We opted for the soleil suite with the jacuzzi. It was amazing. Definitely recommend. Also while when we got there, the temperature was probably 101 in the Jacuzzi. We wanted it a little bit cooler since it was 106 outside and we called the front desk within minutes. They adjusted the temperature for us from the outside of the of the room later in the evening we wanted it warmer again and they adjusted it again for us staff is excellent very responsive. Definitely recommend this place.

This was my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The warm pool and hot tubs were relaxing after a long day of driving. Having grocery outlet across the street is an added bonus!

Really enjoyed my two night stay here. It’s all about the mineral hot springs, which were utterly intoxicating and rejuvenating. Staff are delightful too. Hotel is very clean. Wifi was an issue. Would stay here again.

My room was very spacious and the personal spa was amazing. I could just sit in privacy and relax. The outdoor pool and spas were very nice as well. Fun seating area with a fire pit and comfy chairs to relax in. I arrived full of tension and pain and left with less tension and recharged! Thank you !!

This was definitely an extremely comfortable stay! Easy to find and had a great amount of parking. The staff was super friendly with easy check-in. The room was well kept and AC was perfect for the hot summer day. Didn't use the pool amenities as the pool hours ended at 10PM (and I didn't get back from my event until then), but it seemed well kept as staff were up early cleaning and getting the area ready for the day's use. Will definitely stay here again-- only issue was the shower head had a leak so the water pressure wasn't the best. However, this was not a big enough issue to complain about.

Our stay was disappointing overall. While the cost was great and the location had potential for a quiet getaway, several issues made the experience frustrating: The property was under heavy construction, which disrupted the peace and quiet we were hoping for. Our room phone didn’t have a dial tone, and the TV didn’t work. Keys kept getting reprogrammed, which was inconvenient. The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it hard to relax or sleep. Trash wasn’t emptied, and we didn’t receive extra towels despite requesting them. There was no table in the room, which made it difficult to eat or work comfortably. The environment was very noisy overall, despite the promise of a quiet stay. On a positive note, some staff members were kind and helpful, which we appreciated. The pool area was very nice. We stayed 3 days and they didn’t clean the room (which is becoming the standard). If you need clean towels, you need to exchange them and for some of us, it was quite a walk just to get towels. The room was clean except for the disgusting carpet. I had to wear my shoes. I don’t know why they don’t just rip it out and put laminate down, much easier to care for.

The room was cleanbed slightly firm but not as comfy as your own bed but will do, the fridge in the room was working great. However, the toiletries such as shampoo,conditioner and body wash were empty and had to finf out in the middle of shower itself.

Honestly, I did not like this place at all. It was super dirty, everything looks old and outdated. Another huge thing is they never have any bath or pool towels. Everytime I asked they either said it was in the dryer or they didn’t have any. On top of that they only have 2 umbrellas with like 5 chairs for people…it’s definitely not enough. Will def not come back.

King Mountain View Suite was just as expected. Nice view and lots of space to move around…although balcony overlooks parking and busy Palm Drive, the view is lovely and when inside there is no traffic noise. Room temps easily controlled by two separate thermostats. pool area nice- water temp/mineral pool perfect. and hot-tubs are just right. Easy walk down the street for coffee and various fast food options. Easy drive to Palm Springs area.

This is my second time at this hotel and while I was a little disappointed by the loudest a/c unit, a tv controller that didn’t function properly and lights that turned off when the wanted to I still very much enjoyed my too short stay and will definitely be back the balcony in the upgraded rooms are a wonderful addition and one of my favorite things about the room

This stay ended up being a nightmare. The absolute worst I’ve ever been treated. I ordered spa service as this is a spa resort. However during the massage there was the very loud sound of drilling, banging and sawing just out front the spa service area. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they apologized and mentioned that there would be a refund for the inconvenience. That didn’t happen! They have been and still are giving me the runaround about they need to clear it with management “who is on vacation “ never got back to me. I have called multiple times very politely asking for the resolution and always told to leave my number and they will call me back. Guess what, no call back! As far as the actual stay, I would say the place has a very uncomfortable feeling about for a so called spa hotel. And the hot tubs real of chlorine! So much for mineral spa after all the chlorine they use. They have there regular maintenance guys taking care of the chemicals. Not good! After all my travels from Motel 6 to Marriott I have never had a worse experience! Definitely not worth trying to save a buck.

I asked the front desk staff where i needed to be for a massage appointment and was told to wait in the front lobby for someone to come and get me. About 10-15 minutes later, a manager showed up and directed us to our massage room. Apparently waiting in the lobby was not supposed to happen. A a result of this, i think the massage therapists assumed we were late and shorted us a little on our paid time. They were great, though, and the hotel was a nice stay. I blame a miscommunication with the front desk staff.

We had to wait in the lobby for 45minutes to check in after a long and exhausting drive because the rooms weren't ready. The receptionist Mia wasn't apologetic or accomodating about it however the maintenence guy Michael was kind and helpful.

Not a great location. The surrounding area is not inviting. We drove into Palm Springs each day we went out to eat. Staff and all was good. Just the location on the busy street and in a bad area just didn’t work for us.

Pretty good value for the price. Not a bad location, property is updated but still pretty noisy. You can clearly hear someone walking above you Dining is limited in the immediate vicinity but Palm Springs is just 20-25 minutes away! Again, it’s still very good value!

We were so impressed by this gem. The area is not the most appealing (transients and generally not as lively as downtown Palm Springs) but we did felt perfectly at ease at this hotel. We got the room with the private hot tub and it is a game changer! It’s an amazing unique amenity that this hotel offers. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The main lady at reception was above and beyond great (I forgot her name, but she is also a hairdresser). I hope the place recognizes how valuable she is. 100% I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place is incredibly economical. Clean, beds are comfortable and rooms are large. It's a bit off the beaten path so if you are looking for something right next to the freeway onramp this is not the place. There are fast food restaurants and a grocery store just up the block. I would definitely stay here again given the prices.

Views are one of the best of the Region of Mount Jacinto. Winter: Sunrise and Sunset Views. The boulevard next to the Hotel is busy, and noisy. Windows require additional Soundproofing. The recently renovated rooms are very well detailed and modern. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Pool and hottubs are within courtyard, nicely protecting sunbathers and swimmers from the high winds. Palm trees are a plenty.

Great hotel for the price. We were going to JTNP which was an hour away and 15-20 mins away from DT Palm Springs. A lot of convenient grocery stores around and mcd’s and Starbucks which is great for food options. Great facilities with heated pool so you can swim in the winter but we did not get to. Maybe they could improve some amenities like microwave which was located in a weird place. Overall, great stay if you want to save a few bucks.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and so peaceful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was always friendly and available for any concerns or questions. We absolutely loved sitting below in their lounging area at night. It is walking distance to a few fast food eating options and grocery stores as well. Overall, definitely recommend !

We heard thumping and pounding all night from neighbours. We had to unplug the clock as it was buzzing the whole time. The fridge FROZE all of our food that we bought and put in it as there is no breakfast or food at this hotel. The room is medicore for what you pay. We travel full time, and I would probably not return to this hotel again. There is a grocery store across the street, and some fast food alternatives close by.

No frills place to stay. Clean. Staff is friendly. Only drawback is you can’t ask the maids for toilet paper. You have to go down to the front desk to get it. Very inconvenient and kind of embarrassing.

It is so well maintained. The staff is fabulous. Ww would stay there more often if it had a restaurant. Wven if they only offered appetizers. Because they do not have a restaurant, they should have a little market or vending machines with more options.
