Brand new design hotel near the Porto FC stadium and inner ring road. Cheap and fast taxi rides ( or subway) into the historic centre make it a cost effective location for staying in Porto, plus there is a area 5 min walk with plenty of good local cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed it so much we stayed a second time on our Portugese trip, the rooms are very comfortable, and brilliant bathrooms, plus great complimentary breakfast. Only change would be to lower the bar/reception lighting levels at night to make it more conducive to a nightcap. It’s very bright!

Brand new designer hotel, with a very ‘woody’ theme. It’s all very stylish, and quite different. Staff were excellent, friendly reception, great barman, and helpful breakfast staff. The rooms are spacious with really comfortable beds, and super bathrooms. The included breakfast was very good, with a huge selection of hot and cold options, plus an amazing selection of pastries. The only change I would make is to change the light levels at night to make the bar area more inviting. Location wise it’s close to a tram stop, but Ubers are only €5 to the city centre ( €12 from the airport). It’s a quiet business/residential neighbourhood, close to the FC Porto stadium, but there is an area 5 minutes walk away with several cafes and restaurants, which were all very nice around the Jardim Doutor Francisco Sá Carneiro.

Excellent breakfast. Good food and plenty of choice. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble; so helpful. Only one complaint… no kettle in the room in order to make a cup of tea and very unusually, no room service available.

Excellent breakfast with a wide range of high quality options. Staff extremely helpful. Beautiful bar area with very friendly staff. Hotel room was well decorated and very comfortable. It is quite a way from the City centre but Uber was very quick and cheap. The metro was also only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel had car parking so if coming by car would recommend this high quality hotel. Only minus was check out as it took 15 minutes in the queue. Perhaps you could have an express checkout for those with no bills to pay.

Stayed along with friends, who came in separate cars, finding the hotel on two different sat-navs was extremely difficult, had to revert to Google maps. The information of the hotels location from the centre of the city, stated "3 minute drive" that would have been at midnight & driving at 100k/hr. Saying all that, the hotel & staff are both excellent, spacious clean room, excellent breakfast, we also had dinner in the hotel, which was also excellent & reasonably priced. The hotel is in a quiet location, with the metro 10 minutes walk & a bus stop 5 minutes away. Both journeys taking about 25 minutes.

The hotel looks nice and is fairly new, with a good breakfast. But overall, I cannot recommend it. We came back to our room at 6:30 pm after a long day, and it hadn’t been cleaned. No apology from the front desk—just an excuse that they were short-staffed. I asked for at least the bathroom to be refreshed (towels, trash, etc.), but the cleaning staff insisted I leave the room, and then reception called asking me again to step out. At nearly 7:00 pm, I was waiting outside my room instead of resting. The whole point of staying in a hotel is to return to a clean room and fresh towels. Having a full hotel but not enough staff makes no sense, and what’s worse is that no effort was made to make up for the inconvenience. Disappointing and not what you would expect from a hotel stay.

On a réservé pour deux nuit, le deuxième jour, lorsqu’on est revenu vers 15h45 après avoir quitté la chambre à 8h30, elle n’avait pas été faite. Ça peut arriver, mais lorsqu’on l’a signalé à l’accueil, le personnel a été désagréable et a même sous-entendu que c’était normal et limite notre faute (car on avait pas mis le panneau demandant le nettoyage). My room was large and spacious, which was nice, but the layout didn’t make any sense. The room was split into two sections, a large empty area with the bathroom leading off of it, and the bedroom on the other section. There was no desk/dressing table which could have filled the empty space. I was given a complimentary drinks voucher on arrival which was nice. Breakfast was nice, but if you’re a vegetarian/vegan or you don’t eat pork then your options are pastries and scrambled eggs. EVERYTHING contained pork.. I’m surprised it wasn’t in the pastries lol. The things that let the hotel down were: Broken fixtures & fittings in the bathroom, no robe or slippers, towels were not replaced with clean ones daily, no mini bar, no room service, no info on how to connect to wifi and even when I was given the password at reception, it still didn’t work.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday last week and enjoyed my time there. The only issue that I had with the hotel was the spotty Wi-Fi. It was great in the lobby but in my room, it would disconnect frequently.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, schön, genug groß, super ausgerüstet. Das einzige Problem war Larm von Außen in der Nacht, da daneben Bauarbeiten gab, beim geoffnetem Fenster war unmöglich einzuschlafen. Ansonsten Hotel ist hervorragend!

