The linens on the bed were stained, there was hair on the pillowcases and cigarette burns on the sheets. Asked the staff for new, clean linens, and those ones had blood stains on them.

very dirty, bedding damaged and dirty, floor had lots of grime and paint stains. Window were unlocked upon arrival.

Run down, funky motel. Room was clean & basic, but rough around the edges,smelling of smoke.. Water pressure was quite good and was the most redeeming quality, and bed was comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay here again based on that. Spring for a nicer place— you’ll be happier. I should’ve read the reviews before booking but I trusted Expedia that they would screen out places like this.i noticed that someone is boosting their rating by leaving several 10 star reviews without writing any comments, so their score is being inflated and not authentic.

There was an odor of vomit in the room, there was blood on that blinds in that kitchen, the bed sheets had steins etc...... shower curtain was broken, door was rusted and dirty, lamps was taped up and not working, cracks on floor,

The bed was stained and the room was super dirty! This hotel Europa since booked through Hotels.com will not give us a refund AT ALL!!!! Shame on Hotels.com not providing us with a full refund of this disgusting motel! DO NOT STAY HERE BEWARE OF USING HOTELS>COM WE HAVE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH HOTELS.COM WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE HIGH LEVEL CUSTOMER FOR THEM......NOPE NOT HOW WE ARE BEING TREATED!

The room was relatively clean. Bed linen was very clean. The major problem I had with the room, which I only came to realize afterwards, if that there is some kind of infestation in the room. The entire evening I didn't see one insect, but the next day it turned out I had bug bites all over my body. My guess is that it's coming from underneath the bed because the rest of the room looks pretty clean.

Price was reasonable, but the bed sheets were dirty, bed frame feet were metal and stuck out so you hit your toes, hot water in the shower took forever to warm up, vinyl tiles were peeling off the walls, and the room stunk so badly it was nauseating. The fridge was cool, though, and whoever folded the towels did a good job.

This place was honestly not great. The Moment we entered our room we were hit with a cigarette type smell making us feel nauseous and honestly it was overwhelming. The bed was clean at first glance but then we start to move the comforters around and found stains and holes on the sheets. As we inspect the bed even more we found out that the bed was being held by 3 pieces of wood down the middle making it uncertain if we should sleep on it. The floor was dirty as there was food stains on the floor. The bathroom was clean but you could tell it was a little run down. As we were getting ready to leave, we looked up and saw there was smoker gunk on the ceiling which made us feel very uncomfortable staying there. We were only there for 30-45 minutes max. Overall not a great experience with the very little time we spent here.

I like everything except that it only had one chair both outside and inside of the spa room and the tv control did not work or the lights did not work

I had a room with a king bed which was very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. A solid value for the money.

The first noticeable deterrent was the odor when walking into the foyer of the dormitory room type set up. It immediately reminded me of an old musty gym or very dirty old bar. The stench of themust & old smoke was very evident. Upon entering the room, we noticed exposed wires in some of the electrical outlets with missing covers. The two very low quality night stand lamps did not work (or if yhe did, we never figured out how to turn them on). In the bathroom, the tile around the vanity had gaps around it exposing the floor below it and was filfthy IN the crevice. As we were assigned the closest room to the street, it was very noisy as well. We did not stay, leaving less than 5 hours after checking in. Would not recommend.

Great location, friendly staff. The sinks facet is loose, the ac unit is too loud ( squeaky noise). NO TOWELS!!! THANK YOU GUYS.

Open spaces and big rooms

Old, dirty, nasty moldy smoking smell in room with windows that did not open. Stuffy and smelly

Overall it was pretty good, but there is nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat with. No silverware, no plates, etc.

I stayed at a 2 bed room with kitchenette which had Microwave, Fridge, Small coffee maker, and sink. Quiet room, but the floor was not so clean. We slept well with comfortable beds.

The room was a little beat up , but bed was clean and comfortable ,(no bugs), property was a little dingy. Heater worked good. For the price , it was acceptable . I had a 2 night stay.

Called and no one answered

No hot water the first 2 days, the room wasn’t serviced each day. Had to get fresh towels on our own.

It was a comfortable stay suprisingly. Check in was quick and easy. I mean for a dhs spot id definitely stay again. And they refund your deposit literally instant. At least for me....

The only thing that i did not like was the fact that Their is 100 depoait that i wasnt aware of untill check in

Great customer service

A nice young man checked me in and decided to relocate my room. The room itself was quite nice and clean. In the morning i discovered there was no hot water..at all. I let the girl upfront know by walking over since the phone wasnt working. She said, "we usually have hot water." She didnt offer to fix it or let me shower in another room. Didnt even apologize. Also, the tib was incapable of being used as a tub.

I read disturbing reviews but stubbornly chose this budget motel with low expectations. [See Yelp for more.] I was prepared for it to be less than pristine, tired and basic, and was determined to overlook any cosmetic issues as long as the sheets were clean. The sheets were clean but that's the ONLY generous thing I can say about the accommodations! Stayed 1 of 4 nights. DIRTY and RUNDOWN. Sticky floors and tabletops (hopefully detergent residue but maybe not). The bathroom had a bathtub but no lower faucet to fill it; the shower head was caked with mineral deposits or worse. The kitchen countertop ledge had coffee grounds and other food accumulation--attracting flies, and nothing to clean it with (see below). KITCHENETTE. Cupboards were bare. No utensils/ flatware/ dishes; no salt & pepper; no bottle opener. No dish soap, sponge, paper towels or dish rag. No dinette table or seating. No garbage can. FURNISHINGS and STORAGE. No seating. Had to watch TV from bed; the 2 flimsy bar stools at the tiny "desk" were tall and backless. No closet; no drawers; no place to hang clothes or put items away, no luggage rack to elevate a suitcase. UNSAFE. My room faced a side street; the public sidewalk is just steps away. All 4 windows were unlocked when I arrived. The door was knocked on by random passerbys--four different times between 5-8pm, and again at 7:30am. SERVICE. Check-in (David) was pleasant and professional. Check-out charged 4 nights but I only stayed 1; credit issued.

Great place to stay, the staff is very pleasant

There was no one there for check in. We had to call a phone number and wait for someone to come to the property to give us our room. There were a lot of very odd people hanging around and walking through the property. We got a double bed when we paid for a queen. The room is very small and wierd. Would not recommend it and have no idea how this place could get such a high review.

Don't come here！！！！Upon arriving at the hotel, the first issue we noticed was the strong smell of marijuana permeating the premises. Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night. When we entered the room, the conditions were even more appalling. The bed had visible bloodstains, oil stains, and dark spots, and the sheets were heavily wrinkled, clearly not changed or cleaned between guests. I immediately went to the front desk to request clean sheets, but was told there were no extra sheets available. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we didn’t even unload our luggage from the car and left shortly after.

Pictures of the place are totally photoshopped. Homeless people around the place. And sometimes in the corridor at nighttime.

Close to where we needed to be

It’s hard to find as there was no signage or anything that says the name of the place. The entrance of the facility smell like a men’s washroom that was never cleaned.

Left at 10:30 pm the day of our stay. Felt unsafe in the surroundings!

Staff were friendly. Budget motel. Perfect place to stop if youre heading to Joshua Tree for the day

The area around this hotel just seemed sketchy. lots of tweakers walking nearby and cannot predict whether I will sleep in peace or not. I left within the first 10 minutes after checking in. Maybe it may have just been in my head and some other customers may have slept there peacefully; but I personally would not recommend this place to somebody outside of the criminal business

The inn was in a good location. Nice staff. Clean lobby.
