The price was very reasonable. The staff was helpful when we needed or wanted something. I didn't like that the elevators did not always work. The front elevator did not work the whole time we were there. The back elevator did not work for a day. The hot tub jets did not work very well. The pool and hot tub water was nice and clean. The attached restaurant was convenient and reasonable in price. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.

I picked this hotel for 2 reason, the first it was close to my destination where my meeting is. the second I have an EV and they listed that they had EV charging, this was just not true. The EV chargers were all busted or in various states of disrepair. Further the hotel looked like it was under renovation. The rooms were a mix of new flooring but old paint on the wall. The bathroom was not any better. The shower fixtures looked like they hadnt been changed in many years with limescale build up.

We booked hotel booking three rooms for adult kids birthdays. One of rooms did not have coffee pot, rooms did not have enough towels, shower in one room was dirty. Hot tub did not work and later updated website saying such but had not worked in long time. Ice machines did not work.

Unfortunately, this place was not like all the reviews and pictures online state. The outside pool is not working and someone said it has not been open for a very long time. The hot tub wasn't working and again I hear this has been this way for a very long time. The indoor pool wasn't very clean, and it was 100 degrees in there in the room. The side entrance had trash all piled up with cigarette butts and beer cans and broken glass. definitely won't be a hotel I will stay at again.

Room was clean. The ice machine on the main level and floor #2 were out of order along with the pop machines. The elevator near the main entrance and lobby was not working. Had to walk to the back of the hotel to use one that was. Also the left entrance automatic door was not working. The parking lot on the east side of the building was not well lit. Had to ask for fresh coffee that was provided at the front desk. It was not hot. The indoor pool area was decorated well but there was dirt in the bottom of the pool that you could see. The hot tub was cloudy and the jets were not working. On the good side, the price was reasonable and the room was clean. The key card worked every time and the light bulbs all worked.

I've stayed here before. Front elevator and hot tub are still not functioning. The only ice machine that worked was on floor 3 (actually didnt try 4th floor). No matter what I tried I had warm water at best. Thankfully it wasnt winter. The bed frames do not fit the mattresses, and are made if metal, so you get a great sound everytime your foot hits it. No one available in the morning to turn keys into either. The facility is clean, and beds comfortable. Location is good for everything I needed.

Terrible experience! Shower handle was broken. Place Smelled Like a smoker. Dog Prints all over the bed sheets along with some brown stain sheets not a great experience left the hotel went somewhere else.

The room was uninviting, dingy, tub was gross, the room was freezing cold. The pool room was freezing cold, water was freezing cold, and the hot tub was broke. I left 20 min after i got there went to the Hampton Inn across the street 100 percent upgrade

The property is very nice in the front area. The employees were nice. However, the rooms are mediocre. We had to switch rooms because the TV in one room wasn’t getting a signal. We requested hand soap when in the first room because there was none, and took the two little bars of Dove we were given, with us to the new room where the TV did have a signal. The tub in the new room had a brown stain through the enamel, a leaking faucet, and the non slip mat was gray, dingy, and coming up in the front. We killed 4 little brown bugs in the bathroom, and had to sit gingerly on the toilet because the whole toilet rocked forward when we sat. Also, the faucet in the sink in the bathroom was not a full spout of water, it was all to the right side and forceful which caused the water to sprinkle all over the counter when you put your hands under the flow of water. The A/C was super loud and would not knock off at reasonable intervals. The curtains were way longer than the length of the patio doors, and not all the hooks were hooked on the rails. The outside pool was not clean, and some of the cement was cracked and in pieces. I would not stay at this location again.