This is a beautiful hotel but a little far from the city centre by walking. I’d have given more stars but the entire stay there my wifi didn’t work and I had to spend so much money on mobile data esims. It was quite disappointing but otherwise everything else was great.

The hotel is new; so everything is new and clean. Room was large, but missing a safe box and a mini-frig (our friends' rooms had them). We had to request for them and the hotel provide a mini frig the next day, but no safe box :( No light directly above the dressing mirror in the room, separately from the bathroom (need more light in the bathroom/shower also).

Everything about the hotel was first class, especially the staff. The restaurant is excellent. We were even offered a breakfast box because we had to leave very early. The hotel is away from the centre; therefore, I suggest a shuttle bus for guests.

Excellent breakfast with a wide range of high quality options. Staff extremely helpful. Beautiful bar area with very friendly staff. Hotel room was well decorated and very comfortable. It is quite a way from the City centre but Uber was very quick and cheap. The metro was also only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel had car parking so if coming by car would recommend this high quality hotel. Only minus was check out as it took 15 minutes in the queue. Perhaps you could have an express checkout for those with no bills to pay.

Durante 10 dias o café da manhã foi o mesmo. Não tinha variedade. Na recepção todos muitos solícitos, mas por incrível que pareça o gerente é muito mal educado. Nos tratou com muita indiferença e complicou nosso check in de toda maneira possível. Não deveria NUNCA está nessa posição ainda mais um hotel nesse nível. Mas fora isso hotel é nota 1000 e o resto da equipe também.

Several of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady at reception even remembered my first name the day after checking in. The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were very attentive.

Stayed along with friends, who came in separate cars, finding the hotel on two different sat-navs was extremely difficult, had to revert to Google maps. The information of the hotels location from the centre of the city, stated "3 minute drive" that would have been at midnight & driving at 100k/hr. Saying all that, the hotel & staff are both excellent, spacious clean room, excellent breakfast, we also had dinner in the hotel, which was also excellent & reasonably priced. The hotel is in a quiet location, with the metro 10 minutes walk & a bus stop 5 minutes away. Both journeys taking about 25 minutes.

Brand new design hotel near the Porto FC stadium and inner ring road. Cheap and fast taxi rides ( or subway) into the historic centre make it a cost effective location for staying in Porto, plus there is a area 5 min walk with plenty of good local cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed it so much we stayed a second time on our Portugese trip, the rooms are very comfortable, and brilliant bathrooms, plus great complimentary breakfast. Only change would be to lower the bar/reception lighting levels at night to make it more conducive to a nightcap. It’s very bright!

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and they go all out. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels luxurious. You can take an Uber to go into town or you can drive 10 to 15min.

Tres beau et bon resto Et buffet chaud pour le déjeuner inclus Stationnement intérieur disponible tout neuf Éventuellement il y aura 6 chargeur pour auto mais aucun pour le moment. Cette hotel en vaut le détour. Je la recommande fortement vous ne serai pas déçu.

We booked two nights for our arrival into Porto. Early morning arrival so we actually booked the night before our arrival to be able to crash after our flight. The blockout curtains made our first experience perfect. This place is new and very spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful pointing some highlights of the city as well as restaurant recommendations. So if a brand new hotel isn’t enough to intrigue you, just book this hotel for the breakfasts which are amazing!

Hotel is new and looks lovely. The staff is super friendly. Welcome drink is served in the bar (wine/bubbly). Breakfast is quite basic, mostly fruits, pastries and scramble. The room was clean. There is a problem with water pressure and water temperature in the shower. Just 4 towels - 2 big, 1 for the floor and one for hands. We’d like to have a least one more towel for the face. Toilet paper need to be changed to a more friendly one:) No bathrobes, slippers, vanity sets in a standard room. A bottle of filtered tap water. A Coffee machine with complimentary capsules - 2 espresso, 2 decaf, 2 tea with an extra charge if you want more capsules. There are two twin beds put together instead of a double bed. Location is a new residential area about 4 km from the centre, so you may use Uber or Bolt for 4- 6 euro per ride one way to the city centre.
