felt like ceiling would cave in. Great variety in breakfast. My main complaint with that was I went 10 min before it was to end and staff had already begun removing food. Also coffee was cold. I enjoyed the exercise room, it was clean and equipment functioning well. I never figured out the refrigerator. I had leftover ice cream which it clearly was not cold enough for. Overall, good experience.