Everything was broken, it was dirty, one large towel in bathroom, no soap, no shampoo, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. Room was set at 61 degrees and could not reach unit to adjust because it was over 6 ft high. Front desk had to come and stand on whirlpool to adjust. Outdoor pool was closed during high heat index, whirlpool out of order, garbage over flowing, vending machines broken or out of service. Front door to hotel was smashed w no caution tape, elevator out of service, cigarette buts on ground in the indoor pool area and garbage overflowing, no pool towels, dead pants in indoor pool area, no cups in bathroom.Cabinets torn out of hall areas with cords and pipes hanging. Men were sitting on the ground in the parking lot drinking beer. People were sitting in their cars for hours outside the unsecure door which was very unsettling. Food, cigarette butts, beer bottles etc all over. I had to ask the front desk to clean it up. The front desk had an excuse for everything. I was only allowed to post 8 pictures. I took more and have it all documented. The towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel seemed old and dirty, every time we left our room we could smell weed coming from other rooms and nothing was ever done by hotel staff, cigarette burns in our curtains. Sheets and towels were supposed to be switched out every 3 days however 2 days into our trip I had a cut that opened up in the night and I bled on the sheets so I know our sheets were never changed the entire time during our 7 night stay, same bloody sheets were still on the bed for our last night despite asking for fresh sheets. We were only initially given 2 towels and there were 3 of us. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for towels everyday. We were never given enough towels despite expressing how many guests were in our room which is the same amount of guest I booked with. On days room service would come in they would only make beds and take all our towels and maybe leave us 1 clean towel. We never had clean hand towels or washcloths after the first day. It’s very inconvenient to have to go to the front desk everyday to request the bare minimum for towels.

Room was updated and very nice, leading to a comfortable stay. My only complaint is about the water pressure. It was so weak that it took 10 or so minutes to get half a tub of water, and the drain leaked out all the water in about 20 minutes: so much for a long soak. The shower was equally weak, and part of the nozzle came off when I turned it to get better pressure. But the shower was clean, and fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Checked inlate in evening so didn't go around. Room was clean but the HVAC made sound like a stuck elevator, tv was stuck in Spanish mode and dead bolt was broken.

This room was booked as a 2 QUEEN bed room. The beds were DOUBLES, not queens. This is misleading when booking. Everything seemed clean, which we liked. None of the ice machines worked. You had to go down to the front desk and ask for ice. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. It was quiet when we wanted to rest/sleep. There was no continental breakfast, just coffee available. We had to ask for more towels, as there were only 2 bath towels when we checked in. There were 3 people on the reservation. Hotel staff was very friendly and wanted to accomodate, but the hotel itself was lacking. Seemed rundown.

Hotel was clean, and staff nice and responsive. Pool area looked charming, but I didnt swim. Front elevator was broken, so had to use the one at the back. Thankfully they had a 2nd elevator. The room was clean, but beds were well used in that they felt concave in the middle. Pillows were too soft for my liking. The bathroom toilet had a leak and ran all night, and the shower was stuck - it took a lot of effort to get the button pulled up for the shower to work. The biggest pet peeve is the pub hair on the floor. It was convenient to what i was in town for. Of the 3 hotels I've stayed at in Warsaw this was tied for 2nd.

The room was very clean and nice but the walls were very thin and the family staying next to us had kids that were up till almost midnight and the parents let the yell and scream and have no respect for others. Made my stay very uncomfortable. Was very relived when they finally went to sleep. The hot tub was also not working and they had no clue what a laundry bag was when we asked. Overalll was an ok stay.

Service was good. However, hotel is a little tired and needs an update. Big water spot on ceiling from a previous leak. Odd that there was no coffee maker in room although there was coffee and tea available. We were hesitant to heat up water in the microwave in the room for fear the styrofoam cups would melt in the process. Expected a little more from a 155 unit hotel.

I had booked this hotel, had a confirmation, and come to find out on the night that I was to arrive, it was canceled. To be sure we would have a room, knowing that we might not check in until after midnight, I stopped to check in around 2 pm I was told that we could not check in until 3 pm. I gave them my name, so he knew I still needed the room. I missed a call at 9:11 pm (left an unintelligible VM) and when I called back, I was told my room was no longer available. I called the Wyndham Garden back and asked if he had rooms available and he said NO. Again, I aired my frustration with the fact that our reservation was no longer available and how can you just CANCEL a confirmed reservation and think that by leaving me a 13 second unintelligible voicemail to be acceptable (at 9:13 pm) on the night of my reservation. So, he then proceeds to say to me, well, I do have a room that is an upgrade that you can stay in if you would like. But, I was not to tell anyone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Would I stay at this hotel now? I would rather drive the 6 hours home in the middle of the night than stay here.

