Truly stunning resort, beautiful and comfy rooms with everything thought off that you would need. The food was delicious and the picnic on the beach at sundown was truly special and shouldn’t be missed. Facilities were great. The beach was lovely. I cannot praise the staff more, they were so friendly and helpful and made our stay very special.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß, die Einrichtung neuwertig und die Ausstattung hochwertig. Der Pool war, war gut. Liegen war sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand ist einfach wunderbar. Störend war für uns allein, dass es sich um ein absolutes Familienhotel handelt. Sehr viele Kinder und Babies und somit keine Ruhe am Pool und im Hotel. Schade, denn so kommt das Hotel für uns nicht noch einmal infrage.

Et helt igennem fantastisk ophold. Stedet er skønt, og personalet er utroligt servicemindet, imødekommende og altid klar til at hjælpe med et smil. Poolområdet er virkelig dejligt og indbyder til afslapning, og stranden er simpelthen smuk – ren, rolig og med en fantastisk atmosfære. Alt i alt et sted, vi kun kan give vores allerbedste anbefalinger og meget gerne vender tilbage til.

En bra resort för familjer med små barn. Bra mat. Liten pool i jämförelse med andra resorter i området. Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal. Men om man förväntar sig en lyxig resort så riskerar man att bli besviken. Prisbilden mot leverans balanserar inte riktigt, synd på så välvillig och trevlig personal. Detta är mer ett standarhotell i min mening. Luktar avlopp på flera av rummen, doftspray hjälper bara tillfälligt. Men överlag en ok resort speciellt för mindre barn.

We stayed at the outrigger for 4 nights at the start of our holiday we’d stayed there 4 years ago when it was the manathai we enjoyed it then and wasn’t disappointed coming back for the second time the staff are really lovely the grounds are very beautiful out room was in a very nice position with a large terrace which looked out onto the gardens. The only thing that I think could have made it even nicer would have been more evening entertainment.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Best staff, great food, big clean rooms and cool activities! We loved yoga and Thai boxing with the amazing Mr. Bao. Definitely not the last time here!

Myself and my partner with our kids (2 & 11) enjoyed our short stay at Outrigger. The hotel and grounds were immaculate, it’s very well looked after and we appreciated that. Breakfast was good but not the best we’ve experienced in Thailand. There are places to eat on the beach if you want reasonably priced Thai food and the massage on the beach is very good. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return

방도 넓고 깨끗하고 풀과 전용해변이 바로 붙어 있고 조식도 괜찮은 편이고, 아침 6시 반에 시밀란 투어 갈 때 조식 도시락 신청할 수 있고 스텝들은 친절해서 좋았어요. 다만 카오락 자체가 푸켓에서 택시 타고 1시간 이상 가야 해서 접근성은 좀 떨어졌어요. 푸켓 공항에서 리조트까지는 볼트 택시 이용해서 갔고, 리조트에서 푸켓 공항까지는 그랩이나 볼트 택시는 잡히지 않아 호텔에서 제공하는 차량을 미리 신청하여1,600 바트에 이용했습니다. 하여튼 덕분에 편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔어요^^

Fantastisk hotell med underbart personal och magiskt läge! Vi nådde här i 2 veckor och det var helt underbart! Hotellet renoverades i feb 2022 och var tupp tio. Städningen var fantastisk och man kunde via en app chatta med personalen dygnet runt om det var något man behövde! Hotellet ligger i direkt anslutning till beachen och det fanns möjlighet att ligga och sola antingen vid pollen eller under skuggande träd eller på stranden. Maten i resurs gen var väldigt god men lite dyrare än på lokala restauranger på stranden. Personalen.var det som gjorde hela skillnaden alla var så vänliga och helt fantastiska. De gjorde de lilla extra hela tiden och det var ett mkt välskött hotell med bra ledning och de verkade trivas att jobba där! Vill gärna komma tillbaka! Lugnt och skönt familjehotell med en fantastisk kidsklub väldigt professionell!

The hotel is around 20 minutes from Khao Lak busy centre which suited us as we prefer things less hectic, shuttle bus for 200 baht pp each way if you want it. Hotel is on a large very clean expanse of beach with a few beach restaurants and bars very close by. The breakfasts in the hotel were excellent, a good variety of foods to suit all tastes, what I would say is they need to label foods for allergy sufferers. Food in the main restaurants was also of a high standard chef Tao, has taught them well. Rooms were kept very clean, just needed a bit of an update

It was an amazing stay. staff are great, even the bellboys were on top of everything, remembering our names, room number etc. Cleaners were super nice, great English and willing to assist with any request. Breakfast was amazing !!!!

We have been in the outrigger for 7 nights beginning of January. The entire resort is very well maintained and clean, the staff is amazingly nice and friendly, you have the feeling they are always doing an extra effort- would actually deserve 6 stars ! location is fantastic for relaxation, beach walks. swimming and just having a good time.

방도 넓고 깨끗하고 풀과 전용해변이 바로 붙어 있고 조식도 괜찮은 편이고, 아침 6시 반에 시밀란 투어 갈 때 조식 도시락 신청할 수 있고 스텝들은 친절해서 좋았어요. 다만 카오락 자체가 푸켓에서 택시 타고 1시간 이상 가야 해서 접근성은 좀 떨어졌어요. 푸켓 공항에서 리조트까지는 볼트 택시 이용해서 갔고, 리조트에서 푸켓 공항까지는 그랩이나 볼트 택시는 잡히지 않아 호텔에서 제공하는 차량을 미리 신청하여1,600 바트에 이용했습니다. 하여튼 덕분에 편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔어요^^

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß, die Einrichtung neuwertig und die Ausstattung hochwertig. Der Pool war, war gut. Liegen war sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand ist einfach wunderbar. Störend war für uns allein, dass es sich um ein absolutes Familienhotel handelt. Sehr viele Kinder und Babies und somit keine Ruhe am Pool und im Hotel. Schade, denn so kommt das Hotel für uns nicht noch einmal infrage.

