Came in and had to pay $15 for overnight parking. Hotel staff was nice, but there was a strange smell in the hallway while I went to my room. Person in check in counter was not the best. Did not greet or say hi and just stared at me most of the time. She just said there is a restaurant around the corner. No explanation of other amenities. The Gym was wet and i ask for it to be cleaned but no one came. No one checked the pool and trash was floating.

Hotel was close to the airport. I chose this hotel because of the pool. However indoor pool was very cold. Most adults couldn't get into the pool. No free coffee was provided in the lobby. Movie rental was $20 even for older movies. Children were running around the hallway at 11pm. I called the front desk and they sent security up to check on this. I didn't find lobby to be very comfortable.

Parking was expensive and inconvenient. It should be included with the hotel stay. We entered that we were checking out at 11am staying for one night and the machine charged us 2x. No way to get a refund either. My room had a wet carpet which was weird and therefore gross. I didn’t want want to walk on it and kept my shoes on.

The bathroom had a very odd smell when k first walked I - I actually checked to see if the toilet hadn't been flushed because of the smell; hot water didn't work in my room, and there was only 1 very small garbage can for the entire room and the ice machine on my floor was broken. For the price, I would have expected better. The staff were kind.

This hotel was perfectly suited for my stay before a flight. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and each staff person that worked here gave impeccable service. I liked the eco-friendliness of having full sized, refillable bottles of shampoos, lotions etc. and the hotel had everything that I needed for my stay. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin and there was a rager of a party next to me in the middle of the night. I did call the front desk and I think they tried to help. Ultimately a great hotel and would stay here again.

I was disappointed in the check in. I never received a hello, how can I help you or anything. Then, the gal just walked away and another gal handed us our key. Never said thank you, never told us what room we were in. Thankfully it was written on the envelope. Then upon check out this morning, the same gal that was on last evening never said good mornin, how are you or anything. I told her we were checking out. She said ok and never offered a receipt or anything. Very disappointed and probably will not stay there - customer service could use some additional training on how to welcome their guests.

My stay would have been much better if the front desk manager wasn’t so rude. My husband and I initially reserved a room with a king size bed. When I checked in, she told me that they only had doubles available. After we got to our room and tried to switch my reservation to another hotel that was more accommodating, I received a call from the hotel manager who stated that there were kings available and didn’t understand why I was told that in the first place. He was very nice and made sure our room was switched immediately but the front desk manager had an attitude my entire 3 day stay. Her attitude and overall disposition was very nasty to the point that we didn’t even want to ask her for anything during her night shift.. I would just wait until morning. Aside from her, everyone else was very nice and accommodating.

We arrived for our one night stay and the staff was very friendly / helpful. Our room was good, bed comfortable and the dinner we got from the restaurant was tasty - along with the great waitstaff. The next morning we had to catch a 430am shuttle to the airport and everything went smoothly. We were very happy with our stay and will stay there again next time.

This property was nice. however the food buffet for breakfast was not what it supposed to be. All the food was ice cold. Things were picked over, wasted food was everywhere on the tables & floors. Juice dispensers had things floating in them. there were only pork meats. the hotel needs to consider turkey or chicken options for guests too. everyone doesn't eat pork. The hotel needs someone to constantly clean, wipe & freshen up & restock food items. the cold eggs & cold potatoes was very offensive.

Hilton was nicely updated. The rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were very comfortable. TV was a nice size Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I wish they had more trash cans; only 1 in the bathroom. Our room was missing the soap pump container in the bathroom shower. The bar area is nice although we did not have drinks.