I did not like the service at the hotel. Our room wasn't serviced and when I let the front desk know, he wasn't concerned about it. He had told me that housekeeping didn't want to bother the guest. I asked, "What does that mean?" It's a HOTEL, that's what they do. I will not be back.

Terrible experience, multiple disruptions from a stayer which required multiple calls to the police from hotel management. The chaos did not stop until about 3am. I was promised a refund since I was right next to the disruption... it has not processed.

No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk to check in because nobody was attending to it. Got kicked out of the bar 45 minutes before it was closed. No tissues (just an empty box). All of the hand sanitizer stations were completely empty. We've stayed there several times but this will be the last.

The carpeting in the stairwell could have used a thorough shampoo. The guests in the room next to ours were quite noisy, staying up past 3 a.m. I also called within the hour after checking out to report that I had left my swimsuit hanging in the bathroom. The man who had been on duty during our stay assured me he would set it aside for me, as I planned to return the following week to pick it up. However, when I came back, the woman on duty couldn’t locate it. Although she kindly called her colleague, I was told that nothing had been found in my room. I was quite disappointed. That said, the pool area was very charming, and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Stayed one night. Not sure if employees live on top floor. Had noise above me right at bed time, and heard again in the AM. Fortunately I bring white noise with me on trips now. Room was clean, bed was awesome. Restaurant had really good fish tacos. The hotel showed some wear, one elevator out. The evening desk person was gone for a spell around 7:00, later I was walking by there there was a couple waiting for her return again. Need someone there consistent.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfy. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay there again. We were there for my sons baseball tournament and on the 2nd day we had a rain delay and I called and ask to change my check out time for 2 hours later, there was no extra charge and they were happy to do so.

We have been here before. People were friendly. Little disappointed with the pillow cases and top sheet had some stains. They look like they have been on there awhile. Good location easy access off route30. I would stay again.

I would say that the price is appropriate for what you get. We enjoyed our stay and made the best out of it. There is not a free breakfast that I know of that was offered here. I would read the other comments and make your choice off of those as well.

The room was neat and comfortable, however, the heating unit was very loud ever time it started up. I chose this hotel because of the hot tub option, but was very disappointed that it was filled with children the entire time even though a sign was posted that you must be 16 or older to use it. I really missed having the option of coffee and tea available in the lobby. The coffee maker in our room quit working during our stay. We knew we would be purchasing breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but didn’t realize it would be closed on Monday. Very limited hours.

It was nice for a one night stay. The room rate is reasonable. The representative who checked us in and out was friendly. The lobby and the restaurant are very nice. The restaurant closes for breakfast at 10 am and check out is 11 am so that didn't work for us. We chose not to use the indoor pool and hot tub because it was constantly full. My one issue is I think the floor in our room was swept but not mopped.

None of the vending machines on any floor have any drinks in them. Mentioned this to the front desk and the gentleman mentioned they hadn’t been filled for some time. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Lounge and restaurant area was closed, but website says it’s open. Parking lot was icy and had not been tended to very well. Seems like a nice building from the outside, but needs some upgrades. Pictures on website are a bit deceiving.

This hotel was originally a Holiday Inn and is around 50 years old. The building is in surprisingly good condition for its age and current maintenance. *One of the elevators seems to be permanently out of service. *We occupied two guest rooms for five days each. One was cleaned four times; the other was cleaned just twice. *Soap products were not always left in the bathroom, requiring a trip to the front desk to obtain them. *Upon arriving at the restaurant for Sunday breakfast, we learned the restaurant and bar were not open on Sundays & Mondays. *The outdoor pool didn't appear to have had a recent cleaning. *Only one of two gates to the outdoor pool was unlocked when the pool was open. *An ashtray in the outdoor pool area was overflowing throughout our stay. *Cigarette butts covered the area surrounding at least one of the building's entrances. *In what had clearly been flower areas in past years, there were no flowers, but hearty weeds. This hotel needs management that has some pride in their property and is willing to invest, both financially and in work, to bring this place back to its outstanding potential.