Beautiful property and the room upgrade was to a suite which was amazing for us as a family of 3. Very quiet location, close by to coconut beach, 15 min drive, this is a must visit beach during a stay here. Great couple of massage places just outside of the hotel on the beach, and a cute little restaurant.

The hotel is around 20 minutes from Khao Lak busy centre which suited us as we prefer things less hectic, shuttle bus for 200 baht pp each way if you want it. Hotel is on a large very clean expanse of beach with a few beach restaurants and bars very close by. The breakfasts in the hotel were excellent, a good variety of foods to suit all tastes, what I would say is they need to label foods for allergy sufferers. Food in the main restaurants was also of a high standard chef Tao, has taught them well. Rooms were kept very clean, just needed a bit of an update

Die Zimmer haben mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, haben auch nichts mit Deluxe zu tun, das ist irreführend. Die Möbel sind jahrzehntealt, das Sofa fleckig, das Bett hart und den auf den Werbebildern gezeigten Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und Tischchen hatten wir auch nicht. Stattdessen ein Mini -Balkönchen, auf dem Einer quer sitzen oder Zwei stehen könnten. Zu zweit auf dem Balkon sitzen, während die Kinder schlafen, unmöglich. Das Frühstück ist ok, im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels dieser Klasse eher klein. Die Lage des Hotels ist am A... Der Welt. Es gibt eine Restaurant am Strand, weitere Restaurants 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand , jedoch nur bei Flut nicht erreichbar sowie einen Mini-Supermarkt mit sehr beschränktem Angebot auf der anderen Straßenseite der 4-spurigen Straße. Jättefina rum, en klantig byggmiss är tappvattnet i badrummen alldeles för kort pip svårt att tvätta händerna vattnet når knappt händerna. Städning: okey Personal: alla var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma men det var lite virrigt ibland man fick olika svar beroende på vem man pratade med. Hotellet i sig fantastiskt läge på mycket fin strand men det är ett renodlat barnhotell ( väldigt mycket barn ) så par är man inte okey med barnskrik vid 4-6 på morgonen så bör man välja annat hotell

Et helt igennem fantastisk ophold. Stedet er skønt, og personalet er utroligt servicemindet, imødekommende og altid klar til at hjælpe med et smil. Poolområdet er virkelig dejligt og indbyder til afslapning, og stranden er simpelthen smuk – ren, rolig og med en fantastisk atmosfære. Fantastisk hotell med underbart personal och magiskt läge! Vi nådde här i 2 veckor och det var helt underbart! Hotellet renoverades i feb 2022 och var tupp tio. Städningen var fantastisk och man kunde via en app chatta med personalen dygnet runt om det var något man behövde! Hotellet ligger i direkt anslutning till beachen och det fanns möjlighet att ligga och sola antingen vid pollen eller under skuggande träd eller på stranden. Maten i resurs gen var väldigt god men lite dyrare än på lokala restauranger på stranden. Personalen.var det som gjorde hela skillnaden alla var så vänliga och helt fantastiska. De gjorde de lilla extra hela tiden och det var ett mkt välskött hotell med bra ledning och de verkade trivas att jobba där! Vill gärna komma tillbaka! Lugnt och skönt familjehotell med en fantastisk kidsklub väldigt professionell!

It was an amazing stay. staff are great, even the bellboys were on top of everything, remembering our names, room number etc. Cleaners were super nice, great English and willing to assist with any request. Breakfast was amazing !!!!

We stayed at the outrigger for 4 nights at the start of our holiday we’d stayed there 4 years ago when it was the manathai we enjoyed it then and wasn’t disappointed coming back for the second time the staff are really lovely the grounds are very beautiful out room was in a very nice position with a large terrace which looked out onto the gardens. The only thing that I think could have made it even nicer would have been more evening entertainment.

Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable

The food was delicious and the picnic on the beach at sundown was truly special and shouldn’t be missed. Facilities were great. The beach was lovely. I cannot praise the staff more, they were so friendly and helpful and made our stay very special.

Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable

The hotel is around 20 minutes from Khao Lak busy centre which suited us as we prefer things less hectic, shuttle bus for 200 baht pp each way if you want it. Hotel is on a large very clean expanse of beach with a few beach restaurants and bars very close by. The breakfasts in the hotel were excellent, a good variety of foods to suit all tastes, what I would say is they need to label foods for allergy sufferers. Food in the main restaurants was also of a high standard chef Tao, has taught them well. Rooms were kept very clean, just needed a bit of an update

It was an amazing stay. staff are great, even the bellboys were on top of everything, remembering our names, room number etc. Cleaners were super nice, great English and willing to assist with any request. Breakfast was amazing !!!!

En bra resort för familjer med små barn. Bra mat. Liten pool i jämförelse med andra resorter i området. Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal. Men om man förväntar sig en lyxig resort så riskerar man att bli besviken. Prisbilden mot leverans balanserar inte riktigt, synd på så välvillig och trevlig personal. Detta är mer ett standarhotell i min mening. Luktar avlopp på flera av rummen, doftspray hjälper bara tillfälligt. Men överlag en ok resort speciellt för mindre barn.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Best staff, great food, big clean rooms and cool activities! We loved yoga and Thai boxing with the amazing Mr. Bao. Definitely not the last time here!

All good,only moan is they add 17% service and tax to all food and drink. Never experienced that ,it makes a130 but bottle of beer 152bht.I found it annoying,go to the beach bars and pay 70 but with no service or tax added. But overall it’s a very nice hotel with large pool and very nice staff.
