The first thing I’ve noticed is that all of the employees were very genuine pleasant to the guests. I love how they treat everyone with respect and kindness and i adore their attitude and hospitality especially their uniform. The outside, lobby, luggage counter transport and check in counter. Arigato Gozaimasu! I much appreciate all of you! We absolutely love our room. It was very spacious, clean. I loved that from our room we can see the Disney train and the Disneyland castle. Thank you for placing us that room. I hope the next time we come back to Japan from Honolulu, Hawaii we can have that room again . I enjoyed that the convenient store was in the hotel and the Disney store. We didn’t have time to dine in. Hopefully next time. We enjoyed the hotel very much. If I was to come back I will definitely stay here. Provides shuttles to a station close to Disneyland and DisneySea that it can be walked maybe if walking super slow I would say 15min but average it was 10 or less.

The hotel had everything we needed. Free shuttles to Disneyland Resort and Disney Sea. We were able to take a bus from the airport to the hotel (3,900¥ for two adults and two kids) and the same bus back to the airport. This was the easiest vacation we have taken in Japan.

We have stayed at most of the resort hotels by Bayside station. This had to be one of the cleanest rooms. It is walkable like 12-13 min walk to Bayside stations. Definitely one of the furthest hotels from Bayside. The bus at Bayside station does come every 8-10 mins, after a long day it’s easier to take the bus. There is a convienent store downstairs in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent. Overall would stay again.

お風呂にカビがいっぱいありました。浴槽を最後歯ブラシで擦ったら黒いカビがたくさん出てきて汚かったです。部屋の壁紙もところどころシミがあり、トイレも髪の毛が付いていたりしました。朝食のレストランのが親切で、料理を時間になると下げてしまうので、取り残しがないか確認して頂けました。

This is a very clean and convenient hotel. Great free transportation to and from the Disney properties. The room is clean and surprisingly spacious. It’s quiet and right off Tokyo Bay. The staff are helpful and many speak good English. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Room was dirty: stains on box spring covers, bathtub stains, windows dirty, floor not vacuumed well. Checked in around 3pm, kids and I were starving. We went downstairs to the hotel restaurant, waited several minutes by the sign which stated wait here to be seated. Ignored by staff for several minutes until someone said they were closed. Odd because several tables had active patrons dining. We asked if there was another restaurant open, told no. Ended up having to make a food/drink run to convivence store. Service at Sushi restaurant was not much better. Was charged for containers for left overs. Paid 5k Yen for an hour of swimming for my two small children and I. Not 4 or 5 star.

Biggest room we had in our entire Japan trip. Japanese beds are firm, so it takes some getting used to. Great service, especially the shuttle crew taking us to and from Disney and the transfer station. Food was less than great, but we only got the breakfast one day. I thought the breakfast was every day, but it was literally for only 1 day. I think that was more hotels.com than the hotel’s issue.

The perfect place to stay for a visit to Tokyo Disney Resort if you want convenience, fun theming, transportation to the parks and don’t need anything fancy. It was really easy to get to the hotel via the monorail and then hotel bus. The bus to and from the parks each day was convenient and reliable! The hotel has a Disney store and a convenience store for snacks and drinks. The economy room was a bit old but had a very fun captains quarters theme and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The ceiling looked like the night sky with the lights off! Not much space for luggage but it worked for me. I would stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for fairly priced, relatively inexpensive accommodations within the Disney Tokyo resort!

The hotel was lovely and was the room. We got an upgrade for our last three nights as the hotel had a large school trip. The staff no one speaks English so communicating is very hard. Breakfast buffet style was passable but the same ever when every day. Food options in the hotel is very poor so you need to go out or call Uber eats. The bus services to the park and station is good and hotel has a small convenience store and a Disney store on it

It is close to Disneyland and that's it. The hotel room had chipped paint and rock hard beds. We tried to check in early, but they told us to come back at 3p, which is totally fine. We came back at 3:30p soaking wet and freezing from the rain, and were told our room still wasn't ready. I asked if there was a room available that was ready and the lady said "yes" and put us in another room. It wasn't until we got to the room I found out we were downgraded. The check in person didn’t even mention that we would be downgraded. By that point, I had just gotten out of a 12 hours flight, and was exhausted and wanted to shower, so I just accepted the downgrade. Also all of the hotels have the same name and even taxis can't figure out which one is which. There are a bunch of hotels right next to this one that would probably be better (and also have the same name).

