room was disgusting!!! my room wasn’t ready until after 4. Beds were uncomfortable, room smelt like trash & had a musty smell. hallways smelt like trash carpets were stained, bathtub was stained. water pressure was on and off. (like there was air in the line). maintenance had to come reprogram TV. room walls had holes scraped paint. fix up and clean your rooms. this whole property is in bad condition. lack of cleanliness and lack of repairs. i’ve been coming here for over 25 years and will never spend the night here again. if they don’t properly clean the pools i won’t visit as a day use guest either.

The staff in the front desk are very welcoming. The on site restaurant staff are not very welcoming, they need retraining in what is standard hospitality industry manners. The pool maintenance, on a busy day doesn't clean or filter the waters of trash and human excretion. Once a day. The rooms are dated, lamps some work and some don't. Ice machines do not work.

We had a lovely stay and enjoy the Pools. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. I did leave behind my bathing suit and skort in the bathroom and they are trying very hard to find it and return it to me promptly ,I spoke with Lori and Brandy so they are aware of the situation. We do recommend this place to our friends and family because you feel relaxed and rejuvenated after these wonderful mineral pools.
