Many staff at desks and services were a little abrupt, and not very friendly or accommodating. Difficult to get basic things like snacks and drinks without having to go to corners of the hotel and only having limited selection. No lobby bar. Room smelt stale

This is a very convenient location for Disneyland and Disneysea. The room was bigger than we thought - we requested an extra bed (2 adults in one bed, 2 kids in one each) and actually ended up with a bed too many! The kids loved having a 'lounging' bed though. The hotel is huge. The ship on site had a few things to eat but selection was a bit limited. The pool area was something we were all looking forward to but was pretty disappointing. You pay to swim outside but it's small, and there were a lot of unexpected rocks so a few grazed knees and stubbed toes. The change rooms and inside pool area looked a bit tired and not very clean (musty, lots of pooled water). Overall a convenient stay though and great price.

We had an ocean view which was spectacular. We could see Mt Fuji in the distance. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff in all areas of the hotel were incredibly helpful. It is so close to Disneyland via the monorail.

The hallways had a musty smell as the AC system including inside the room, did not appear to be dehumidifying. So while the air was cool we always felt damp. Also the pool required significant fees and reservations which turned us off given how expensive the room rate already was. Overall it is a welcoming nice well appointed property in close proximity to Disney.
