Easy to find and great location for lots of things within walking distance. The hotel was great and we had a spectacular harbour view. Staff were friendly and there is a cafe and restaurant on site which is nice to have. The bar wasn’t open at 10pm on a Saturday night which was a bit disappointing as we didn’t want to have to go to a bar in kings cross. There wasn’t any parking available for us as it was booked out which resulted in us having to pay $90 in a parking station nearby. I also think 3pm is quite a late check in time, although we were able to thankfully get access to our room earlier at 2pm.

If you have a car this is a very poor option. They claim onsite parking but have limited availability. They recommend 2 nearby parking options, the one I used charged $120 for an overnight stay ($80 if you arrive after 6pm). I tried to explain to the hotel staff that suggesting this parking option was very poor advice but they weren't interested in my feedback and didn’t think their advice was should cause customer any problems. If you have a spare $120 per night to throw at parking they are probably correct, otherwise... maybe consider another hotel if you have a car.

The hotel is kept clean and has a nice cafe in the lobby to enjoy! Only thing I didn’t like was the room faced a condo and if the curtains was open everyone would be looking at you from across!

On some web pages this is mentioned as a 5 star hotel. It most definitely is not in my opinion. For the price they are asking per night you can do much better. General quality of the room, bathroom and the hotel in general was very poor. I could see some refurbishments were going on however, that did not help us. 2 out of 3 lifts didn't work and there was always a large queue.

Layout of the room is a bit odd, but felt spacious. There was no full length mirror, and the vanity mirror was a bit awkward to use. Unfortunately there was only one lift functioning during my stay, but they advised they were working on this. The room service menu was very limited, and not practical in my opinion if you want to stay in for the night. They also didn't replenish coffee & tea supplies during my 3 night stay. The room was clean, but the hallways were not.

Room is OK size but the bathroom is disappointingly small. No hand held shower rose, no switch to control exhaustion fan. The curtain is stuck, and no TV set top box as the TV menu says. The bed however is very comfortable. Cleaning is problem because the dirt and hair from last night still remain on the carpet & bathroom floor. The most annoying thing is the air con noise which is like ages old machine powered on periodically. Even a motel A/C can be quieter than this. This place is good for short stay and sleep only (if don't care about the A/C noise). Nothing to enjoy at the hotel unfortunately. For the price of single night, I would get other 5 star hotels next time to be honest.

This hotel is in a great location, near a train station and multiple bus stops and is about a 35 min walk from Circular Quay. The staff at the hotel are so incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great - lots of options and the hot stuff is kept hot. The rooms are clean and plenty big enough for two people. The only thing that would make it better would be access to streaming services without having to cast through a Google Chrome device as it’s a bit clunky.

Interesting decor and excellent location. It’s close to many restaurants, a grocery store, and the train station. Many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. Everything went smoothly during my stay.

This is a groovy hotel that has been done up in keeping with the location of Kings Cross. It is not a 5 star hotel and I don't think that's what they're trying to be but it has a very nice feel to it, staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable, we had a suite so plenty of space, big spacious bathroom. Great location to explore all the cool eateries, cafes and bars in Potts Point, a lovely walk to the city and Botanical Gardens, Woolloomoloo etc. We are Sydney residents just having a weekend in the city and it was perfect. The little cafe in the lobby does great coffee and an excellent bacon and egg roll. I would definitely recommend the Indigo for business or pleasure.

The included breakfast wasn’t to our expectations given to hotel star rating. We didn’t have more option and there was a limit to choose 1 in 5 options in the breakfast menu. Rooms were clean little bit noisy being in the city. Staff were good and friendly. Room service was good.
