The hotel itself and rooms are dated. Think 1990’s decor. Breakfast is average. Many activities that seem included aren’t. The garden pool is not included and costs extra to swim in. I do not have an issue with this has if it was free it would be jampacked the whole day. I don’t mind paying for the relaxing environment. There is also a grotto bar at the garden pool that serves food and drinks. Hotel is very average and only thing benefiting it would be the location to Disney. Next time we will try the Hilton.

It doesn’t matter which hotel you stay at near Disneyland because they all access Disneyland with the monorail. This property is great, but your dining options are limited entirely to this property. The outdoor pool and grotto is a nice bonus.

Great hotel and room (for Japanese size). Very nice hotel overall. Only issue was the laundry facilities. Terrible size room for the size of the hotel. Also the dryers were useless. Clothes still wet after an hour of trying to dry them. Finally gave up.

The lobby area is stunning and well kept. The breakfast buffet was good but very very expensive (£20 per person per day). The buses to the station and Bayside are handy and frequent which is excellent. The biggest area this hotel lets down is the condition of the bedrooms. We were on floor 11 in an apparently higher class room but the deco is very aged and old in both style and condition. Paintwork is chipped and wallpaper ripped or stained, especially in the bathroom. The fridge is too small to hold anything more than 2 bottles of water. There is no storage for clothing, no drawers. Carpets in the corridor were old and stained.

Both beds were dirty when we checked in. Large stains and a ton of hair on both beds. Asked 2x and waited hours to be fixed. When fixed still had some hairs and small stain. Next day they cleaned room but did not change bedding. Same stain was visible after cleaning confirming they didn’t change sheets. Both my daughter and I ended up with rashes next day.

Sheraton is a very nice hotel with all accomodations one could wish for BUT the air conditioning basicslly had the same effect as a table fan. It was the most ”high end” hotel of my stay in Japan but definitely the most ”low end” AC which definitely brings the rating down a bit.

The hotel is super nice. The room had a ton of bed in it. Set of bunk beds, two large size twin beds and two regular twin beds. That being said, there wasn't much room for all of our bags. Hotel itself was super easy to get to Disney. Staff was all really nice and helpful. It would be nice if they had an ala carte option for breakfast in the morning besides the buffet. If you are doing Disney, you can't beat the location and close it is for not being a Disney Resort hotel.

朝食会場は6カ所。グランカフェ、ガレリアは混みますが、その他はほぼ待たずに入れます。 (グランカフェは20分程待ちました) 品数はグランカフェとガレリアが多いですが、他4カ所はその半分位の品数です。子供向けのメニュー(アイスや、動物パンなど)が減るだけなので、大人２人の私達はそれでもいいかなという感じでした。部屋はデラックスツインに宿泊、浴室も洗い場がついてるタイプで使いやすかったです。部屋も２人なら十分な広さでした。

Great location in the monorail. Huge rooms with all the necessities and a rare balcony. Pool has a fee and can only be used in small windows, but it makes sense for such a small pool and a gigantic hotel to find a way to limit the amount of people using those facilities.