ホテル内のコンビニで他のお客さんの持っていたカゴが３歳の子供に当たり、目の当たりが赤くなっていたので、相手方のお客さんも一緒に受付のフロアに立っている女性に相談しました。何か手当できないか相談しましたがスタッフの方は対応に困られており、とりあえず冷やすものをお願いすると大きな氷の枕か冷えピタしかないと、大きな氷枕にタオルを巻いて持ってこられましたが３歳の子供の目元を冷やすにはあまりにも大きくお断りしました。保冷剤はないんですか？と聞くとやっとケーキ用の保冷剤を持ってきて下さいました。私も旅行先での初めての経験でしたし、痛がって泣く子供に不安で神経質になっていたのだと思いますが、スタッフの方のあまりに不慣れな対応にこちらも不安が増しました。対応しきれない場合は慣れたスタッフの方に相談頂きたかったです。子連れ宿泊への配慮は事前にお電話してご対応頂いており、朝食も種類豊富で美味しく、子供も喜んでいたため、ホテルとしてはとても過ごしやすい施設でした。なのでよりスタッフの方のご対応が残念に感じてしまいました。

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! I recommend all first time travelers to Japan that are going to Tokyo Disney to stay here! The buses go straight to the monorail, and made it easy to get back and forth from the parks, to the hotel, and the nearby shopping mall.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly; the room was spotless and large by Japanese standards; the buses from the hotel to the station are convenient. We liked the fact that the hotel was slightly out of the city and found the trains were well connected into Tokyo station. I can’t really comment anything negative, we would definitely stay again.

Compared to last year, the process of check in was slow. Although there are so many staffs standing around the receptions and entrances, only a few staffs assisted customers at porter services or check in counters. However, room is clean as always, facilities of the hotel are nice. They offer quite convenient transportation services to both disney resorts as well as to Maihama Station.

It was just OK. They nickel and dime guests for everything. The buffet is super over priced and mediocre. No real other options for food nearby unless you are willing to taxi. So the options are a mini mart, expensive mediocre buffet, and super expensive reservation only French restaurant. Bus to Disneyland was convenient, but next time I’m going to stay further away from Disneyland so that we have more dining options.

This is a nice hotel—the rooms are very clean, though they have a slightly older feel compared to some of the other Disney area hotels we've stayed at. The hotel offers transportation to Disney's downtown area in Japan. It's a bit of a walk to the tram station if you choose to go on foot. The hotel also has dining options, and they were able to hold our luggage while we were at the park, which is helpful if you need to check in early.

Property is only a 15 mins walk to Disneyland. Add another 15 mins to DisneySea. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to Lawsons convenience store at the Hilton only 7 mins walk away.

My only complaint was that for breakfast they have two buffets, but really the food is cooked in the California restaurant and then some is carted over to the other location, which is essentially overflow if you arrive between 7-9 AM (prime time before park openings.) The hot food at the second location is sometimes warm at best.

Excellent hotel, close to Disney. Nice room with decent amenities. Convenient store in the hotel for snacks, food, souvenirs etc. The breakfast, which we paid for, was amazing. Many options, good quality, plenty of food. My kids loved it, and so did I.

内装、浴室、トイレの清潔感がとても良いと感じました。スタッフの対応も丁寧。店内ショップはディズニー価格でお高め。問題点としては、朝食会場がとても狭く、8時すぎた頃から順番待ちの長蛇の列となっていました。宿泊後、朝一ディズニーに行かれる方は早い時間に【6時半から開いている】朝食会場に行かれた方がよろしいかと思います。

朝ごはんが美味しくなかったです｡娘はウインナーが好きなので自分のお皿に取り分けましたが､一口で食べなくなり私も食べたところ､なんというか肉臭いというか､新鮮な感じがしませんでした｡全体的に種類も少なく､美味しそうに見えるものがあまりなくて残念でした｡値段も大人が2,900円でしたでしょうか?全く割に合わないと思います｡オフィシャルホテルなのでまた利用すると思いますが次からはイクスピアリかホテル館内の売店でパンを買って備えようと思っています｡また､部屋の設備については洗面台右側のタオルハンガーのねじが壊れており気付かずにタオルをかけていて､そのタオルを使おうとして自分の方に少し引っ張ったところタオルハンガー自体が落ちてきてびっくりしました｡フロントに連絡し､外出中に直してもらいましたがこれは部屋の清掃時に気付くべきことだと思います｡不快でした｡
